Sabbiĥi Asma Rabbika Al-'A`lá Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, (Al-A'la 87:1) ‌‍
Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Fasawwá Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; (Al-A'la 87:2) ‍‍
Wa Al-Ladhī Qaddara Fahadá And Who has measured (preordainments for each and everything even to be blessed or wretched); then guided (i.e. showed mankind the right as well as wrong paths, and guided the animals to pasture); (Al-A'la 87:3) ‍‌‍‌ ‌
Wa Al-Ladhī 'Akhraja Al-Mar`á And Who brings out the pasturage, (Al-A'la 87:4) ‌‍
Faja`alahu Ghuthā'an 'Aĥwá And then makes it dark stubble. (Al-A'la 87:5) ‍‍‍‍‌‌ ‌‌
Sanuqri'uka Falā Tan We shall make you to recite (the Qur'ān), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), (Al-A'la 87:6) ‍‍ ‌ ‍‌‍‍
'Illā Mā Shā'a Allāhu ۚ 'Innahu Ya`lamu Al-Jahra Wa Mā Yakh Except what Allāh, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. (Al-A'la 87:7) ‌ ‌ ‍‍‍‌‌ ۚ ‌ ‌‌ ‍‍‍
Wa Nuyassiruka Lilyusrá And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). (Al-A'la 87:8)
Fadhakkir 'In Nafa`ati Adh-Dhikrá Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). (Al-A'la 87:9) ‌ ‌‌ ‍‍
Sayadhdhakkaru Man Yakhshá The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allāh), (Al-A'la 87:10) ‌ ‍‌‍‍
Wa Yatajannabuhā Al-'Ashqá But it will be avoided by the wretched, (Al-A'la 87:11) ‍‍‍‌ ‍‍
Al-Ladhī Yaş An-Nāra Al-Kub Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, (Al-A'la 87:12) ‍‍‍‌ ‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍
Thumma Lā Yamūtu Fīhā Wa Lā Yaĥyā Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). (Al-A'la 87:13) ‌ ‍‍‍ ‌ ‌‌
Qad 'Aflaĥa Man Tazakká Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islāmic Monotheism) shall achieve success, (Al-A'la 87:14) ‌ ‌ ‍‌
Wa Dhakara Asma Rabbihi Faşallá And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allāh), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawāfil additional prayers). (Al-A'la 87:15) ‌‍ ‌‍‍‍
Bal Tu'uthirūna Al-Ĥayāata Ad-Dun Nay, you prefer the life of this world; (Al-A'la 87:16) ‍‍‌ ‍‍ ‍‌
Wa Al-'Ākhiratu Khayrun Wa 'Abqá Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. (Al-A'la 87:17) ‌‍‍‍ ‍‍‌ ‌‌‍‍‍‍
'Inna Hādhā Lafī Aş-Şuĥufi Al-'Ūlá Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, (Al-A'la 87:18) ‌‌ ‍‍‍‍
Şuĥufi 'Ibhīma Wa Mūsá The Scriptures of Ibrāhim (Abraham) and Msa (Moses). (Al-A'la 87:19) ‍ ‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍ ‌
