Hudan Wa Bush rá Lilmu'uminī na (An -Nam l: 2).
Guidance and good news for the believers.
027002
هُد ىً وَبُشْرَ ى لِلْمُؤْمِنِي نَ
Al-Ladh ī na Yuq īmū na A ş -Ş alāata Wa Yu'utū na A z-Zakāata Wa Hum Bil-'Ākh ira ti Hum Yūq inū na (An -Nam l: 3).
Those who observe the prayers, and give charity regularly, and are certain of the Hereafter.
027003
ا لَّذِي نَ يُقِ يمُو نَ ا ل صَّ لاَةَ وَيُؤْتُو نَ ا ل زَّكَا ةَ وَهُمْ بِا لآخِ رَ ةِ هُمْ يُوقِ نُو نَ
'Inn a A l-Ladh ī na Lā Yu'uminū na Bil-'Ākh ira ti Zayyann ā Lahum 'A`mālahum Fahum Ya`mahū na (An -Nam l: 4).
As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter: We made their deeds appear good to them, so they wander aimlessly.
027004
إِنّ َ ا لَّذِي نَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُو نَ بِا لآخِ رَ ةِ زَيَّنَّ ا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُو نَ
'Ūlā 'ika A l-Ladh ī na Lahum Sū 'u A l-`Adh ā bi Wa Hum Fī A l-'Ākh ira ti Humu A l-'Akh sarū na (An -Nam l: 5).
It is they who will receive the grievous punishment"”and in the Hereafter they will be the greatest losers.
027005
أُ وْلَا ئِكَ ا لَّذِي نَ لَهُمْ سُو ءُ ا لْعَذَا بِ وَهُمْ فِي ا لآخِ رَ ةِ هُمُ ا لأَخْ سَرُو نَ
Wa 'Inn aka Latulaq q á A l-Q ur'ā na Min Ladun Ĥakī min `Alī min (An -Nam l: 6).
You are receiving the Quran from an All-Wise, All-Knowing.
027006
وَإِنَّ كَ لَتُلَقَّ ى ا لْقُ رْآنَ مِن ْ لَدُن ْ حَكِي مٍ عَلِي مٍ
'Idh Q ā la Mūsá Li'hlihi 'Inn ī 'Ānastu Nārā an Sa'ā tīkum Minhā Bikh abar in 'Aw 'Ātīkum Bish ihā bin Q abasin La`allakum Taş ţ alū na (An -Nam l: 7).
When Moses said to his family, "I have glimpsed a fire. I will bring you some news from it; or bring you a firebrand, that you may warm yourselves."
027007
إِذْ قَ ا لَ مُوسَى لِأهْلِهِ إِنِّ ي آنَسْتُ نَاراً سَآتِيكُمْ مِنْ هَا بِخَ بَرٍ أَوْ آتِيكُمْ بِشِهَا بٍ قَ بَسٍ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْ طَ لُو نَ
Falamm ā Jā 'ahā Nūdiya 'An Būr ika Man Fī A n -Nā r i Wa Man Ĥawlahā Wa Sub ĥā na A ll āhi Ra bbi A l-`Ālamī na (An -Nam l: 8).
Then, when he reached it, he was called: "Blessed is He who is within the fire, and He who is around it, and glorified be God, Lord of the Worlds.
027008
فَلَمَّ ا جَا ءَهَا نُودِيَ أَن ْ بُورِ كَ مَن ْ فِي ا ل نّ َا رِ وَمَن ْ حَوْلَهَا وَسُبْ حَا نَ ا ل لَّ هِ رَ بِّ ا لْعَالَمِي نَ
Yā Mūsá 'Inn ahu 'Anā A l-Lahu A l-`Azī zu A l-Ĥakī mu (An -Nam l: 9).
O Moses, it is I, God, the Almighty, the Wise.
027009
يَا مُوسَى إِنَّ هُ أَنَا ال لَّ هُ ا لْعَزِي زُ ا لْحَكِي مُ
Wa 'Alq i `Aş ā ka ۚ Falamm ā Ra 'ā hā Tahtazzu Ka'ann ahā Jā nn un Wallá Mud birā an Wa Lam Yu`aq q ib ۚ Yā Mūsá Lā Takh af 'Inn ī Lā Yakh ā fu Laday ya A l-Mursalū na (An -Nam l: 10).
Throw down your staff." But when he saw it quivering, as though it were a demon, he turned around not looking back. "O Moses, do not fear; the messengers do not fear in My presence.
027010
وَأَلْقِ عَصَ ا كَ ۚ فَلَمَّ ا رَ آهَا تَهْتَزُّ كَأَنَّ هَا جَا نّ ٌ وَلَّى مُدْ بِر اً وَلَمْ يُعَقِّ ب ْ ۚ يَا مُوسَى لاَ تَخَ فْ إِنِّ ي لاَ يَخَ ا فُ لَدَيَّ ا لْمُرْسَلُو نَ
'Illā Man Ž alama Th umm a Baddala Ĥusnāan Ba`da Sū 'in Fa'inn ī Gh afū ru n Ra ĥī mun (An -Nam l: 11).
But whoever has done wrong, and then substituted goodness in place of evil. I am Forgiving and Merciful.
027011
إِلاَّ مَن ْ ظَ لَمَ ثُمّ َ بَدَّلَ حُسْناً بَعْدَ سُو ءٍ فَإِنِّ ي غَ فُو رٌ رَ حِي مٌ
Wa 'Ad kh il Yadaka Fī Jaybika Takh ru j Bayđā 'a Min Gh ay r i Sū 'in ۖ Fī Tis`i 'Āyā tin 'Ilá Fir `aw na Wa Q awmihi ۚ 'Inn ahum Kānū Q awmāan Fāsiq ī na (An -Nam l: 12).
Put your hand inside your pocket, and it will come out white, without blemish"”among nine miracles to Pharaoh and his people, for they are immoral people."
027012
وَأَدْ خِ لْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَخْ رُج ْ بَيْضَ ا ءَ مِنْ غَ يْ رِ سُو ءٍ ۖ فِي تِسْعِ آيَا تٍ إِلَى فِر ْعَوْ نَ وَقَ وْمِهِ ۚ إِنَّ هُمْ كَانُوا قَ وْماً فَاسِق ِي نَ
Falamm ā Jā 'at/hum 'Āyātunā Mub ş ira tan Q ālū Hādh ā Siĥru n Mubī nun (An -Nam l: 13).
Yet when Our enlightening signs came to them, they said, "This is obvious witchcraft."
027013
فَلَمَّ ا جَا ءَتْهُمْ آيَاتُنَا مُبْ صِ رَ ةً قَ الُوا هَذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِي نٌ
Wa Jaĥadū Bihā Wa A stayq anat/hā 'An fusuhum Ž ulmāan Wa `Ulūwā an ۚ Fān žur Kay fa Kā na `Āq ibatu A l-Mufsidī na (An -Nam l: 14).
And they rejected them, although their souls were certain of them, out of wickedness and pride. So see how the outcome was for the mischief-makers.
027014
وَجَحَدُوا بِهَا وَا سْتَيْقَ نَتْهَا أَنْ فُسُهُمْ ظُ لْماً وَعُلُوّاً ۚ فَان ظُ رْ كَيْ فَ كَا نَ عَاقِ بَةُ ا لْمُفْسِدِي نَ
Wa Laq ad 'Ātaynā Dāwū da Wa Sulaymā na `Ilmāan ۖ Wa Q ālā A l-Ĥam du Lill ā h A l-Ladh ī Fađđalanā `Alá Kath ī r in Min `Ibādihi A l-Mu'uminī na (An -Nam l: 15).
And We gave David and Solomon knowledge. They said, "Praise God, who has favored us over many of His believing servants."
027015
وَلَقَ دْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُو دَ وَسُلَيْمَا نَ عِلْماً ۖ وَقَ الاَ ا لْحَمْدُ لِلَّ هِ ا لَّذِي فَضَّ لَنَا عَلَى كَثِي ر ٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ا لْمُؤْمِنِي نَ
Wa War ith a Sulaymā nu Dāwū da ۖ Wa Q ā la Yā 'Ayyuhā A n -Nā su `Ullim nā Man ţ iq a A ţ -Ţ ay r i Wa 'Ūtīnā Min Kulli Sh ay 'in ۖ 'Inn a Hādh ā Lahuwa A l-Fađlu A l-Mubī nu (An -Nam l: 16).
And Solomon succeeded David. He said, "O people, we were taught the language of birds, and we were given from everything. This is indeed a real blessing."
027016
وَوَرِ ثَ سُلَيْمَا نُ ۖ دَاوُو دَ وَقَ ا لَ يَا أَيُّهَا ا ل نّ َا سُ عُلِّمْنَا مَن طِ قَ ا ل طَّ يْ رِ وَأُ وتِينَا مِن ْ كُلِّ شَيْ ءٍ ۖ إِنّ َ هَذَا لَهُوَ ا لْفَضْ لُ ا لْمُبِي نُ
Wa Ĥush ir a Lisulaymā na Junūduhu Mina A l-Jinn i Wa A l-'In si Wa A ţ -Ţ ay r i Fahum Yūza`ū na (An -Nam l: 17).
To the service of Solomon were mobilized his troops of sprites, and men, and birds"”all held in strict order.
027017
وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَا نَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ ا لْجِنّ ِ وَا لإِنْ سِ وَا ل طَّ يْ رِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُو نَ
Ĥattá 'Idh ā 'Atawā `Alá Wādī A n -Nam li Q ālat Nam latun Yā 'Ayyuhā A n -Nam lu A d kh ulū Masākinakum Lā Yaĥţ imann akum Sulaymā nu Wa Junūduhu Wa Hum Lā Yash `urū na (An -Nam l: 18).
Until, when they came upon the Valley of Ants, an ant said, "O ants! Go into your nests, lest Solomon and his troops crush you without noticing."
027018
حَتَّى إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَى وَادِي ا ل نَّ مْلِ قَ الَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا ا ل نَّ مْلُ ا دْ خُ لُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لاَ يَحْطِ مَنَّ كُمْ سُلَيْمَا نُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُو نَ
Fatabassama Đ āĥikāan Min Q awlihā Wa Q ā la Ra bbi 'Awzi`nī 'An 'Ash kura Ni`mataka A llatī 'An`am ta `Alay ya Wa `Alá Wa A -Day ya Wa 'An 'A`mala Ş āliĥāan Tarđā hu Wa 'Ad kh ilnī Bira ĥmatika Fī `Ibādika A ş -Ş āliĥī na (An -Nam l: 19).
He smiled and laughed at her words, and said, "My Lord, direct me to be thankful for the blessings you have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and to do good works that please You. And admit me, by Your grace, into the company of Your virtuous servants."
027019
فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَ احِكاً مِن ْ قَ وْلِهَا وَقَ ا لَ رَ بِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَن ْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ ا لَّتِي أَنْ عَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَا لِدَيَّ وَأَن ْ أَعْمَلَ صَ الِحاً تَرْضَ ا هُ وَأَدْ خِ لْنِي بِرَ حْمَتِكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ ا ل صَّ الِحِي نَ
Wa Tafaq q ada A ţ -Ţ ay ra Faq ā la Mā Lī Lā 'Ará A l-Hud /huda 'Am Kā na Mina A l-Gh ā 'ibī na (An -Nam l: 20).
Then he inspected the birds, and said, "Why do I not see the hoopoe? Or is he among the absentees?
027020
وَتَفَقَّ دَ ا ل طَّ يْ رَ فَقَ ا لَ مَا لِي لاَ أَرَ ى ا لْهُدْ هُدَ أَمْ كَا نَ مِنَ ا لْغَ ا ئِبِي نَ
La'u`adh dh ibann ahu `Adh ābāan Sh adīdāan 'Aw La'adh baĥann ahu 'Aw Laya'tiyanī Bisulţ ā nin Mubī nin (An -Nam l: 21).
I will punish him most severely, or slay him, unless he gives me a valid excuse."
027021
لَأُعَذِّبَنَّ هُ عَذَاباً شَدِيداً أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّ هُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِي بِسُلْطَ ا نٍ مُبِي نٍ
Famakath a Gh ay ra Ba`ī din Faq ā la 'Aĥaţ tu Bimā Lam Tuĥiţ Bihi Wa Ji'tuka Min Saba'iin Binaba'iin Yaq ī nin (An -Nam l: 22).
But he did not stay for long. He said, "I have learnt something you did not know. I have come to you from Sheba, with reliable information.
027022
فَمَكَثَ غَ يْ رَ بَعِي دٍ فَقَ ا لَ أَحَط تُ بِمَا لَمْ تُحِط ْ بِهِ وَجِئْتُكَ مِن ْ سَبَإٍ بِنَبَإٍ يَق ِي نٍ
'Inn ī Wa Jad ttu A m ra 'atan Tam likuhum Wa 'Ūtiyat Min Kulli Sh ay 'in Wa Lahā `Arsh un `Ažī mun (An -Nam l: 23).
I found a woman ruling over them, and she was given of everything, and she has a magnificent throne.
027023
إِنِّ ي وَجَد تُّ ا مْرَ أَةً تَمْلِكُهُمْ وَأُ وتِيَتْ مِن ْ كُلِّ شَيْ ءٍ وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظ ِي مٌ
Wa Jad tuhā Wa Q awmahā Yasjudū na Lilsh sh am si Min Dū ni A ll ā hi Wa Zayyana Lahumu A sh -Sh ayţ ā nu 'A`mālahum Faş addahum `Ani A s-Sabī li Fahum Lā Yahtadū na (An -Nam l: 24).
I found her and her people worshiping the sun, instead of God. Satan made their conduct appear good to them, and diverted them from the path, so they are not guided.
027024
وَجَدْ تُهَا وَقَ وْمَهَا يَسْجُدُو نَ لِلشَّمْسِ مِن ْ دُو نِ ا ل لَّ هِ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ا ل شَّيْطَ ا نُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَصَ دَّهُمْ عَنِ ا ل سَّبِي لِ فَهُمْ لاَ يَهْتَدُو نَ
'Allā Yasjudū Lill ā h A l-Ladh ī Yukh r iju A l-Kh ab 'a Fī A s-Samāwā ti Wa A l-'Arđi Wa Ya`lamu Mā Tukh fū na Wa Mā Tu`linū na (An -Nam l: 25).
If only they would worship God, who brings to light the mysteries of the heavens and the earth, and knows what you conceal and what you reveal.
027025
أَلاَّ يَسْجُدُوا لِلَّ هِ ا لَّذِي يُخْ رِ جُ ا لْخَ بْ ءَ فِي ا ل سَّمَاوَا تِ وَا لأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُخْ فُو نَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُو نَ
Al-Lahu Lā 'Ilā ha 'Illā Huwa Ra bbu A l-`Arsh i A l-`Ažī mi (An -Nam l: 26).
God"”There is no god but He, the Lord of the Sublime Throne."
027026
ال لَّ هُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ رَ بُّ ا لْعَرْشِ ا لْعَظ ِي مِ
Q ā la Sanan žuru 'Aş adaq ta 'Am Kun ta Mina A l-Kādh ibī na (An -Nam l: 27).
He said, "We will see, whether you have spoken the truth, or whether you are a liar.
027027
قَ ا لَ سَنَن ظُ رُ أَصَ دَقْ تَ أَمْ كُن تَ مِنَ ا لْكَاذِبِي نَ
A dh /hab Bikitābī Hādh ā Fa'alq ih 'Ilayhim Th umm a Tawalla `Anhum Fān žur Mādh ā Yarji`ū na (An -Nam l: 28).
Go with this letter of mine, and deliver it to them; then withdraw from them, and see how they respond."
027028
ا ذْهَب بِكِتَابِي هَذَا فَأَلْقِ ه إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمّ َ تَوَلَّ عَنْ هُمْ فَان ظُ رْ مَاذَا يَرْجِعُو نَ
Q ālat Yā 'Ayyuhā A l-Mala'u 'Inn ī 'Ulq iya 'Ilay ya Kitā bun Kar ī mun (An -Nam l: 29).
She said, "O Counselors, a gracious letter was delivered to me.
027029
قَ الَتْ يَا أَيُّهَا ا لمَلَأُ إِنِّ ي أُلْقِ يَ إِلَيَّ كِتَا بٌ كَرِ ي مٌ
'Inn ahu Min Sulaymā na Wa 'Inn ahu Bismi A ll ā hi A r-Ra ĥmani A r-Ra ĥī mi (An -Nam l: 30).
It is from Solomon, and it is, "کIn the Name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
027030
إِنَّ هُ مِن ْ سُلَيْمَا نَ وَإِنَّ هُ بِسْمِ ا ل لَّ هِ ا ل رَّ حْمَنِ ا ل رَّ حِي مِ
'Allā Ta`lū `Alay ya Wa 'Tūnī Muslimī na (An -Nam l: 31).
Do not defy me, and come to me submissively.'"
027031
أَلاَّ تَعْلُوا عَلَيَّ وَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِي نَ
Q ālat Yā 'Ayyuhā A l-Mala'u 'Aftūnī Fī 'Am r ī Mā Kun tu Q āţ i`atan 'Am rā an Ĥattá Tash /hadū ni (An -Nam l: 32).
She said, "O counselors, advise me in this matter of mine. I never make a decision unless you are present."
027032
قَ الَتْ يَا أَيُّهَا ا لمَلَأُ أَفْتُونِي فِي أَمْرِ ي مَا كُن تُ قَ اطِ عَةً أَمْراً حَتَّى تَشْهَدُو نِ
Q ālū Naĥnu 'Ūlū Q ūwatin Wa 'Ūlū Ba'sin Sh adī din Wa A l-'Am ru 'Ilay ki Fān žur ī Mādh ā Ta'mur ī na (An -Nam l: 33).
They said, "We are a people of might and great courage, but the decision is yours, so consider what you wish to command."
027033
قَ الُوا نَحْنُ أُ وْلُوا قُ وَّةٍ وَأُ ولُوا بَأْسٍ شَدِي دٍ وَا لأَمْرُ إِلَيْ كِ فَان ظُ رِ ي مَاذَا تَأْمُرِ ي نَ
Q ālat 'Inn a A l-Mulū ka 'Idh ā Dakh alū Q aryatan 'Afsadūhā Wa Ja`alū 'A`izzata 'Ahlihā 'Adh illatan ۖ Wa Kadh alika Yaf`alū na (An -Nam l: 34).
She said, "When kings enter a city, they devastate it, and subjugate its dignified people. Thus they always do.
027034
قَ الَتْ إِنّ َ ا لْمُلُو كَ إِذَا دَخَ لُوا قَ رْيَةً أَفْسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُو ا أَعِزَّةَ أَهْلِهَا أَذِلَّةً ۖ وَكَذَلِكَ يَفْعَلُو نَ
Wa 'Inn ī Mursilatun 'Ilayhim Bihadīyatin Fanāžira tun Bima Yarji`u A l-Mursalū na (An -Nam l: 35).
I am sending them a gift, and will see what the envoys bring back."
027035
وَإِنِّ ي مُرْسِلَةٌ إِلَيْهِمْ بِهَدِيَّةٍ فَنَاظِ رَ ةٌ بِمَ يَرْجِعُ ا لْمُرْسَلُو نَ
Falamm ā Jā 'a Sulaymā na Q ā la 'Atumiddūnani Bimā lin Famā 'Ātāniya A ll āhu Kh ay ru n Mimm ā 'Ātākum Bal 'An tum Bihadīyatikum Tafra ĥū na (An -Nam l: 36).
When he came to Solomon, he said, "Are you supplying me with money? What God has given me is better than what He has given you. It is you who delight in your gift.
027036
فَلَمَّ ا جَا ءَ سُلَيْمَا نَ قَ ا لَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَا لٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ ا ل لَّ هُ خَ يْ رٌ مِمَّ ا آتَاكُمْ بَلْ أَنْ تُمْ بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَ حُو نَ
A rji` 'Ilayhim Falana'tiyann ahum Bijunū din Lā Q ibala Lahum Bihā Wa Lanukh r ijann ahum Minhā 'Adh illatan Wa Hum Ş āgh irū na (An -Nam l: 37).
Go back to them. We will come upon them with troops they cannot resist; and we will expel them from there, disgraced and humiliated."
027037
ا رْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمْ فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّ هُمْ بِجُنُو دٍ لاَ قِ بَلَ لَهُمْ بِهَا وَلَنُخْ رِ جَنَّ هُمْ مِنْ هَا أَذِلَّةً وَهُمْ صَ اغِ رُو نَ
Q ā la Yā 'Ayyuhā A l-Mala'u 'Ayyukum Ya'tīnī Bi`arsh ihā Q ab la 'An Ya'tūnī Muslimī na (An -Nam l: 38).
He said, "O notables, which one of you will bring me her throne before they come to me in submission?"
027038
قَ ا لَ يَا أَيُّهَا ا لمَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَ بْ لَ أَن ْ يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِي نَ
Q ā la `Ifry tun Mina A l-Jinn i 'Anā 'Ātī ka Bihi Q ab la 'An Taq ū ma Min Maq āmika ۖ Wa 'Inn ī `Alay hi Laq awī yun 'Amī nun (An -Nam l: 39).
An imp of the sprites said, "I will bring it to you before you rise from your seat. I am strong and reliable enough to do it."
027039
قَ ا لَ عِفْريتٌ مِنَ ا لْجِنّ ِ أَنَا آتِي كَ بِهِ قَ بْ لَ أَن ْ تَقُ و مَ مِن ْ مَقَ امِكَ ۖ وَإِنِّ ي عَلَيْ هِ لَقَ وِيٌّ أَمِي نٌ
Q ā la A l-Ladh ī `In dahu `Ilmun Mina A l-Kitā bi 'Anā 'Ātī ka Bihi Q ab la 'An Yartadda 'Ilay ka Ţ arfuka ۚ Falamm ā Ra 'ā hu Mustaq ir rā an `In dahu Q ā la Hādh ā Min Fađli Ra bbī Liyab luwanī 'A'ash kuru 'Am 'Akfuru ۖ Wa Man Sh akara Fa'inn amā Yash kuru Linafsihi ۖ Wa Man Kafara Fa'inn a Ra bbī Gh anī yun Kar ī mun (An -Nam l: 40).
He who had knowledge from the Book said, "I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you." And when he saw it settled before him, he said, "This is from the grace of my Lord, to test me, whether I am grateful or ungrateful. He who is grateful, his gratitude is to his own credit; but he who is ungrateful"”my Lord is Independent and Generous."

قَ ا لَ ا لَّذِي عِنْ دَهُ عِلْمٌ مِنَ ا لْكِتَا بِ أَنَا آتِي كَ بِهِ قَ بْ لَ أَن ْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْ كَ طَ رْفُكَ ۚ فَلَمَّ ا رَ آهُ مُسْتَقِ ر ّاً عِنْ دَهُ قَ ا لَ هَذَا مِن ْ فَضْ لِ رَ بِّي لِيَبْ لُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ ۖ وَمَن ْ شَكَرَ فَإِنَّ مَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَن ْ كَفَرَ فَإِنّ َ رَ بِّي غَ نِيٌّ كَرِ ي مٌ
Q ā la Nakkirū Lahā `Arsh ahā Nan žur 'Atahtadī 'Am Takū nu Mina A l-Ladh ī na Lā Yahtadū na (An -Nam l: 41).
He said, "Disguise her throne for her, and we shall see whether she will be guided, or remains one of the misguided."
027041
قَ ا لَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَن ظُ رْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُو نُ مِنَ ا لَّذِي نَ لاَ يَهْتَدُو نَ
Falamm ā Jā 'at Q ī la 'Ahakadh ā `Arsh uki ۖ Q ālat Ka'ann ahu Huwa ۚ Wa 'Ūtīnā A l-`Ilma Min Q ab lihā Wa Kunn ā Muslimī na (An -Nam l: 42).
When she arrived, it was said, "Is your throne like this?" She said, "As if this is it." "We were given knowledge before her, and we were submissive."
027042
فَلَمَّ ا جَا ءَتْ قِ ي لَ أَهَكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَ الَتْ كَأَنَّ هُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُ وتِينَا ا لْعِلْمَ مِن ْ قَ بْ لِهَا وَكُنَّ ا مُسْلِمِي نَ
Wa Ş addahā Mā Kānat Ta`budu Min Dū ni A ll ā hi ۖ 'Inn ahā Kānat Min Q aw min Kāfir ī na (An -Nam l: 43).
But she was prevented by what she worshiped besides God; she belonged to a disbelieving people.
027043
وَصَ دَّهَا مَا كَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ مِن ْ دُو نِ ا ل لَّ هِ ۖ إِنَّ هَا كَانَتْ مِن ْ قَ وْ مٍ كَافِرِ ي نَ
Q ī la Lahā A d kh ulī A ş -Ş arĥa ۖ Falamm ā Ra 'at/hu Ĥasibat/hu Lujjatan Wa Kash afat `An Sāq ayhā ۚ Q ā la 'Inn ahu Ş arĥun Mumarra dun Min Q awār ī r a ۗ Q ālat Ra bbi 'Inn ī Ž alam tu Nafsī Wa 'Aslam tu Ma`a Sulaymā na Lill ā h Ra bbi A l-`Ālamī na (An -Nam l: 44).
It was said to her, "Go inside the palace." And when she saw it, she thought it was a deep pond, and she bared her legs. He said, "It is a palace paved with glass." She said, "My Lord, I have done wrong to myself, and I have submitted with Solomon, to God, Lord of the Worlds."
027044
قِ ي لَ لَهَا ا دْ خُ لِي ا ل صَّ رْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّ ا رَ أَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن ْ سَاقَ يْهَا ۚ قَ ا لَ إِنَّ هُ صَ رْحٌ مُمَرَّ دٌ مِن ْ قَ وَار ِي رَ ۗ قَ الَتْ رَ بِّ إِنِّ ي ظَ لَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَا نَ لِلَّ هِ رَ بِّ ا لْعَالَمِي نَ
Wa Laq ad 'Arsalnā 'Ilá Th amū da 'Akh āhum Ş āliĥāan 'Ani A `budū A ll aha Fa'idh ā Hum Far īq ā ni Yakh taş imū na (An -Nam l: 45).
And We sent to Thamood their brother Saleh: "Worship God." But they became two disputing factions.
027045
وَلَقَ دْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى ثَمُو دَ أَخَ اهُمْ صَ الِحاً أَنِ ا عْبُدُوا ا للَّ هَ فَإِذَا هُمْ فَرِ يقَ ا نِ يَخْ تَصِ مُو نَ
Q ā la Yā Q aw mi Lima Tasta`jilū na Bis-Sayyi'a ti Q ab la A l-Ĥasanati ۖ Lawlā Tastagh firū na A ll āha La`allakum Turĥamū na (An -Nam l: 46).
He said, "O my people, why are you quick to do evil rather than good? If only you would seek God's forgiveness, so that you may be shown mercy."
027046
قَ ا لَ يَاقَ وْ مِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُو نَ بِا ل سَّيِّئَةِ قَ بْ لَ ا لْحَسَنَةِ ۖ لَوْلاَ تَسْتَغْ فِرُو نَ ا للَّ هَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُو نَ
Q ālū A ţ ţ ayyarnā Bika Wa Biman Ma`aka ۚ Q ā la Ţ ā 'iru kum `In da A ll āhi ۖ Bal 'An tum Q aw mun Tuftanū na (An -Nam l: 47).
They said, "We consider you an ill omen, and those with you." He said, "Your omen is with God. In fact, you are a people being tested."
027047
قَ الُوا ا طَّ يَّرْنَا بِكَ وَبِمَن ْ مَعَكَ ۚ قَ ا لَ طَ ا ئِرُكُمْ عِنْ دَ ا ل لَّ هِ ۖ بَلْ أَنْ تُمْ قَ وْ مٌ تُفْتَنُو نَ
Wa Kā na Fī A l-Madīnati Tis`atu Ra hţ in Yufsidū na Fī A l-'Arđi Wa Lā Yuş liĥū na (An -Nam l: 48).
In the city was a gang of nine who made mischief in the land and did no good.
027048
وَكَا نَ فِي ا لْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَ هْط ٍ يُفْسِدُو نَ فِي ا لأَرْضِ وَلاَ يُصْ لِحُو نَ
Q ālū Taq āsamū Bill āhi Lanubayyita nn ahu Wa 'Ahlahu Th umm a Lanaq ūlann a Liwalīyihi Mā Sh ahid nā Mahlika 'Ahlihi Wa 'Inn ā Laş ādiq ū na (An -Nam l: 49).
They said, "Swear by God to one another that we will attack him and his family by night, and then tell his guardian, 'We did not witness the murder of his family, and we are being truthful.'"
027049
قَ الُوا تَقَ اسَمُوا بِا ل لَّ هِ لَنُبَيِّتَنَّ هُ وَأَهْلَهُ ثُمّ َ لَنَقُ ولَنّ َ لِوَلِيِّهِ مَا شَهِدْ نَا مَهْلِكَ أَهْلِهِ وَإِنَّ ا لَصَ ادِقُو نَ
Wa Makarū Makrā an Wa Makarnā Makrā an Wa Hum Lā Yash `urū na (An -Nam l: 50).
They planned a plan, and We planned a plan, but they did not notice.
027050
وَمَكَرُوا مَكْراً وَمَكَرْنَا مَكْراً وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُو نَ
Fān žur Kay fa Kā na `Āq ibatu Makr ihim 'Ann ā Damm arnāhum Wa Q awmahum 'Aj ma`ī na (An -Nam l: 51).
So note the outcome of their planning; We destroyed them and their people, altogether.
027051
فَان ظُ رْ كَيْ فَ كَا نَ عَاقِ بَةُ مَكْرِ هِمْ أَنَّ ا دَمَّ رْنَاهُمْ وَقَ وْمَهُمْ أَجْ مَعِي نَ
Fatilka Buyūtuhum Kh āwiyatan Bimā Ž alamū ۗ 'Inn a Fī Dh ālika La'ā yatan Liq aw min Ya`lamū na (An -Nam l: 52).
Here are their homes, in ruins, on account of their iniquities. Surely in this is a sign for people who know.
027052
فَتِلْكَ بُيُوتُهُمْ خَ اوِيَةً بِمَا ظَ لَمُو ا ۗ إِنّ َ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَة ً لِقَ وْ مٍ يَعْلَمُو نَ
Wa 'An jaynā A l-Ladh ī na 'Āmanū Wa Kānū Yattaq ū na (An -Nam l: 53).
And We saved those who believed and were pious.
027053
وَأَن جَيْنَا ا لَّذِي نَ آمَنُوا وَكَانُوا يَتَّقُو نَ
Wa Lūţ āan 'Idh Q ā la Liq awmihi 'Ata'tū na A l-Fāĥish ata Wa 'An tum Tub ş irū na (An -Nam l: 54).
And Lot, when he said to his people, "Do you commit lewdness with open eyes?
027054
وَلُوط اً إِذْ قَ ا لَ لِقَ وْمِهِ أَتَأْتُو نَ ا لْفَاحِشَةَ وَأَنْ تُمْ تُبْ صِ رُو نَ
'A'inn akum Lata'tū na A r-R ijā la Sh ahwatan Min Dū ni A n -Nisā ' ۚ Bal 'An tum Q aw mun Taj halū na (An -Nam l: 55).
Do you lust after men instead of women? You are truly ignorant people."
027055
أَئِنَّ كُمْ لَتَأْتُو نَ ا ل رِّجَا لَ شَهْوَةً مِن ْ دُو نِ ا ل نِسَا ء ۚ بَلْ أَنْ تُمْ قَ وْ مٌ تَجْ هَلُو نَ
Famā Kā na Jawā ba Q awmihi 'Illā 'An Q ālū 'Akh r ijū 'Ā la Lūţ in Min Q aryatikum ۖ 'Inn ahum 'Unā sun Yataţ ahharū na (An -Nam l: 56).
But the only response of his people was to say, "Expel the family of Lot from your town. They are purist people."
027056
فَمَا كَا نَ جَوَا بَ قَ وْمِهِ إِلاَّ أَن ْ قَ الُو ا أَخْ رِ جُو ا آلَ لُو ط ٍ مِن ْ قَ رْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّ هُمْ أُنَا سٌ يَتَطَ هَّرُو نَ
Fa'an jaynā hu Wa 'Ahlahu 'Illā A m ra 'atahu Q addarnāhā Mina A l-Gh ābir ī na (An -Nam l: 57).
So We saved him and his family, except for his wife, whom We destined to be among the laggards.
027057
فَأَن جَيْنَا هُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلاَّ ا مْرَ أَتَهُ قَ دَّرْنَاهَا مِنَ ا لْغَ ابِرِ ي نَ
Wa 'Am ţ arnā `Alayhim Maţ arā an ۖ Fasā 'a Maţ aru A l-Mun dh ar ī na (An -Nam l: 58).
And We rained upon them a rain. Miserable was the rain of those forewarned.
027058
وَأَمْطَ رْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَ راً ۖ فَسَا ءَ مَطَ رُ ا لْمُن ذَرِ ي نَ
Q uli A l-Ĥam du Lill ā h Wa Salā mun `Alá `Ibādihi A l-Ladh ī na A ş ţ afá ۗ 'Āā lllahu Kh ay ru n 'Amm ā Yush r ikū na (An -Nam l: 59).
Say, "Praise God, and peace be upon His servants whom He has selected. Is God better, or what they associate?"
027059
قُ لِ ا لْحَمْدُ لِلَّ هِ وَسَلاَمٌ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ ا لَّذِي نَ ا صْ طَ فَى ۗ آاللَّهُ خَ يْ رٌ أَمَّ ا يُشْرِ كُو نَ
'Amm an Kh alaq a A s-Samāwā ti Wa A l-'Arđa Wa 'An zala Lakum Mina A s-Samā 'i Mā 'an Fa'an batnā Bihi Ĥadā 'iq a Dh ā ta Bahjatin Mā Kā na Lakum 'An Tun bitū Sh ajara hā ۗ 'A'ilahun Ma`a A ll āhi ۚ Bal Hum Q aw mun Ya`dilū na (An -Nam l: 60).
Or, who created the heavens and the earth, and rains down water from the sky for you? With it We produce gardens full of beauty, whose trees you could not have produced. Is there another god with God? But they are a people who equate.
027060
أَمَّ نْ خَ لَقَ ا ل سَّمَاوَا تِ وَا لأَرْضَ وَأَن زَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ ا ل سَّمَا ءِ مَا ءً فَأَنْ بَتْنَا بِهِ حَدَا ئِقَ ذَا تَ بَهْجَةٍ مَا كَا نَ لَكُمْ أَن ْ تُنْ بِتُوا شَجَرَ هَا ۗ أَءِلَهٌ مَعَ ا ل لَّ هِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَ وْ مٌ يَعْدِلُو نَ
'Amm an Ja`ala A l-'Arđa Q arā rā an Wa Ja`ala Kh ilālahā 'Anhārā an Wa Ja`ala Lahā Ra wāsiya Wa Ja`ala Bay na A l-Baĥra y ni Ĥājizāan ۗ 'A'ilahun Ma`a A ll āhi ۚ Bal 'Akth aru hum Lā Ya`lamū na (An -Nam l: 61).
Or, who made the earth habitable, and made rivers flow through it, and set mountains on it, and placed a partition between the two seas? Is there another god with God? But most of them do not know.
027061
أَمَّ ن ْ جَعَلَ ا لأَرْضَ قَ رَ اراً وَجَعَلَ خِ لاَلَهَا أَنْ هَاراً وَجَعَلَ لَهَا رَ وَاسِيَ وَجَعَلَ بَيْ نَ ا لْبَحْرَ يْ نِ حَاجِزاً ۗ أَءِلَهٌ مَعَ ا ل لَّ هِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُو نَ
'Amm an Yujī bu A l-Muđţ arra 'Idh ā Da`ā hu Wa Yaksh ifu A s-Sū 'a Wa Yaj `alukum Kh ulafā 'a A l-'Arđi ۗ 'A'ilahun Ma`a A ll āhi ۚ Q alīlāan Mā Tadh akkarū na (An -Nam l: 62).
Or, who answers the one in need when he prays to Him, and relieves adversity, and makes you successors on earth? Is there another god with God? How hardly you pay attention.
027062
أَمَّ ن ْ يُجِي بُ ا لْمُض طَ رَّ إِذَا دَعَا هُ وَيَكْشِفُ ا ل سُّو ءَ وَيَجْ عَلُكُمْ خُ لَفَا ءَ ا لأَرْضِ ۗ أَءِلَهٌ مَعَ ا ل لَّ هِ ۚ قَ لِيلاً مَا تَذَكَّرُو نَ
'Amm an Yahdīkum Fī Ž ulumā ti A l-Barr i Wa A l-Baĥr i Wa Man Yursilu A r-R iyā ĥa Bush rā an Bay na Yaday Ra ĥmatihi ۗ 'A'ilahun Ma`a A ll āhi ۚ Ta`ālá A ll āhu `Amm ā Yush r ikū na (An -Nam l: 63).
Or, who guides you through the darkness of land and sea, and who sends the winds as heralds of His mercy? Is there another god with God? Most exalted is God, above what they associate.
027063
أَمَّ ن ْ يَهْدِيكُمْ فِي ظُ لُمَا تِ ا لْبَرِّ وَا لْبَحْرِ وَمَن ْ يُرْسِلُ ا ل رِّيَا حَ بُشْراً بَيْ نَ يَدَيْ رَ حْمَتِهِ ۗ أَءِلَهٌ مَعَ ا ل لَّ هِ ۚ تَعَالَى ا ل لَّ هُ عَمَّ ا يُشْرِ كُو نَ
'Amm an Yab da'u A l-Kh alq a Th umm a Yu`īduhu Wa Man Yarzuq ukum Mina A s-Samā 'i Wa A l-'Arđi ۗ 'A'ilahun Ma`a A ll āhi ۚ Q ul Hātū Burhānakum 'In Kun tum Ş ādiq ī na (An -Nam l: 64).
Or, who originates the creation and then repeats it, and who gives you livelihood from the sky and the earth? Is there another god with God? Say, "Produce your evidence, if you are truthful."
027064
أَمَّ ن ْ يَبْ دَأُ ا لْخَ لْقَ ثُمّ َ يُعِيدُهُ وَمَن ْ يَرْزُقُ كُمْ مِنَ ا ل سَّمَا ءِ وَا لأَرْضِ ۗ أَءِلَهٌ مَعَ ا ل لَّ هِ ۚ قُ لْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ إِن ْ كُن تُمْ صَ ادِق ِي نَ
Q ul Lā Ya`lamu Man Fī A s-Samāwā ti Wa A l-'Arđi A l-Gh ay ba 'Illā A l-Lahu ۚ Wa Mā Yash `urū na 'Ayyā na Yub `ath ū na (An -Nam l: 65).
Say, "No one in the heavens or on earth knows the future except God; and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."
027065
قُ لْ لاَ يَعْلَمُ مَن ْ فِي ا ل سَّمَاوَا تِ وَا لأَرْضِ ا لْغَ يْ بَ إِلاَّ ا ل لَّ هُ ۚ وَمَا يَشْعُرُو نَ أَيَّا نَ يُبْ عَثُو نَ
Bal A ddāra ka `Ilmuhum Fī A l-'Ākh ira ti ۚ Bal Hum Fī Sh akkin Minhā ۖ Bal Hum Minhā `Amū na (An -Nam l: 66).
In fact, their knowledge of the Hereafter is confused. In fact, they are in doubt about it. In fact, they are blind to it.
027066
بَلْ ا دَّارَ كَ عِلْمُهُمْ فِي ا لآخِ رَ ةِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِنْ هَا ۖ بَلْ هُمْ مِنْ هَا عَمُو نَ
Wa Q ā la A l-Ladh ī na Kafarū 'A'idh ā Kunn ā Turā bāan Wa 'Ābā 'uunā 'A'inn ā Lamukh ra jū na (An -Nm l: 67).
Those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust, and our ancestors, shall we be brought out?
027067
وَقَ ا لَ ا لَّذِي نَ كَفَرُو ا أَئِذَا كُنَّ ا تُرَ اباً وَآبَا ؤُنَا أَئِنَّ ا لَمُخْ رَ جُو نَ
Laq ad Wu`id nā Hādh ā Naĥnu Wa 'Ābā 'uunā Min Q ab lu 'In Hādh ā 'Illā 'Asāţ ī r u A l-'Awwalī na (An -Nm l: 68).
We were promised that before, we and our ancestors"”these are nothing but legends of the ancients."
027068
لَقَ دْ وُعِدْ نَا هَذَا نَحْنُ وَآبَا ؤُنَا مِن ْ قَ بْ لُ إِن ْ هَذَا إِلاَّ أَسَاطِ ي ر ُا لأَوَّلِي نَ
Q ul Sīrū Fī A l-'Arđi Fān žurū Kay fa Kā na `Āq ibatu A l-Muj r imī na (An -Nm l: 69).
Say, travel through the earth, and observe the fate of the guilty."
027069
قُ لْ سِيرُوا فِي ا لأَرْضِ فَان ظُ رُوا كَيْ فَ كَا نَ عَاقِ بَةُ ا لْمُجْ رِ مِي نَ
Wa Lā Taĥzan `Alayhim Wa Lā Takun Fī Đ ay q in Mimm ā Yam kurū na (An -Nm l: 70).
But do not grieve over them, and do not be troubled by what they plot.
027070
وَلاَ تَحْزَن ْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ تَكُن ْ فِي ضَ يْ ق ٍ مِمَّ ا يَمْكُرُو نَ
Wa Yaq ūlū na Matá Hādh ā A l-Wa`du 'In Kun tum Ş ādiq ī na (An -Nm l: 71).
And they say, "When is this promise, if you are truthful?"
027071
وَيَقُ ولُو نَ مَتَى هَذَا ا لْوَعْدُ إِن ْ كُن تُمْ صَ ادِق ِي نَ
Q ul `Asá 'An Yakū na Ra difa Lakum Ba`đu A l-Ladh ī Tasta`jilū na (An -Nm l: 72).
Say, "Perhaps some of what you are impatient for has drawn near."
027072
قُ لْ عَسَى أَن ْ يَكُو نَ رَ دِفَ لَكُمْ بَعْضُ ا لَّذِي تَسْتَعْجِلُو نَ
Wa 'Inn a Ra bbaka Ladh ū Fađlin `Alá A n -Nā si Wa Lakinn a 'Akth ara hum Lā Yash kurū na (An -Nm l: 73).
Your Lord is gracious towards humanity, but most of them are not thankful.
027073
وَإِنّ َ رَ بَّكَ لَذُو فَضْ لٍ عَلَى ا ل نّ َا سِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ هُمْ لاَ يَشْكُرُو نَ
Wa 'Inn a Ra bbaka Laya`la mu Mā Tukinn u Ş udūru hum Wa Mā Yu`linū na (An -Nm l: 74).
And your Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they reveal.
027074
وَإِنّ َ رَ بَّكَ لَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُ دُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُو نَ
Wa Mā Min Gh ā 'ibatin Fī A s-Samā 'i Wa A l-'Arđi 'Illā Fī Kitā bin Mubī nin (An -Nm l: 75).
There is no mystery in the heaven and the earth, but it is in a Clear Book.
027075
وَمَا مِنْ غَ ا ئِبَةٍ فِي ا ل سَّمَا ءِ وَا لأَرْضِ إِلاَّ فِي كِتَا بٍ مُبِي نٍ
'Inn a Hādh ā A l-Q ur'ā na Yaq uş ş u `Alá Banī 'Isrā 'ī la 'Akth ara A l-Ladh ī Hum Fī hi Yakh talifū na (An -Nm l: 76).
This Quran relates to the Children of Israel most of what they differ about.
027076
إِنّ َ هَذَا ا لْقُ رْآنَ يَقُ صّ ُ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَا ئِي لَ أَكْثَرَ ا لَّذِي هُمْ فِي هِ يَخْ تَلِفُو نَ
Wa 'Inn ahu Lahudan Wa Ra ĥmatun Lilmu'uminī na (An -Nm l: 77).
And it is guidance and mercy for the believers.
027077
وَإِنَّ هُ لَهُد ىً وَرَ حْمَة ٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِي نَ
'Inn a Ra bbaka Yaq đī Baynahum Biĥukmihi ۚ Wa Huwa A l-`Azī zu A l-`Alī mu (An -Nm l: 78).
Your Lord will judge between them by His wisdom. He is the Almighty, the All-Knowing.
027078
إِنّ َ رَ بَّكَ يَقْ ضِ ي بَيْنَهُمْ بِحُكْمِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ ا لْعَزِي زُ ا لْعَلِي مُ
Fatawakkal `Alá A ll āhi ۖ 'Inn aka `Alá A l-Ĥaq q i A l-Mubī ni (An -Nm l: 79).
So rely on God. You are upon the clear truth.
027079
فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ا ل لَّ هِ ۖ إِنَّ كَ عَلَى ا لْحَقِّ ا لْمُبِي نِ
'Inn aka Lā Tusmi`u A l-Mawtá Wa Lā Tusmi`u A ş -Ş umm a A d-Du`ā 'a 'Idh ā Wa Llawā Mud bir ī na (An -Nm l: 80).
You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call if they turn their backs and flee.
027080
إِنَّ كَ لاَ تُسْمِعُ ا لْمَوْتَى وَلاَ تُسْمِعُ ا ل صُّ مّ َ ا ل دُّعَا ءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْ بِرِ ي نَ
Wa Mā 'An ta Bihādī A l-`Um yi `An Đ alālatihim ۖ 'In Tusmi`u 'Illā Man Yu'uminu Bi'ā yātinā Fahum Muslimū na (An -Nm l: 81).
Nor can you guide the blind out of their straying. You can make no one listen, except those who believe in Our verses; for they are Muslims.
027081
وَمَا أَنْ تَ بِهَادِي ا لْعُمْيِ عَن ْ ضَ لاَلَتِهِمْ ۖ إِن ْ تُسْمِعُ إِلاَّ مَن ْ يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ مُسْلِمُو نَ
Wa 'Idh ā Waq a`a A l-Q aw lu `Alayhim 'Akh ra j nā Lahum Dā bbatan Mina A l-'Arđi Tukallimuhum 'Ann a A n -Nā sa Kānū Bi'ā yātinā Lā Yūq inū na (An -Nm l: 82).
And when the Word has fallen on them, We will bring out for them from the earth a creature which will say to them that the people are uncertain of Our revelations.
027082
وَإِذَا وَقَ عَ ا لْقَ وْ لُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْ رَ جْ نَا لَهُمْ دَا بَّةً مِنَ ا لأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنّ َ ا ل نّ َا سَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لاَ يُوقِ نُو نَ
Wa Yaw ma Naĥsh uru Min Kulli 'Umm atin Fawjāan Mimm an Yukadh dh ibu Bi'ā yātinā Fahum Yūza`ū na (An -Nm l: 83).
On the Day when We gather from every community a group of those who rejected Our revelations; and they will be restrained.
027083
وَيَوْ مَ نَحْشُرُ مِن ْ كُلِّ أُمَّ ةٍ فَوْجاً مِمَّ ن ْ يُكَذِّبُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ يُوزَعُو نَ
Ĥattá 'Idh ā Jā 'ū Q ā la 'Akadh dh ab tum Bi'ā yātī Wa Lam Tuĥīţ ū Bihā `Ilmāan 'Amm ādh ā Kun tum Ta`malū na (An -Nm l: 84).
Until, when they arrive, He will say, "Did you reject My revelations without comprehending them? Or what is it you were doing?"
027084
حَتَّى إِذَا جَا ءُ وا قَ ا لَ أَكَذَّبْ تُمْ بِآيَاتِي وَلَمْ تُحِيطُ وا بِهَا عِلْماً أَمَّ اذَا كُن تُمْ تَعْمَلُو نَ
Wa Waq a`a A l-Q aw lu `Alayhim Bimā Ž alamū Fahum Lā Yan ţ iq ū na (An -Nm l: 85).
The Word will come down upon them for their wrongdoing, and they will not speak.
027085
وَوَقَ عَ ا لْقَ وْ لُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمَا ظَ لَمُوا فَهُمْ لاَ يَن طِ قُو نَ
'Alam Yara wā 'Ann ā Ja`alnā A l-Lay la Liyaskunū Fī hi Wa A n -Nahā ra Mub ş irā an ۚ 'Inn a Fī Dh ālika La'ā yā tin Liq aw min Yu'uminū na (An -Nm l: 86).
Do they not see that We made the night for them to rest therein, and the day for visibility? Surely in that are signs for people who believe.
027086
أَلَمْ يَرَ وْا أَنَّ ا جَعَلْنَا ا ل لَّيْ لَ لِيَسْكُنُوا فِي هِ وَا ل نَّ هَا رَ مُبْ صِ ر اً ۚ إِنّ َ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَا تٍ لِقَ وْ مٍ يُؤْمِنُو نَ
Wa Yaw ma Yun fakh u Fī A ş -Ş ū r i Fafazi`a Man Fī A s-Samāwā ti Wa Man Fī A l-'Arđi 'Illā Man Sh ā 'a A ll āhu ۚ Wa Kullun 'Ataw hu Dākh ir ī na (An -Nm l: 87).
On the Day when the Trumpet is blown, everyone in the heavens and the earth will be horrified, except whomever God wills; and everyone will come before Him in humility.
027087
وَيَوْ مَ يُن فَخُ فِي ا ل صُّ و رِ فَفَزِعَ مَن ْ فِي ا ل سَّمَاوَا تِ وَمَن ْ فِي ا لأَرْضِ إِلاَّ مَن ْ شَا ءَ ا ل لَّ هُ ۚ وَكُلٌّ أَتَوْ هُ دَاخِ رِ ي نَ
Wa Tará A l-Jibā la Taĥsabuhā Jāmidatan Wa Hiya Tamurru Marra A s-Saĥā bi ۚ Ş un`a A ll āhi A l-Ladh ī 'Atq ana Kulla Sh ay 'in ۚ 'Inn ahu Kh abī r un Bimā Taf`alū na (An -Nm l: 88).
And you see the mountains, and imagine them fixed, yet they pass, as the passing of the clouds"”the making of God, who has perfected everything. He is fully Informed of what you do.
027088
وَتَرَ ى ا لْجِبَا لَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَةً وَهِيَ تَمُرُّ مَرَّ ا ل سَّحَا بِ ۚ صُ نْ عَ ا ل لَّ هِ ا لَّذِي أَتْقَ نَ كُلَّ شَيْ ءٍ ۚ إِنَّ هُ خَ بِي رٌ بِمَا تَفْعَلُو نَ
Man Jā 'a Bil-Ĥasanati Falahu Kh ay ru n Minhā Wa Hum Min Faza`in Yawma'idh in 'Āminū na (An -Nm l: 89).
Whoever brings a virtue will receive better than it"”and they will be safe from the horrors of that Day.
027089
مَن ْ جَا ءَ بِا لْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَ يْ رٌ مِنْ هَا وَهُمْ مِن ْ فَزَعٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ آمِنُو نَ
Wa Man Jā 'a Bis-Sayyi'a ti Fakubbat Wujūhuhum Fī A n -Nā r i Hal Tuj zaw na 'Illā Mā Kun tum Ta`malū na (An -Nm l: 90).
But whoever brings evil"”their faces will be tumbled into the Fire. Will you be rewarded except for what you used to do?
027090
وَمَن ْ جَا ءَ بِا ل سَّيِّئَةِ فَكُبَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِي ا ل نّ َا رِ هَلْ تُجْ زَوْ نَ إِلاَّ مَا كُن تُمْ تَعْمَلُو نَ
'Inn amā 'Umir tu 'An 'A`buda Ra bba Hadh ihi A l-Baldati A l-Ladh ī Ĥarra mahā Wa Lahu Kullu Sh ay 'in ۖ Wa 'Umir tu 'An 'Akū na Mina A l-Muslimī na (An -Nm l: 91).
"I was commanded to worship the Lord of this town, who has sanctified it, and to Whom everything belongs; and I was commanded to be of those who submit.
027091
إِنَّ مَا أُمِر ْتُ أَن ْ أَعْبُدَ رَ بَّ هَذِهِ ا لْبَلْدَةِ ا لَّذِي حَرَّ مَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْ ءٍ ۖ وَأُمِر ْتُ أَن ْ أَكُو نَ مِنَ ا لْمُسْلِمِي نَ
Wa 'An 'Atluwa A l-Q ur'ā na ۖ Famani A htadá Fa'inn amā Yahtadī Linafsihi ۖ Wa Man Đ alla Faq ul 'Inn amā 'Anā Mina A l-Mun dh ir ī na (An -Nm l: 92).
And to recite the Quran." Whoever is guided"”is guided to his own advantage. And whoever goes astray, then say, "I am one of the warners."
027092
وَأَن ْ أَتْلُوَ ا لْقُ رْآنَ ۖ فَمَنِ ا هْتَدَى فَإِنَّ مَا يَهْتَدِي لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَن ْ ضَ لَّ فَقُ لْ إِنَّ مَا أَنَا مِنَ ا لْمُن ذِرِ ي نَ
Wa Q uli A l-Ĥam du Lill ā h Sayur īkum 'Āyātihi Fata`r ifūnahā ۚ Wa Mā Ra bbuka Bigh āfilin `Amm ā Ta`malū na (An -Nm l: 93).
And say, "Praise belongs to God; He will show you His signs, and you will recognize them. Your Lord is not heedless of what you do."

وَقُ لِ ا لْحَمْدُ لِلَّ هِ سَيُرِ يكُمْ آيَاتِهِ فَتَعْرِ فُونَهَا ۚ وَمَا رَ بُّكَ بِغَ افِلٍ عَمَّ ا تَعْمَلُو نَ
