Tilka 'Āyātu Al-Kitābi Al-Mubīni (Al-Qaşaş: 2). These are the Verses of the Clear Book. 028002 تِلْكَ ‌آي‍‍َاتُ ‌الْكِت‍‍َابِ ‌الْمُب‍‍ِي‍نِ
Natlū `Alayka Min Naba'i Mūsá Wa Fir`awna Bil-Ĥaqqi Liqawmin Yu'uminūna (Al-Qaşaş: 3). We narrate to you from the history of Moses and Pharaoh"”in truth"”for people who believe. 028003 نَتْلُو‌ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ نَبَإِ‌ مُوسَى وَفِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ بِ‍‍الْحَ‍‍قِّ لِ‍‍قَ‍‍وْمٍ يُؤْمِن‍‍ُو‍نَ
'Inna Fir`awna `Alā Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Ja`ala 'Ahlahā Shiya`āan Yastađ`ifu Ţā'ifatan Minhum Yudhabbiĥu 'Abnā'ahum Wa Yastaĥyī Nisā'ahum ۚ 'Innahu Kāna Mina Al-Mufsidīna (Al-Qaşaş: 4). Pharaoh exalted himself in the land, and divided its people into factions. He persecuted a group of them, slaughtering their sons, while sparing their daughters. He was truly a corrupter. 028004 إِنّ‌َ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ عَلاَ‌ فِي ‌الأَ‌رْ‍ضِ ‌وَجَعَلَ ‌أَهْلَهَا‌ شِيَعاً يَسْتَ‍‍ضْ‍‍عِفُ طَ‍‍ائِفَةً مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُمْ يُذَبِّحُ ‌أَبْ‍‍ن‍‍َا‌ءَهُمْ ‌وَيَسْتَحْيِي نِس‍‍َا‌ءَهُمْ ۚ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ ك‍‍َانَ مِنَ ‌الْمُفْسِد‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Nurīdu 'An Namunna `Alá Al-Ladhīna Astuđ`ifū Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Naj`alahum 'A'immatan Wa Naj`alahumu Al-Wārithīna (Al-Qaşaş: 5). But We desired to favor those who were oppressed in the land, and to make them leaders, and to make them the inheritors. 028005 وَنُ‍‍ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍دُ أَ‌ن‌ْ نَمُ‍‍نّ‌َ عَلَى‌ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ ‌اسْتُ‍‍ضْ‍‍عِفُوا‌ فِي ‌الأَ‌رْضِ ‌وَنَ‍‍جْ‍‍عَلَهُمْ ‌أَئِ‍‍مَّ‍‍ةً ‌وَنَ‍‍جْ‍‍عَلَهُمُ ‌الْوَ‌ا‌رِث‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Numakkina Lahum Al-'Arđi Wa Nuriya Fir`awna Wa Hāmāna Wa Junūdahumā Minhum Mā Kānū Yaĥdharūna (Al-Qaşaş: 6). And to establish them in the land; and to show Pharaoh, Hamaan, and their troops, the very thing they feared. 028006 وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي ‌الأَ‌رْ‍ضِ ‌وَنُ‍‍رِيَ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ ‌وَهَام‍‍َانَ ‌وَجُنُو‌دَهُمَا‌ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُمْ مَا‌ كَانُوا‌ يَحْذَ‌ر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa 'Awĥaynā 'Ilá 'Ummi Mūsá 'An 'Arđi`īhi ۖ Fa'idhā Khifti `Alayhi Fa'alqīhi Fī Al-Yammi Wa Lā Takhāfī Wa Lā Taĥzanī ۖ 'Innā Rāddūhu 'Ilayki Wa Jā`ilūhu Mina Al-Mursalīna (Al-Qaşaş: 7). We inspired the mother of Moses: "Nurse him; then, when you fear for him, cast him into the river, and do not fear, nor grieve; We will return him to you, and make him one of the messengers."‌ 028007 وَ‌أَ‌وْحَيْنَ‍‍ا إِلَ‍‍ى أُمِّ مُوسَ‍‍ى أَ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَ‌رْ‍ضِ‍‍ع‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍هِ ۖ فَإِ‌ذَ‌ا‌ خِ‍‍فْتِ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ فَأَلْ‍‍قِ‍‍ي‍‍هِ فِي ‌الْيَ‍‍مِّ ‌وَلاَ‌ تَ‍‍خَ‍‍افِي ‌وَلاَ‌ تَحْزَنِ‍‍ي ۖ ‌إِنَّ‍‍ا ر‍َ‌ادّ‍ُ‍‌وهُ ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كِ ‌وَجَاعِل‍‍ُ‍وهُ مِنَ ‌الْمُرْسَل‍‍ِي‍نَ
Fāltaqaţahu 'Ālu Fir`awna Liyakūna Lahum `Adūan Wa Ĥazanāan ۗ 'Inna Fir`awna Wa Hāmāna Wa Junūdahumā Kānū Khāţi'īna (Al-Qaşaş: 8). Pharaoh's household picked him up, to be an opponent and a sorrow for them. Pharaoh, Hamaan, and their troops were sinners. 028008 فَ‍‍الْتَ‍‍قَ‍‍طَ‍‍هُ ‌آلُ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ لِيَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ لَهُمْ عَدُ‌وّ‌اً ‌وَحَزَناً ۗ ‌إِنّ‌َ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ ‌وَهَام‍‍َانَ ‌وَجُنُو‌دَهُمَا‌ كَانُوا‌ خَ‍‍اطِ‍‍ئ‍‍‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Qālat Amra'atu Fir`awna Qurratu `Aynin Lī Wa Laka ۖ Lā Taqtulūhu `Asá 'An Yanfa`anā 'Aw Nattakhidhahu Waladāan Wa Hum Lā Yash`urūna (Al-Qaşaş: 9). Pharaoh's wife said, "An eye's delight for me and for you. Do not kill him; perhaps he will be useful to us, or we may adopt him as a son."‌ But they did not foresee. 028009 وَ‍قَ‍‍الَتْ ‌امْ‍رَ‌أَةُ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ قُ‍رَّةُ عَ‍‍يْ‍‍نٍ لِي ‌وَلَكَ ۖ لاَ‌ تَ‍‍قْ‍‍تُل‍‍ُ‍وهُ عَسَ‍‍ى أَ‌ن‌ْ يَ‍‌‍ن‍‍فَعَنَ‍‍ا أَ‌وْ‌ نَتَّ‍‍خِ‍‍ذَهُ ‌وَلَد‌اً ‌وَهُمْ لاَ‌ يَشْعُر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa 'Aşbaĥa Fu'uādu 'Ummi Mūsá Fārighāan ۖ 'In Kādat Latubdī Bihi Lawlā 'An Rabaţnā `Alá Qalbihā Litakūna Mina Al-Mu'uminīna (Al-Qaşaş: 10). The heart of Moses' mother became vacant. She was about to disclose him, had We not steadied her heart, that she may remain a believer. 028010 وَ‌أَ‍صْ‍‍بَحَ فُؤ‍َ‌ادُ أُمِّ مُوسَى‌ فَا‌رِ‍غ‍‍اً ۖ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ كَا‌دَتْ لَتُ‍‍بْ‍‍دِي بِهِ لَوْلاَ أَ‌ن‌ْ رَبَ‍‍طْ‍‍نَا‌ عَلَى‌ قَ‍‍لْبِهَا‌ لِتَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ مِنَ ‌الْمُؤْمِن‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Qālat Li'khtihi Quşşīhi ۖ Fabaşurat Bihi `An Junubin Wa Hum Lā Yash`urūna (Al-Qaşaş: 11). She said to his sister, "Trail him."‌ So she watched him from afar, and they were unaware. 028011 وَ‍قَ‍‍الَتْ لِأخْ‍‍تِهِ قُ‍‍صِّ‍‍ي‍‍هِ ۖ فَبَ‍‍صُ‍رَتْ بِهِ عَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ جُنُبٍ ‌وَهُمْ لاَ‌ يَشْعُر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Ĥarramnā `Alayhi Al-Mađi`a Min Qablu Faqālat Hal 'Adullukum `Alá 'Ahli Baytin Yakfulūnahu Lakum Wa Hum Lahu Nāşūna (Al-Qaşaş: 12). We forbade him breastfeeding at first. So she said, "Shall I tell you about a family that can raise him for you, and will look after him?"‌ 028012 وَحَ‍رَّمْنَا‌ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ ‌الْمَ‍رَ‌اضِ‍‍عَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍بْ‍‍لُ فَ‍‍قَ‍‍الَتْ هَلْ ‌أَ‌دُلُّكُمْ عَلَ‍‍ى أَهْلِ بَ‍‍يْ‍‍تٍ يَكْفُلُونَهُ لَكُمْ ‌وَهُمْ لَهُ نَاصِ‍‍ح‍‍ُو‍نَ
Faradadnāhu 'Ilá 'Ummihi Kay Taqarra `Aynuhā Wa Lā Taĥzana Wa Lita`lama 'Anna Wa`da Allāhi Ĥaqqun Wa Lakinna 'Aktharahum Lā Ya`lamūna (Al-Qaşaş: 13). Thus We returned him to his mother, that she may be comforted, and not grieve, and know that God's promise is true. But most of them do not know. 028013 فَ‍رَ‌دَ‌دْن‍‍َاهُ ‌إِلَ‍‍ى أُمِّ‍‍هِ كَيْ تَ‍‍قَ‍رَّ‌ عَيْنُهَا وَلاَ‌ تَحْزَنَ ‌وَلِتَعْلَمَ ‌أَنّ‌َ ‌وَعْدَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ حَ‍‍قٌّ ‌وَلَكِ‍‍نَّ ‌أَكْثَ‍رَهُمْ لاَ‌ يَعْلَم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Lammā Balagha 'Ashuddahu Wa Astawá 'Ātaynāhu Ĥukmāan Wa `Ilmāan ۚ Wa Kadhalika Naj Al-Muĥsinīna (Lqşş: 14). And when he reached his maturity, and became established, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. Thus do We reward the virtuous. 028014 وَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ بَلَ‍‍غَ ‌أَشُدَّهُ ‌وَ‌اسْتَوَ‌ى آتَيْن‍‍َاهُ حُكْماً ‌وَعِلْماً ۚ ‌وَكَذَلِكَ نَ‍‍جْ‍‍زِي ‌الْمُحْسِن‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Dakhala Al-Madīnata `Alá Ĥīni Ghaflatin Min 'Ahlihā Fawajada Fīhā Rajulayni Yaqtatilāni Hādhā Min Shī`atihi Wa Hadhā Min `Adūwihi ۖ Fāstaghāthahu Al-Ladhī Min Shī`atihi `Alá Al-Ladhī Min `Adūwihi Fawakazahu Mūsá Faqađá `Alayhi ۖ Qāla Hādhā Min `Amali Ash-Shayţāni ۖ 'Innahu `Adūwun Muđillun Mubīnun (Al-Qaşaş: 15). Once he entered the city, unnoticed by its people. He found in it two men fighting"”one of his own sect, and one from his enemies. The one of his sect solicited his assistance against the one from his enemies; so Moses punched him, and put an end to him. He said, "This is of Satan's doing; he is an enemy that openly misleads."‌ 028015 وَ‌دَ‍خَ‍‍لَ ‌الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَى‌ ح‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍نِ غَ‍‍فْلَةٍ مِ‍‌نْ ‌أَهْلِهَا‌ فَوَجَدَ‌ فِيهَا ‍رَجُلَ‍‍يْ‍‍نِ يَ‍‍قْ‍‍تَتِلاَنِ هَذَ‌ا‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ شِيعَتِهِ ‌وَهَذَ‌ا‌ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عَدُ‌وِّهِ ۖ فَاسْتَ‍‍غَ‍‍اثَهُ ‌الَّذِي مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ شِيعَتِهِ عَلَى‌ ‌الَّذِي مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عَدُ‌وِّهِ فَوَكَزَهُ مُوسَى‌ فَ‍‍قَ‍‍ضَ‍‍ى‌ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ ۖ قَ‍الَ هَذَ‌ا‌ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عَمَلِ ‌ال‍‍شَّيْ‍‍طَ‍انِ ۖ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ عَدُ‌وٌّ مُ‍‍ضِ‍‍لٌّ مُب‍‍ِي‍نٌ
Qāla Rabbi 'Innī Žalamtu Nafsī Fāghfir Lī Faghafara Lahu ۚ 'Innahu Huwa Al-Ghafūru Ar-Raĥīmu (Al-Qaşaş: 16). He said, "My Lord, I have wronged myself, so forgive me."‌ So He forgave him. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful. 028016 قَ‍الَ رَبِّ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي ظَ‍‍لَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْ‍‍فِ‍‍ر‌ْ‌ لِي فَ‍‍غَ‍‍فَ‍رَ‌ لَهُ ۚ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ هُوَ ‌الْ‍‍غَ‍‍ف‍‍ُ‍و‌رُ‌ ‌ال‍رَّح‍‍ِي‍مُ
Qāla Rabbi Bimā 'An`amta `Alayya Falan 'Akūna Žahīan Lilmujrimīna (Al-Qaşaş: 17). He said, "My Lord, in as much as you have favored me, I will never be a supporter of the criminals."‌ 028017 قَ‍الَ رَبِّ بِمَ‍‍ا أَ‌نْ‍‍عَمْتَ عَلَيَّ فَلَ‍‌نْ ‌أَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ ظَ‍‍هِي‍‍ر‌اً لِلْمُ‍‍جْ‍‍رِم‍‍ِي‍نَ
Fa'aşbaĥa Fī Al-Madīnati Khā'ifāan Yataraqqabu Fa'idhā Al-Ladhī Astanşarahu Bil-'Amsi Yastaşrikhuhu ۚ Qāla Lahu Mūsá 'Innaka Laghawīyun Mubīnun (Al-Qaşaş: 18). The next morning, he went about in the city, fearful and vigilant, when the man who had sought his assistance the day before was shouting out to him. Moses said to him, "You are clearly a troublemaker."‌ 028018 فَأَ‍صْ‍‍بَحَ فِي ‌الْمَدِينَةِ خَ‍‍ائِفاً يَتَ‍رَقَّ‍‍بُ فَإِ‌ذَ‌ا‌ ‌الَّذِي ‌اسْتَ‍‌‍ن‍‍صَ‍رَهُ بِ‍‍الأَمْسِ يَسْتَ‍‍صْ‍‍رِ‍خُ‍‍هُ ۚ قَ‍الَ لَهُ مُوسَ‍‍ى إِنَّ‍‍كَ لَ‍‍غَ‍‍وِيٌّ مُب‍‍ِي‍نٌ
Falammā 'An 'Arāda 'An Yabţisha Bial-Ladhī Huwa `Adūwun Lahumā Qāla Yā Mūsá 'Aturīdu 'An Taqtulanī Kamā Qatalta Nafsāan Bil-'Amsi ۖ 'In Turīdu 'Illā 'An Takūna Jabbāan Al-'Arđi Wa Mā Turīdu 'An Takūna Mina Al-Muşliĥīna (Al-Qaşaş: 19). As he was about to strike the one who was their enemy, he said, "O Moses, do you intend to kill me, as you killed someone yesterday? You only want to be a bully in the land, and do not want to be a peacemaker."‌ 028019 فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا أَ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَ‌‍رَ‌ادَ أَ‌ن‌ْ يَ‍‍بْ‍‍طِ‍‍شَ بِ‍‍الَّذِي هُوَ‌ عَدُ‌وّ‌ٌ لَهُمَا‌ قَ‍الَ يَامُوسَ‍‍ى أَتُ‍‍ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍دُ أَ‌ن‌ْ تَ‍‍قْ‍‍تُلَنِي كَمَا‌ قَ‍‍تَلْتَ نَفْساً بِ‍‍الأَمْسِ ۖ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ تُ‍‍ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍دُ إِلاَّ أَ‌ن‌ْ تَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ جَبَّا‌ر‌اً فِي ‌الأَ‌رْضِ ‌وَمَا‌ تُ‍‍ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍دُ أَ‌ن‌ْ تَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ مِنَ ‌الْمُ‍‍صْ‍‍لِح‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Jā'a Rajulun Min 'Aqşá Al-Madīnati Yas`á Qāla Yā Mūsá 'Inna Al-Mala'a Ya'tamirūna Bika Liyaqtulūka Fākhruj 'Innī Laka Mina An-Nāşīna (Al-Qaşaş: 20). And a man came from the farthest part of the city running. He said, "O Moses, the authorities are considering killing you, so leave; I am giving you good advice."‌ 028020 وَج‍‍َا‌ءَ ‍رَجُلٌ مِ‍‌نْ ‌أَ‍قْ‍‍صَ‍‍ى‌ ‌الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْعَى‌ قَ‍الَ يَامُوسَ‍‍ى إِنّ‌َ ‌الْمَلَأَ‌ يَأْتَمِر‍ُ‍‌ونَ بِكَ لِيَ‍‍قْ‍‍تُل‍‍ُ‍وكَ فَاخْ‍‍رُج‌ْ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي لَكَ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍نَّ‍‍اصِ‍‍ح‍‍ِي‍نَ
Fakharaja Minhā Khā'ifāan Yataraqqabu ۖ Qāla Rabbi Najjinī Mina Al-Qawmi Až-Žālimīna (Al-Qaşaş: 21). So he left, fearful and vigilant. He said, "My Lord, deliver me from the wrongdoing people."‌ 028021 فَ‍خَ‍رَجَ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هَا‌ خَ‍‍ائِفاً يَتَ‍رَقَّ‍‍بُ ۖ قَ‍الَ رَبِّ نَجِّنِي مِنَ ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍وْمِ ‌ال‍‍ظَّ‍‍الِم‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Lammā Tawajjaha Tilqā'a Madyana Qāla `Asá Rabbī 'An Yahdiyanī Sawā'a As-Sabīl (Al-Qaşaş: 22). As he headed towards Median, he said, "Perhaps my Lord will guide me to the right way."‌ 028022 وَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ تَوَجَّهَ تِلْ‍‍قَ‍‍ا‌ءَ‌ مَ‍‍دْيَنَ قَ‍الَ عَسَى ‍رَبِّ‍‍ي ‌أَ‌ن‌ْ يَهْدِيَنِي سَو‍َ‌اءَ ‌ال‍‍سَّ‍‍ب‍‍ِي‍‍ل
Wa Lammā Warada Mā'a Madyana Wajada `Alayhi 'Ummatan Mina An-Nāsi Yasqūna Wa Wajada Min Dūnihimu Amra'tayni Tadhūdāni ۖ Qāla Mā Khaţbukumā ۖ Qālatā Lā Nasqī Ĥattá Yuşdira Ar-Ri`ā'u ۖ Wa 'Abūnā Shaykhun Kabīrun (Al-Qaşaş: 23). And when he arrived at the waters of Median, he found there a crowd of people drawing water, and he noticed two women waiting on the side. He said, "What is the matter with you?"‌ They said, "We cannot draw water until the shepherds depart, and our father is a very old man."‌ 028023 وَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا وَ‌‍رَ‌دَ‌ م‍‍َا‌ءَ‌ مَ‍‍دْيَنَ ‌وَجَدَ‌ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ ‌أُمَّ‍‍ةً مِنَ ‌ال‍‍نّ‍‍َاسِ يَسْ‍‍قُ‍‍ونَ ‌وَ‌وَجَدَ‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌دُ‌ونِهِمُ ‌امْ‍رَ‌أتَ‍‍يْ‍‍نِ تَذُ‌و‌د‍َ‍‌انِ ۖ قَ‍الَ مَا‌ خَ‍‍طْ‍‍بُكُمَا‌ ۖ قَ‍‍الَتَا‌ لاَ‌ نَسْ‍‍قِ‍‍ي حَتَّى‌ يُ‍‍صْ‍‍دِ‌رَ ‌ال‍‍رِّع‍‍َا‌ءُ‌ ۖ ‌وَ‌أَبُونَا‌ شَ‍‍يْ‍‍خ‌‍ٌ‌ كَب‍‍ِي‍رٌ
Fasaqá Lahumā Thumma Tawallá 'Ilá Až-Žilli Faqāla Rabbi 'Innī Limā 'Anzalta 'Ilayya Min Khayrin Faqīrun (Al-Qaşaş: 24). So he drew water for them, and then withdrew to the shade, and said, "My Lord, I am in dire need of whatever good you might send down to me."‌ 028024 فَسَ‍قَ‍‍ى‌ لَهُمَا‌ ثُ‍‍مّ‌َ تَوَلَّ‍‍ى إِلَى‌ ‌ال‍‍ظِّ‍‍لِّ فَ‍‍قَ‍‍الَ رَبِّ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي لِمَ‍‍ا أَ‌ن‍‍زَلْتَ ‌إِلَيَّ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ خَ‍‍يْ‍‍ر‌ٍ فَ‍‍ق‍‍ِي‍رٌ
Fajā'at/hu 'Iĥdāhumā Tamshī `Alá Astiĥyā'in Qālat 'Inna 'Abī Yad`ūka Liyajziyaka 'Ajra Mā Saqayta Lanā ۚ Falammā Jā'ahu Wa Qaşşa `Alayhi Al-Qaşaşa Qāla Lā Takhaf ۖ Najawta Mina Al-Qawmi Až-Žālimīna (Al-Qaşaş: 25). Then, one of the two women approached him, walking bashfully. She said, "My father is calling you, to reward you for drawing water for us."‌ And when he came to him, and told him the story, he said, "Do not fear, you have escaped from the wrongdoing people."‌ 028025 فَج‍‍َا‌ءَتْهُ ‌إِحْدَ‌اهُمَا‌ تَمْشِي عَلَى‌ ‌اسْتِحْي‍‍َا‌ء‌‌ٍ قَ‍‍الَتْ ‌إِنّ‌َ ‌أَبِي يَ‍‍دْع‍‍ُ‍وكَ لِيَ‍‍جْ‍‍زِيَكَ ‌أَجْ‍رَ‌ مَا‌ سَ‍‍قَ‍‍يْ‍‍تَ لَنَا‌ ۚ فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ ج‍‍َا‌ءَهُ ‌وَقَ‍‍صَّ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍صَ‍‍صَ قَ‍الَ لاَ‌ تَ‍‍خَ‍‍فْ ۖ نَجَ‍‍وْتَ مِنَ ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍وْمِ ‌ال‍‍ظَّ‍‍الِم‍‍ِي‍نَ
Qālat 'Iĥdāhumā Yā 'Abati Asta'jirhu ۖ 'Inna Khayra Mani Asta'jarta Al-Qawīyu Al-'Amīnu (Al-Qaşaş: 26). One of the two women said, "Father, hire him; the best employee for you is the strong and trustworthy."‌ 028026 قَ‍‍الَتْ ‌إِحْدَ‌اهُمَا‌ ي‍‍َا‌أَبَتِ ‌اسْتَأْجِ‍‍ر‌ْهُ ۖ ‌إِنّ‌َ خَ‍‍يْ‍رَ‌ مَنِ ‌اسْتَأْجَرْتَ ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍وِيُّ ‌الأَم‍‍ِي‍نُ
Qāla 'Innī 'Urīdu 'An 'Unkiĥaka 'Iĥdá Abnatayya Hātayni `Alá 'An Ta'juraThamāniyata Ĥijajin ۖ Fa'in 'Atmamta `Ashan Famin `Indika ۖ Wa Mā 'Urīdu 'An 'Ashuqqa `Alayka ۚ Satajidunī 'In Shā'a Allāhu Mina Aş-Şāliĥīna (Al-Qaşaş: 27). He said, "I want to marry you to one of these two daughters of mine, provided you work for me for eight years. But if you complete ten, that is up to you. I do not intend to impose any hardship on you. You will find me, God willing, one of the righteous."‌ 028027 قَ‍الَ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي ‌أُ‌ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍دُ أَ‌ن‌ْ ‌أُ‌ن‍‍كِحَكَ ‌إِحْدَ‌ى‌ ‌ابْ‍‍نَتَيَّ هَاتَ‍‍يْ‍‍نِ عَلَ‍‍ى أَ‌ن‌ْ تَأْجُ‍رَنِي ثَمَانِيَةَ حِجَجٍ ۖ فَإِ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَتْمَمْتَ عَشْر‌اً فَمِ‍‌ن‌ْ عِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍دِكَ ۖ ‌وَمَ‍‍ا أُ‌ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍دُ أَ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَشُ‍‍قَّ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ۚ سَتَجِدُنِ‍‍ي ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ ش‍‍َا‌ءَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍صَّ‍‍الِح‍‍ِي‍نَ
Qāla Dhālika Baynī Wa Baynaka ۖ 'Ayyamā Al-'Ajalayni Qađaytu Falā `Udwāna `Alayya ۖ Wa Allāhu `Alá Mā Naqūlu Wa Kīlun (Al-Qaşaş: 28). He said, "Let this be an agreement between you and me. Whichever of the two terms I fulfill, there shall be no reprisal against me; and God is witness over what we say."‌ 028028 قَ‍الَ ‌ذَلِكَ بَيْنِي ‌وَبَيْنَكَ ۖ ‌أَيَّمَا‌ ‌الأَجَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍نِ قَ‍‍ضَ‍‍يْ‍‍تُ فَلاَ‌ عُ‍‍دْ‌و‍َ‍‌انَ عَلَيَّ ۖ ‌وَ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍هُ عَلَى‌ مَا‌ نَ‍‍قُ‍‍ولُ ‌وَك‍‍ِي‍لٌ
Falammā Qađá Mūsá Al-'Ajala Wa Sāra Bi'ahlihi 'Ānasa Min Jānibi Aţ-Ţūri Nāan Qāla Li'hlihi Amkuthū 'Innī 'Ānastu Nāan La`allī 'Ātīkum Minhā Bikhabarin 'Aw Jadhwatin Mina An-Nāri La`allakum Taşţalūna (Al-Qaşaş: 29). When Moses had completed the term, and departed with his family, he noticed a fire by the side of the Mount. He said to his family, "Stay here, I have glimpsed a fire. Perhaps I can bring you some information from there, or an ember from the fire, that you may warm yourselves."‌ 028029 فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ قَ‍‍ضَ‍‍ى‌ مُوسَى‌ ‌الأَجَلَ ‌وَس‍‍َا‌‍رَ‌ بِأَهْلِهِ ‌آنَسَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ جَانِبِ ‌ال‍‍طُّ‍‍و‌رِ نَا‌ر‌اً قَ‍الَ لِأهْلِهِ ‌امْكُثُ‍‍وا‌ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي ‌آنَسْتُ نَا‌ر‌اً لَعَلِّ‍‍ي ‌آتِيكُمْ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هَا‌ بِ‍‍خَ‍‍بَرٍ أَ‌وْ‌ جَذْ‌وَةٍ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍نّ‍‍َا‌رِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَ‍‍صْ‍‍طَ‍‍ل‍‍ُو‍نَ
Falammā 'Atāhā Nūdī Min Shāţi'i Al-Wādī Al-'Aymani Fī Al-Buq`ati Al-Mubārakati Mina Ash-Shajarati 'An Yā Mūsá 'Innī 'Anā Al-Lahu Rabbu Al-`Ālamīna (Al-Qaşaş: 30). When he reached it, he was called from the right side of the valley, at the Blessed Spot, from the bush: "O Moses, it is I, God, the Lord of the Worlds. 028030 فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا أَتَاهَا‌ نُو‌دِي مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ شَا‍طِ‍‍ئِ ‌الْوَ‌ا‌دِي ‌الأَيْمَنِ فِي ‌الْبُ‍‍قْ‍‍عَةِ ‌الْمُبَا‌‍رَكَةِ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍شَّجَ‍رَةِ ‌أَ‌ن‌ْ يَامُوسَ‍‍ى إِنِّ‍‍ي ‌أَنَا‌ ال‍‍لَّ‍‍هُ رَبُّ ‌الْعَالَم‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa 'An 'Alqi `Aşāka ۖ Falammā Ra'āhā Tahtazzu Ka'annahā Jānnun Wallá Mudbian Wa Lam Yu`aqqib ۚ Yā Mūsá 'Aqbil Wa Lā Takhaf ۖ 'Innaka Mina Al-'Āminīna (Al-Qaşaş: 31). Throw down your staff."‌ And when he saw it wiggling, as if it were possessed, he turned his back to flee, and did not look back. "O Moses, come forward, and do not fear, you are perfectly safe. 028031 وَ‌أَ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَلْ‍‍قِ عَ‍‍صَ‍اكَ ۖ فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا ‍رَ‌آهَا‌ تَهْتَزُّ‌ كَأَنَّ‍‍هَا‌ ج‍‍َانّ‍ٌ ‌وَلَّى‌ مُ‍‍دْبِ‍‍ر‌اً ‌وَلَمْ يُعَ‍‍قِّ‍‍ب‌ْ ۚ يَامُوسَ‍‍ى أَ‍قْ‍‍بِلْ ‌وَلاَ‌ تَ‍‍خَ‍‍فْ ‌إِنَّ‍‍كَ ۖ مِنَ ‌الآمِن‍‍ِي‍نَ
Asluk Yadaka Fī Jaybika Takhruj Bayđā'a Min Ghayri Sū'in Wa Ađmum 'Ilayka Janāĥaka Mina Ar-Rahbi ۖ Fadhānika Burhānāni Min Rabbika 'Ilá Fir`awna Wa Mala'ihi ۚ 'Innahum Kānū Qawmāan Fāsiqīna (Al-Qaşaş: 32). Put your hand inside your pocket, and it will come out white, without blemish. And press your arm to your side, against fear. These are two proofs from your Lord, to Pharaoh and his dignitaries. They are truly sinful people."‌ 028032 اسْلُكْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَ‍‍خْ‍‍رُج‌ْ بَيْ‍‍ضَ‍‍ا‌ءَ‌ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ غَ‍‍يْ‍‍رِ س‍‍ُ‍و‌ء‌ٍ ‌وَ‌اضْ‍‍مُمْ ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ جَنَاحَكَ مِنَ ‌ال‍رَّهْبِ ۖ فَذَ‌انِكَ بُرْهَان‍‍َانِ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ رَبِّكَ ‌إِلَى‌ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنَ ‌وَمَلَئِهِ ۚ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُمْ كَانُوا‌ قَ‍‍وْماً فَاسِ‍‍ق‍‍ِي‍نَ
Qāla Rabbi 'Innī Qataltu Minhum Nafsāan Fa'akhāfu 'An Yaqtulūni (Al-Qaşaş: 33). He said, "My Lord, I have killed one of them, and I fear they will kill me. 028033 قَ‍الَ رَبِّ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي قَ‍‍تَلْتُ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُمْ نَفْساً فَأَ‍خَ‍افُ ‌أَ‌ن‌ْ يَ‍‍قْ‍‍تُل‍‍ُو‍نِ
Wa 'Akhī Hārūnu Huwa 'Afşaĥu Minnī Lisānāan Fa'arsilhu Ma`iya Rid'āan Yuşaddiqunī ۖ 'Innī 'Akhāfu 'An Yukadhdhibūni (Al-Qaşaş: 34). And my brother Aaron, he is more eloquent than me, so send him with me, to help me, and to confirm my words, for I fear they will reject me."‌ 028034 وَ‌أَ‍خِ‍‍ي هَا‌ر‍ُ‍‌ونُ هُوَ أَفْ‍‍صَ‍‍حُ مِ‍‍نِّ‍‍ي لِسَاناً فَأَ‌رْسِلْهُ مَعِيَ ‌رِ‌دْ‌ء‌اً يُ‍‍صَ‍‍دِّ‍‍قُ‍‍نِ‍‍ي ۖ ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي ‌أَ‍خَ‍افُ ‌أَ‌ن‌ْ يُكَذِّب‍‍ُو‍نِ
Qāla Sanashuddu `Ađudaka Bi'akhīka Wa Naj`alu Lakumā Sulţānāan Falā Yaşilūna 'Ilaykumā ۚ Bi'āyātinā 'Antumā Wa Mani Attaba`akumā Al-Ghālibūna (Al-Qaşaş: 35). He said, "We will strengthen your arm with your brother, and We will give you authority, so they will not touch you. By virtue of Our signs, you and those who follow you will be the triumphant."‌ 028035 قَ‍الَ سَنَشُدُّ‌ عَ‍‍ضُ‍‍دَكَ بِأَ‍خِ‍‍ي‍‍كَ ‌وَنَ‍‍جْ‍‍عَلُ لَكُمَا‌ سُلْ‍‍طَ‍‍اناً فَلاَ‌ يَ‍‍صِ‍‍ل‍‍ُ‍ونَ ‌إِلَيْكُمَا‌ ۚ بِآيَاتِنَ‍‍ا أَ‌نْ‍‍تُمَا وَمَنِ ‌اتَّبَعَكُمَا‌ ‌الْ‍‍غَ‍‍الِب‍‍ُو‍نَ
Falammā Jā'ahum Mūsá Bi'āyātinā Bayyinātin Qālū Mā Hādhā 'Illā Siĥrun Muftaran Wa Mā Sami`nā Bihadhā Fī 'Ābā'inā Al-'Awwalīna (Al-Qaşaş: 36). But when Moses came to them with Our signs, clear and manifest, they said, "This is nothing but fabricated magic, and We never heard of this from our ancestors of old."‌ 028036 فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ ج‍‍َا‌ءَهُمْ مُوسَى‌ بِآيَاتِنَا‌ بَيِّن‍‍َاتٍ قَ‍‍الُوا‌ مَا‌ هَذَ‌ا إِلاَّ‌ سِحْرٌ مُفْتَر‌ىً ‌وَمَا‌ سَمِعْنَا‌ بِهَذَ‌ا‌ فِ‍‍ي ‌آب‍‍َائِنَا‌ ‌الأَ‌وَّل‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Qāla Mūsá Rabbī 'A`lamu Biman Jā'a Bil-Hudá Min `Indihi Wa Man Takūnu Lahu `Āqibatu Ad-Dāri ۖ 'Innahu Lā Yufliĥu Až-Žālimūna (Al-Qaşaş: 37). Moses said, "My Lord is well aware of him who brings guidance from Him, and him who will have the sequel of the abode. The wrongdoers will not succeed."‌ 028037 وَ‍قَ‍الَ مُوسَى ‍رَبِّ‍‍ي ‌أَعْلَمُ بِمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ج‍‍َا‌ءَ‌ بِ‍‍الْهُدَ‌ى‌ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍دِهِ ‌وَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ تَك‍‍ُ‍ونُ لَهُ عَاقِ‍‍بَةُ ‌ال‍‍دّ‍َ‍‌ا‌رِ ۖ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ لاَ‌ يُفْلِحُ ‌ال‍‍ظَّ‍‍الِم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Qāla Fir`awnu Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-Mala'u Mā `Alimtu Lakum Min 'Ilahin Ghayrī Fa'awqid Lī Yā Hāmānu `Alá Aţ-Ţīni Fāj`alŞarĥāan La`allī 'Aţţali`u 'Ilá 'Ilahi Mūsá Wa 'Innī La'ažunnuhu Mina Al-Kādhibīna (Al-Qaşaş: 38). Pharaoh said, "O nobles, I know of no god for you other than me. So fire-up the bricks for me O Hamaan, and build me a tower, that I may ascend to the God of Moses, though I think he is a liar."‌ 028038 وَ‍قَ‍الَ فِ‍‍ر‌ْعَ‍‍وْنُ ي‍‍َا‌أَيُّهَا‌ ‌الْمَلَأُ‌ مَا‌ عَلِمْتُ لَكُمْ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌إِلَهٍ غَ‍‍يْ‍‍رِي فَأَ‌وْقِ‍‍دْ‌ لِي يَاهَام‍‍َانُ عَلَى‌ ‌ال‍‍طِّ‍‍ي‍‍نِ فَاجْ‍‍عَ‍‍ل لِي صَ‍‍رْحاً لَعَلِّ‍‍ي ‌أَطَّ‍‍لِعُ ‌إِلَ‍‍ى إِلَهِ مُوسَى وَ‌إِنِّ‍‍ي لَأَظُ‍‍نُّ‍‍هُ مِنَ ‌الْكَا‌ذِب‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Astakbara Huwa Wa Junūduhu Fī Al-'Arđi Bighayri Al-Ĥaqqi Wa Žannū 'Annahum 'Ilaynā Lā Yurja`ūna (Al-Qaşaş: 39). He and his troops acted arrogantly in the land, with no justification. They thought they would not be returned to Us. 028039 وَ‌اسْتَكْبَ‍رَ‌ هُوَ وَجُنُو‌دُهُ فِي ‌الأَ‌رْضِ بِ‍‍غَ‍‍يْ‍‍رِ ‌الْحَ‍‍قِّ ‌وَظَ‍‍نُّ‍‍وا‌ ‌أَنَّ‍‍هُمْ ‌إِلَيْنَا‌ لاَ‌ يُرْجَع‍‍ُو‍نَ
Fa'akhadhnāhu Wa Junūdahu Fanabadhnāhum Al-Yammi ۖnžur Kayfa Kāna `Āqibatu Až-Žālimīna (Al-Qaşaş: 40). So We seized him, and his troops, and We threw them into the sea. Observe, therefore, what was the end of the oppressors. 028040 فَأَ‍خَ‍‍ذْن‍‍َاهُ ‌وَجُنُو‌دَهُ فَنَبَذْنَاهُمْ فِي ‌الْيَ‍‍مِّ ۖ فَا‌ن‍‍ظُ‍‍رْ‌ كَ‍‍يْ‍‍فَ ك‍‍َانَ عَاقِ‍‍بَةُ ‌ال‍‍ظَّ‍‍الِم‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Ja`alnāhum 'A'immatan Yad`ūna 'Ilá An-Nāri ۖ Wa Yawma Al-Qiyāmati Lā Yunşarūna (Al-Qaşaş: 41). And We made them leaders calling to the Fire. And on Resurrection Day, they will not be saved. 028041 وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ ‌أَئِ‍‍مَّ‍‍ةً يَ‍‍دْع‍‍ُ‍ونَ ‌إِلَى‌ ‌ال‍‍نّ‍‍َا‌رِ ۖ ‌وَيَ‍‍وْمَ ‌الْ‍‍قِ‍‍يَامَةِ لاَ‌ يُ‍‌‍ن‍‍صَ‍‍ر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa 'Atba`nāhum Fī Hadhihi Ad-Dunyā La`natan ۖ Wa Yawma Al-Qiyāmati Hum Mina Al-Maqbūĥīna (Al-Qaşaş: 42). And We pursued them in this world with a curse. And on Resurrection Day, they will be among the despised. 028042 وَ‌أَتْبَعْنَاهُمْ فِي هَذِهِ ‌ال‍‍دُّ‌نْ‍‍يَا‌ لَعْنَةً ۖ ‌وَيَ‍‍وْمَ ‌الْ‍‍قِ‍‍يَامَةِ هُمْ مِنَ ‌الْمَ‍‍قْ‍‍بُوح‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Laqad 'Ātaynā Mūsá Al-Kitāba Min Ba`di Mā 'Ahlaknā Al-Qurūna Al-'Ūlá Başā'ira Lilnnāsi Wa Hudan Wa Raĥmatan La`allahum Yatadhakkarūna (Al-Qaşaş: 43). We gave Moses the Scripture after We had annihilated the previous generations; as an illumination for mankind, and guidance, and mercy, so that they may remember. 028043 وَلَ‍قَ‍‍دْ آتَيْنَا‌ مُوسَى‌ ‌الْكِت‍‍َابَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ بَعْدِ‌ مَ‍‍ا أَهْلَكْنَا‌ ‌الْ‍‍قُ‍‍ر‍ُ‍‌ونَ ‌الأ‍ُ‍‌ولَى‌ بَ‍‍صَ‍‍ائِ‍‍رَ لِل‍‍نّ‍‍َاسِ ‌وَهُ‍‍د‌ىً ‌وَ‌‍رَحْمَة ً‌ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Mā Kunta Bijānibi Al-Gharbīyi 'Idh Qađaynā 'Ilá Mūsá Al-'Amra Wa Mā Kunta Mina Ash-Shāhidīn (Al-Qaşaş: 44). You were not on the Western Side when We decreed the command to Moses, nor were you among the witnesses. 028044 وَمَا‌ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تَ بِجَانِبِ ‌الْ‍‍غَ‍‍رْبِيِّ ‌إِ‌ذْ‌ قَ‍‍ضَ‍‍يْنَ‍‍ا إِلَى‌ مُوسَى‌ ‌الأَمْ‍رَ وَمَا‌ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تَ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍شَّاهِ‍‍د‍‍ِ‍ين
Wa Lakinnā 'Ansha'nā Qurūnāan Fataţāwala `Alayhimu Al-`Umuru ۚ Wa Mā Kunta Thāwīāan Fī 'Ahli Madyana Tatlū `Alayhim 'Āyātinā Wa Lakinnā Kunnā Mursilīna (Al-Qaşaş: 45). But We established many generations, and time took its toll on them. Nor were you among the people of Median, reciting Our revelations to them. But We kept sending messengers. 028045 وَلَكِ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا أَ‌ن‍‍شَأْنَا‌ قُ‍‍رُ‌وناً فَتَ‍‍طَ‍‍ا‌وَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ ‌الْعُمُرُ‌ ۚ ‌وَمَا‌ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تَ ثَا‌و‍ِ‍ي‍‍اً فِ‍‍ي ‌أَهْلِ مَ‍‍دْيَنَ تَتْلُوا‌ عَلَيْهِمْ ‌آيَاتِنَا وَلَكِ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ كُ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ مُرْسِل‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Mā Kunta Bijānibi Aţ-Ţūri 'Idh Nādaynā Wa Lakin Raĥmatan Min Rabbika Litundhira Qawmāan Mā 'Atāhum Min Nadhīrin Min Qablika La`allahum Yatadhakkarūna (Al-Qaşaş: 46). Nor were you by the side of the Mount when We proclaimed. Rather, it was a mercy from your Lord, that you may warn people who received no warner before you, so that they may take heed. 028046 وَمَا‌ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تَ بِجَانِبِ ‌ال‍‍طُّ‍‍و‌رِ ‌إِ‌ذْ‌ نَا‌دَيْنَا وَلَكِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ رَحْمَةً مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ رَبِّكَ لِتُ‍‌‍ن‍‍ذِ‌رَ قَ‍‍وْماً مَ‍‍ا أَتَاهُمْ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ نَذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍ر‌ٍ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍بْ‍‍لِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Lawlā 'An Tuşībahum Muşībatun Bimā Qaddamat 'Aydīhim Fayaqūlū Rabbanā Lawlā 'Arsalta 'Ilaynā Rasūlāan Fanattabi`a 'Āyātika Wa Nakūna Mina Al-Mu'uminīna (Al-Qaşaş: 47). Otherwise, if a calamity befell them as a result of what their hands have perpetrated, they would say, "Our Lord, if only You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your revelations, and been among the believers."‌ 028047 وَلَوْلاَ أَ‌ن‌ْ تُ‍‍صِ‍‍يبَهُمْ مُ‍‍صِ‍‍يبَة‌‍ٌ بِمَا‌ قَ‍‍دَّمَتْ ‌أَيْدِيهِمْ فَيَ‍‍قُ‍‍ولُوا‌ رَبَّنَا‌ لَوْلاَ أَ‌رْسَلْتَ ‌إِلَيْنَا ‍رَسُولاً فَنَتَّبِعَ ‌آيَاتِكَ ‌وَنَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ مِنَ ‌الْمُؤْمِن‍‍ِي‍نَ
Falammā Jā'ahumu Al-Ĥaqqu Min `Indinā Qālū Lawlā 'Ūtiya Mithla Mā 'Ūtiya Mūsá ۚ 'Awalam Yakfurū Bimā 'Ūtiya Mūsá Min Qablu ۖ Qālū Siĥrāni Tažāha Wa Qālū 'Innā Bikullin Kāfirūna (Al-Qaşaş: 48). But when the truth came to them from Us, they said, "If only he was given the like of what was given to Moses."‌ Did they not disbelieve in what was given to Moses in the past? They said, "Two works of magic backing one another."‌ And they said, "We are disbelieving in both."‌ 028048 فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ ج‍‍َا‌ءَهُمُ ‌الْحَ‍‍قُّ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍دِنَا‌ قَ‍‍الُوا‌ لَوْلاَ أ‍ُ‍‌وتِيَ مِثْلَ مَ‍‍ا أ‍ُ‍‌وتِيَ مُوسَ‍‍ىۚ ‌أَ‌وَلَمْ يَكْفُرُ‌وا‌ بِمَ‍‍ا أ‍ُ‍‌وتِيَ مُوسَى‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍بْ‍‍لُ ۖ قَ‍‍الُوا‌ سِحْ‍رَ‍‌انِ تَ‍‍ظَ‍‍اهَ‍رَ‌ا وَقَ‍‍الُ‍‍وا‌ ‌إِنَّ‍‍ا‌ بِكُلٍّ كَافِر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Qul Fa'tū Bikitābin Min `Indi Allāhi Huwa 'Ahdá Minhumā 'Attabi`hu 'In Kuntum Şādiqīna (Al-Qaşaş: 49). Say, "Then bring a scripture from God, more conductive to guidance than both, and I will follow it, if you are truthful."‌ 028049 قُ‍‍لْ فَأْتُوا‌ بِكِت‍‍َابٍ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍دِ‌ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍هِ هُوَ أَهْدَ‌ى‌ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُمَ‍‍ا أَتَّبِعْهُ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ صَ‍‍ا‌دِ‍ق‍‍ِي‍نَ
Fa'in Lam Yastajībū Laka Fā`lam 'Annamā Yattabi`ūna 'Ahwā'ahum ۚ Wa Man 'Ađallu Mimmani Attaba`a Hawāhu Bighayri Hudan Mina Allāhi ۚ 'Inna Allāha Lā Yahdī Al-Qawma Až-Žālimīna (Al-Qaşaş: 50). But if they fail to respond to you, know that they follow their fancies. And who is more lost than him who follows his fancy without guidance from God? God does not guide the unjust people. 028050 فَإِ‌ن‌ْ لَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا‌ لَكَ فَاعْلَمْ ‌أَنَّ‍‍مَا‌ يَتَّبِع‍‍ُ‍ونَ ‌أَهْو‍َ‌اءَهُمْ ۚ ‌وَمَ‍‌نْ ‌أَ‍ضَ‍‍لُّ مِ‍‍مَّ‍‍نِ ‌اتَّبَعَ هَو‍َ‍‌اهُ بِ‍‍غَ‍‍يْ‍‍رِ هُ‍‍د‌ىً مِنَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ ۚ ‌إِنّ‌َ ‌اللَّ‍‍هَ لاَ‌ يَهْدِي ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍وْمَ ‌ال‍‍ظَّ‍‍الِم‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Laqad Waşşalnā Lahumu Al-Qawla La`allahum Yatadhakkarūna (Al-Qaşaş: 51). We have delivered the Word to them, that they may remember. 028051 وَلَ‍قَ‍‍دْ وَ‍صَّ‍‍لْنَا‌ لَهُمُ ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍وْلَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Al-Ladhīna 'Ātaynāhumu Al-Kitāba Min Qablihi Hum Bihi Yu'uminūna (Al-Qaşaş: 52). Those to whom We gave the Scripture before it believe in it. 028052 ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ ‌آتَيْنَاهُمُ ‌الْكِت‍‍َابَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍بْ‍‍لِهِ هُمْ بِهِ يُؤْمِن‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa 'Idhā Yutlá `Alayhim Qālū 'Āmannā Bihi 'Innahu Al-Ĥaqqu Min Rabbinā 'Innā Kunnā Min Qablihi Muslimīna (Al-Qaşaş: 53). When it is recited to them, they say, "We have believed in it; it is the truth from our Lord; we were Muslims prior to it."‌ 028053 وَ‌إِ‌ذَ‌ا‌ يُتْلَى‌ عَلَيْهِمْ قَ‍‍الُ‍‍وا‌ ‌آمَ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ بِهِ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ ‌الْحَ‍‍قُّ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ رَبِّنَ‍‍ا إِنَّ‍‍ا‌ كُ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍بْ‍‍لِهِ مُسْلِم‍‍ِي‍نَ
'Ūlā'ika Yu'utawna 'Ajrahum Marratayni Bimā Şabarū Wa Yadra'ūna Bil-Ĥasanati As-Sayyi'ata Wa Mimmā Razaqnāhum Yunfiqūna (Al-Qaşaş: 54). These will be given their reward twice, because they persevered; and they counter evil with good; and from Our provisions to them, they give. 028054 أ‍ُ‍‌وْل‍‍َائِكَ يُؤْتَ‍‍وْنَ ‌أَجْ‍رَهُمْ مَ‍رَّتَ‍‍يْ‍‍نِ بِمَا‌ صَ‍‍بَرُ‌وا‌ ‌وَيَ‍‍دْ‌‍رَ‌ء‍ُ‍‌ونَ بِ‍‍الْحَسَنَةِ ‌ال‍‍سَّيِّئَةَ ‌وَمِ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا ‍رَ‌زَ‍قْ‍‍نَاهُمْ يُ‍‌‍ن‍‍فِ‍‍ق‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa 'Idhā Sami`ū Al-Laghwa 'A`rađū `Anhu Wa Qālū Lanā 'A`mālunā Wa Lakum 'A`mālukum Salāmun `Alaykum Lā Nabtaghī Al-Jāhilīna (Al-Qaşaş: 55). And when they hear vain talk, they avoid it, and say, "We have our deeds, and you have your deeds; peace be upon you; we do not desire the ignorant."‌ 028055 وَ‌إِ‌ذَ‌ا‌ سَمِعُوا‌ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍غْ‍‍وَ أَعْ‍رَضُ‍‍وا‌ عَ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُ ‌وَقَ‍‍الُوا‌ لَنَ‍‍ا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ ‌أَعْمَالُكُمْ سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لاَ‌ نَ‍‍بْ‍‍تَ‍‍غِ‍‍ي ‌الْجَاهِل‍‍ِي‍نَ
'Innaka Lā Tahdī Man 'Aĥbabta Wa Lakinna Allāha Yahdī Man Yashā'u ۚ Wa Huwa 'A`lamu Bil-Muhtadīna (Al-Qaşaş: 56). You cannot guide whom you love, but God guides whom He wills, and He knows best those who are guided. 028056 إِنَّ‍‍كَ لاَ‌ تَهْدِي مَ‍‌نْ ‌أَحْبَ‍‍بْ‍‍تَ ‌وَلَكِ‍‍نّ‌َ ‌اللَّ‍‍هَ يَهْدِي مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ يَش‍‍َا‌ءُ‌ ۚ ‌وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِ‍‍الْمُهْتَد‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Qālū 'In Nattabi`i Al-Hudá Ma`aka Nutakhaţţaf Min 'Arđinā ۚ 'Awalam Numakkin Lahum Ĥaramāan 'Āmināan Yujbá 'Ilayhi Thamarātu Kulli Shay'in Rizqāan Min Ladunnā Wa Lakinna 'Aktharahum Lā Ya`lamūna (Al-Qaşaş: 57). And they say, "If we follow the guidance with you, we will be snatched from our land."‌ Did We not establish for them a Safe Sanctuary, to which are brought all kinds of fruits, as provision from Ourselves? But most of them do not know. 028057 وَ‍قَ‍‍الُ‍‍وا‌ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ نَتَّبِعِ ‌الْهُدَ‌ى‌ مَعَكَ نُتَ‍‍خَ‍‍طَّ‍‍فْ مِ‍‌نْ ‌أَ‌رْضِ‍‍نَ‍‍اۚ ‌أَ‌وَلَمْ نُمَكِّ‍‌‍ن‌ْ لَهُمْ حَ‍رَماً ‌آمِناً يُ‍‍جْ‍‍بَ‍‍ى إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ ثَمَ‍رَ‍‌اتُ كُلِّ شَ‍‍يْء‌ٍ ‌رِ‌زْق‍‍اً مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ لَدُنَّ‍‍ا وَلَكِ‍‍نَّ ‌أَكْثَ‍رَهُمْ لاَ‌ يَعْلَم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Kam 'Ahlaknā Min Qaryatin Baţirat Ma`īshatahā ۖ Fatilka Masākinuhum Lam Tuskan Min Ba`dihim 'Illā Qalīlāan ۖ Wa Kunnā Naĥnu Al-Wārithīna (Al-Qaşaş: 58). And how many a city did We destroy for turning unappreciative of its livelihood? Here are their homes, uninhabited after them, except for a few. And We became the Inheritors. 028058 وَكَمْ ‌أَهْلَكْنَا‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍رْيَةٍ بَ‍‍طِ‍رَتْ مَعِيشَتَهَا‌ ۖ فَتِلْكَ مَسَاكِنُهُمْ لَمْ تُسْكَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ بَعْدِهِمْ ‌إِلاَّ قَ‍‍لِيلاً ۖ ‌وَكُ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ نَحْنُ ‌الْوَ‌ا‌رِث‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Mā Kāna Rabbuka Muhlika Al-Qurá Ĥattá Yab`atha Fī 'Ummihā Rasūlāan Yatlū `Alayhim 'Āyātinā ۚ Wa Mā Kunnā Muhlikī Al-Qurá 'Illā Wa 'Ahluhā Žālimūna (Al-Qaşaş: 59). Your Lord never destroys cities without first sending a messenger in their midst, reciting to them Our revelations. And We never destroy the cities, unless their people are wrongdoers. 028059 وَمَا‌ ك‍‍َانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ‌الْ‍‍قُ‍رَ‌ى‌ حَتَّى‌ يَ‍‍بْ‍‍عَثَ فِ‍‍ي ‌أُمِّ‍‍هَا ‍رَسُولاً يَتْلُوا‌ عَلَيْهِمْ ‌آيَاتِنَا‌ ۚ ‌وَمَا‌ كُ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ مُهْلِكِي ‌الْ‍‍قُ‍رَ‌ى إِلاَّ وَ‌أَهْلُهَا‌ ظَ‍‍الِم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Mā 'Ūtītum Min Shay'in Famatā`u Al-Ĥayāati Ad-Dunyā Wa Zīnatuhā ۚ Wa Mā `Inda Allāhi Khayrun Wa 'Abqá ۚ 'Afalā Ta`qilūna (Al-Qaşaş: 60). Whatever thing you are given is but the material of this world, and its glitter. But what is with God is better, and longer lasting. Do you not comprehend? 028060 وَمَ‍‍ا أ‍ُ‍‌وتِيتُمْ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ شَ‍‍يْء‌‌ٍ فَمَت‍‍َاعُ ‌الْحَي‍‍َاةِ ‌ال‍‍دُّ‌نْ‍‍يَا وَ‌زِينَتُهَا‌ ۚ ‌وَمَا‌ عِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍دَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ خَ‍‍يْ‍‍رٌ ‌وَ‌أَبْ‍‍قَ‍‍ىۚ ‌أَفَلاَ‌ تَعْ‍‍قِ‍‍ل‍‍ُو‍نَ
'Afaman Wa`adnāhu Wa`dāan Ĥasanāan Fahuwa Lāqīhi Kaman Matta`nāhu Matā`a Al-Ĥayāati Ad-DunThumma Huwa Yawma Al-Qiyāmati Mina Al-Muĥđarīna (Al-Qaşaş: 61). Can someone to whom We have made a fine promise"”which he will attain"”be equal to someone to whom We have given enjoyments in this world, but who will be, on Resurrection Day, among the arraigned? 028061 أَفَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌وَعَ‍‍دْن‍‍َاهُ ‌وَعْد‌اً‌ حَسَناً فَهُوَ‌ لاَ‍قِ‍‍ي‍‍هِ كَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ مَتَّعْن‍‍َاهُ مَت‍‍َاعَ ‌الْحَي‍‍َاةِ ‌ال‍‍دُّ‌نْ‍‍يَا‌ ثُ‍‍مّ‌َ هُوَ‌ يَ‍‍وْمَ ‌الْ‍‍قِ‍‍يَامَةِ مِنَ ‌الْمُحْ‍‍ضَ‍‍رِ‍ي‍نَ
Wa Yawma Yunādīhim Fayaqūlu 'Ayna Shurakā'iya Al-Ladhīna Kuntum Taz`umūna (Al-Qaşaş: 62). On the Day when He will call to them, and say, "Where are My associates whom you used to claim?"‌ 028062 وَيَ‍‍وْمَ يُنَا‌دِيهِمْ فَيَ‍‍قُ‍‍ولُ ‌أَيْ‍‍نَ شُ‍رَك‍‍َائ‍‍ِ‍‍يَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ تَزْعُم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Qāla Al-Ladhīna Ĥaqqa `Alayhimu Al-Qawlu Rabbanā Hā'uulā' Al-Ladhīna 'Aghwaynā 'Aghwaynāhum Kamā Ghawaynā ۖ Tabarra'nā 'Ilayka ۖ Mā Kānū 'Īyānā Ya`budūna (Al-Qaşaş: 63). Those against whom the sentence is justified will say, "Our Lord, these are they whom we misled. We misled them, as we were misled. We beg Your forgiveness; it was not us they used to worship."‌ 028063 قَ‍الَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ حَ‍‍قَّ عَلَيْهِمُ ‌الْ‍‍قَ‍‍وْلُ رَبَّنَا‌ ه‍‍َا‌ؤُلاَ‌ءِ‌ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ ‌أَغْ‍‍وَيْنَ‍‍ا أَغْ‍‍وَيْنَاهُمْ كَمَا‌ غَ‍‍وَيْنَا‌ ۖ تَبَ‍رَّ‌أْنَ‍‍ا إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ۖ مَا‌ كَانُ‍‍وا‌ ‌إِيَّانَا‌ يَعْبُد‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Qīla AdShurakā'akum Fada`awhum Falam Yastajībū Lahum Wa Ra'awā Al-`Adhāba ۚ Law 'Annahum Kānū Yahtadūna (Al-Qaşaş: 64). And it will be said, "Call on your partners."‌ And they will call on them, but they will not respond to them. And they will see the suffering. If only they were guided. 028064 وَ‍قِ‍‍ي‍‍لَ ‌ا‌دْعُوا‌ شُ‍رَك‍‍َا‌ءَكُمْ فَدَعَوْهُمْ فَلَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا‌ لَهُمْ ‌وَ‌‍رَ‌أَ‌وْ‌ا‌ ‌الْعَذ‍َ‍‌ابَ ۚ لَوْ أَنَّ‍‍هُمْ كَانُوا‌ يَهْتَد‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Yawma Yunādīhim Fayaqūlu Mādhā 'Ajabtumu Al-Mursalīna (Al-Qaşaş: 65). On the Day when He will call to them, and say, "What did you answer the Messengers?"‌ 028065 وَيَ‍‍وْمَ يُنَا‌دِيهِمْ فَيَ‍‍قُ‍‍ولُ مَا‌ذَ‌ا أَجَ‍‍بْ‍‍تُمُ ‌الْمُرْسَل‍‍ِي‍نَ
Fa`amiyat `Alayhimu Al-'Anbā'u Yawma'idhin Fahum Lā Yatasā'alūna (Al-Qaşaş: 66). They will be blinded by the facts on that Day, and they will not question each other. 028066 فَعَمِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ‌الأَ‌نْ‍‍ب‍‍َا‌ءُ‌ يَوْمَئِذ‌‌ٍ فَهُمْ لاَ‌ يَتَس‍‍َا‌ءَل‍‍ُو‍نَ
Fa'ammā Man Tāba Wa 'Āmana Wa `Amila Şāliĥāan Fa`asá 'An Yakūna Mina Al-Mufliĥīna (Al-Qaşaş: 67). But he who repents, and believes, and does righteous deeds, may well be among the winners. 028067 فَأَمَّ‍‍ا‌ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ت‍‍َابَ ‌وَ‌آمَنَ ‌وَعَمِلَ صَ‍‍الِحاً فَعَسَ‍‍ى أَ‌ن‌ْ يَك‍‍ُ‍ونَ مِنَ ‌الْمُفْلِح‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Rabbuka Yakhluqu Mā Yashā'u Wa Yakhtāru ۗ Mā Kāna Lahumu Al-Khiyaratu ۚ Subĥāna Allāhi Wa Ta`ālá `Ammā Yushrikūna (Al-Qaşaş: 68). Your Lord creates whatever He wills, and He chooses. The choice is not theirs. Glory be to God, and exalted be He above the associations they make. 028068 وَ‌‍رَبُّكَ يَ‍‍خْ‍‍لُ‍‍قُ مَا‌ يَش‍‍َا‌ءُ وَيَ‍‍خْ‍‍ت‍‍َا‌رُ‌ ۗ مَا‌ ك‍‍َانَ لَهُمُ ‌الْ‍‍خِ‍‍يَ‍رَةُ ۚ سُ‍‍بْ‍‍ح‍‍َانَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ ‌وَتَعَالَى‌ عَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا‌ يُشْ‍‍رِك‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Rabbuka Ya`lamu Mā Tukinnu Şudūruhum Wa Mā Yu`linūna (Al-Qaşaş: 69). And your Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they reveal. 028069 وَ‌‍رَبُّكَ يَعْلَمُ مَا‌ تُكِ‍‍نُّ صُ‍‍دُ‌و‌رُهُمْ ‌وَمَا‌ يُعْلِن‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Huwa Allāhu Lā 'Ilāha 'Illā Huwa ۖ Lahu Al-Ĥamdu Fī Al-'Ūlá Wa Al-'Ākhirati ۖ Wa Lahu Al-Ĥukmu Wa 'Ilayhi Turja`ūna (Al-Qaşaş: 70). And He is God. There is no god but He. To Him belongs all praise in this life, and in the next. And His is the decision, and to Him you will be returned. 028070 وَهُوَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ لاَ إِلَهَ ‌إِلاَّ‌ هُوَ ۖ لَهُ ‌الْحَمْدُ‌ فِي ‌الأ‍ُ‍‌ولَى وَ‌الآ‍‍خِ‍رَةِ ۖ ‌وَلَهُ ‌الْحُكْمُ ‌وَ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ تُرْجَع‍‍ُو‍نَ
Qul 'Ara'aytum 'In Ja`ala Allāhu `Alaykumu Al-Layla Sarmadāan 'Ilá Yawmi Al-Qiyāmati Man 'Ilahun Ghayru Allāhi Ya'tīkum Biđiyā'in ۖ 'Afalā Tasma`ūna (Al-Qaşaş: 71). Say, "Have you considered? Had God made the night perpetual over you until the Day of Resurrection, which god other than God will bring you illumination? Do you not hear?"‌ 028071 قُ‍‍لْ ‌أَ‌‍رَ‌أَيْتُمْ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ جَعَلَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ عَلَيْكُمُ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍يْ‍‍لَ سَرْمَد‌اً ‌إِلَى‌ يَ‍‍وْمِ ‌الْ‍‍قِ‍‍يَامَةِ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌إِلَهٌ غَ‍‍يْ‍‍رُ‌ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ يَأْتِيكُمْ بِ‍‍ضِ‍‍ي‍‍َا‌ءٍ‌ ۖ ‌أَفَلاَ‌ تَسْمَع‍‍ُو‍نَ
Qul 'Ara'aytum 'In Ja`ala Allāhu `Alaykumu An-Nahāra Sarmadāan 'Ilá Yawmi Al-Qiyāmati Man 'Ilahun Ghayru Allāhi Ya'tīkum Bilaylin Taskunūna Fīhi ۖ 'Afalā Tubşirūna (Al-Qaşaş: 72). Say, "Have you considered? Had God made the day perpetual over you until the Day of Resurrection, which god other than God will bring you night to rest in? Do you not see?"‌ 028072 قُ‍‍لْ ‌أَ‌‍رَ‌أَيْتُمْ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ جَعَلَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ عَلَيْكُمُ ‌ال‍‍نَّ‍‍ه‍‍َا‌‍رَ‌ سَرْمَد‌اً ‌إِلَى‌ يَ‍‍وْمِ ‌الْ‍‍قِ‍‍يَامَةِ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌إِلَهٌ غَ‍‍يْ‍‍رُ‌ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ يَأْتِيكُمْ بِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍لٍ تَسْكُن‍‍ُ‍ونَ ف‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍هِ ۖ ‌أَفَلاَ‌ تُ‍‍بْ‍‍صِ‍‍ر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Min Raĥmatihi Ja`ala Lakumu Al-Layla Wa An-Nahāra Litaskunū Fīhi Wa Litabtaghū Min Fađlihi Wa La`allakum Tashkurūna (Al-Qaşaş: 73). It is out of His mercy that He made for you the night and the day, that you may rest in it, and seek some of His bounty; and that you may give thanks. 028073 وَمِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ رَحْمَتِهِ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍يْ‍‍لَ ‌وَ‌ال‍‍نَّ‍‍ه‍‍َا‌‍رَ‌ لِتَسْكُنُوا‌ ف‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍هِ ‌وَلِتَ‍‍بْ‍‍تَ‍‍غُ‍‍وا‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ فَ‍‍ضْ‍‍لِهِ ‌وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Wa Yawma Yunādīhim Fayaqūlu 'Ayna Shurakā'iya Al-Ladhīna Kuntum Taz`umūna (Al-Qaşaş: 74). On the Day when He will call to them, and say, "Where are My associates whom you used to claim?"‌ 028074 وَيَ‍‍وْمَ يُنَا‌دِيهِمْ فَيَ‍‍قُ‍‍ولُ ‌أَيْ‍‍نَ شُ‍رَك‍‍َائ‍‍ِ‍‍يَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ تَزْعُم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Wa Naza`nā Min Kulli 'Ummatin Shahīdāan Faqulnā Hātū Burhānakum Fa`alimū 'Anna Al-Ĥaqqa Lillāh Wa Đalla `Anhum Mā Kānū Yaftarūna (Al-Qaşaş: 75). And We will draw out from every community a witness, and say, "Produce your evidence."‌ Then they will realize that the truth is God's, and those they used to invent have forsaken them. 028075 وَنَزَعْنَا‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ كُلِّ ‌أُمَّ‍‍ةٍ شَهِيد‌اً فَ‍‍قُ‍‍لْنَا‌ هَاتُوا‌ بُرْهَانَكُمْ فَعَلِمُ‍‍وا‌ ‌أَنّ‌َ ‌الْحَ‍‍قَّ لِ‍‍لَّ‍‍هِ ‌وَ‍ضَ‍‍لَّ عَ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُمْ مَا‌ كَانُوا‌ يَفْتَر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
'Inna Qārūna Kāna Min Qawmi Mūsá Fabaghá `Alayhim ۖ Wa 'Ātaynāhu Mina Al-Kunūzi Mā 'Inna Mafātiĥahu Latanū'u Bil-`Uşbati 'Ūlī Al-Qūwati 'Idh Qāla Lahu Qawmuhu Lā ۖ Tafraĥ 'Inna Allāha Lā Yuĥibbu Al-Farīna (Al-Qaşaş: 76). Quaroon belonged to the clan of Moses, but he oppressed them. We had given him treasures, the keys of which would weigh down a group of strong men. His people said to him, "Do not exult; God does not love the exultant. 028076 إِنّ‌َ قَ‍‍ا‌ر‍ُ‍‌ونَ ك‍‍َانَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍وْمِ مُوسَى‌ فَبَ‍‍غَ‍‍ى‌ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ ‌وَ‌آتَيْن‍‍َاهُ مِنَ ‌الْكُن‍‍ُ‍و‌زِ‌ مَ‍‍ا إِنّ‌َ مَفَاتِحَهُ لَتَن‍‍ُ‍و‌ءُ‌ بِ‍‍الْعُ‍‍صْ‍‍بَةِ ‌أ‍ُ‍‌ولِي ‌الْ‍‍قُ‍‍وَّةِ ‌إِ‌ذْ‌ قَ‍الَ لَهُ قَ‍‍وْمُهُ لاَ‌ تَفْ‍رَحْ ۖ ‌إِنّ‌َ ‌اللَّ‍‍هَ لاَ‌ يُحِبُّ ‌الْفَ‍‍رِح‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Abtaghi Fīmā 'Ātāka Allāhu Ad-Dāra Al-'Ākhirata ۖ Wa Lā Tansa Naşībaka Mina Ad-Dunۖ Wa 'Aĥsin Kamā 'Aĥsana Allāhu 'Ilayka ۖ Wa Lā Tabghi Al-Fasāda Fī Al-'Arđi ۖ 'Inna Allāha Lā Yuĥibbu Al-Mufsidīna (Al-Qaşaş: 77). But seek, with what God has given you, the Home of the Hereafter, and do not neglect your share of this world. And be charitable, as God has been charitable to you. And do not seek corruption in the land. God does not like the seekers of corruption."‌ 028077 وَ‌ابْ‍‍تَ‍‍غِ فِيمَ‍‍ا آت‍‍َاكَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ ‌ال‍‍دّ‍َ‌ا‍رَ‌الآ‍‍خِ‍رَةَ ۖ ‌وَلاَ‌ تَ‍‌‍ن‍‍سَ نَ‍‍صِ‍‍يبَكَ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍دُّ‌نْ‍‍يَا‌ ۖ ‌وَ‌أَحْسِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ كَمَ‍‍ا أَحْسَنَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ۖ ‌وَلاَ‌ تَ‍‍بْ‍‍غِ ‌الْفَس‍‍َا‌دَ‌ فِي ‌الأَ‌رْضِ ۖ ‌إِنّ‌َ ‌اللَّ‍‍هَ لاَ‌ يُحِبُّ ‌الْمُفْسِد‍‍ِي‍نَ
Qāla 'Innamā 'Ūtītuhu `Alá `Ilmin `Indī ۚ 'Awalam Ya`lam 'Anna Allāha Qad 'Ahlaka Min Qablihi Mina Al-Qurūni Man Huwa 'Ashaddu Minhu Qūwatan Wa 'Aktharu Jam`āan ۚ Wa Lā Yus'alu `An Dhunūbihimu Al-Mujrimūna (Al-Qaşaş: 78). He said, "I was given all this on account of knowledge I possess."‌ Did he not know that God destroyed many generations before him, who were stronger than he, and possessed greater riches? But the guilty will not be asked about their sins. 028078 قَ‍الَ ‌إِنَّ‍‍مَ‍‍ا أ‍ُ‍‌وتِيتُهُ عَلَى‌ عِلْمٍ عِ‍‌‍ن‍‍دِي ۚ ‌أَ‌وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ ‌أَنّ‌َ ‌اللَّ‍‍هَ قَ‍‍دْ أَهْلَكَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍بْ‍‍لِهِ مِنَ ‌ال‍‍قُ‍‍ر‍ُ‍‌ونِ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ هُوَ أَشَدُّ‌ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هُ قُ‍‍وَّةً ‌وَ‌أَكْثَرُ‌ جَمْعاً ۚ ‌وَلاَ‌ يُسْأَلُ عَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌ذُنُوبِهِمُ ‌الْمُ‍‍جْ‍‍رِم‍‍ُو‍نَ
Fakharaja `Alá Qawmihi Fī Zīnatihi ۖ Qāla Al-Ladhīna Yurīdūna Al-Ĥayāata Ad-Dunyā Yālayta Lanā Mithla Mā 'Ūtiya Qārūnu 'Innahu Ladhū Ĥažžin `Ažīmin (Al-Qaşaş: 79). And he went out before his people in his splendor. Those who desired the worldly life said, "If only we possessed the likes of what Quaroon was given. He is indeed very fortunate."‌ 028079 فَ‍خَ‍رَجَ عَلَى‌ قَ‍‍وْمِهِ فِي ‌زِينَتِهِ ۖ قَ‍الَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ يُ‍‍رِيد‍ُ‍‌ونَ ‌الْحَي‍‍َاةَ ‌ال‍‍دُّن‍‍يَا‌ يَالَ‍‍يْ‍‍تَ لَنَا‌ مِثْلَ مَ‍‍ا أ‍ُ‍‌وتِيَ قَ‍‍ا‌ر‍ُ‍‌ونُ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ لَذُ‌و‌ حَ‍‍ظٍّ عَ‍‍ظ‍‍ِي‍مٍ
Wa Qāla Al-Ladhīna 'Ūtū Al-`Ilma Waylakum Thawābu Allāhi Khayrun Liman 'Āmana Wa `Amila Şāliĥāan Wa Lā Yulaqqāhā 'Illā Aş-Şābirūna (Al-Qaşaş: 80). But those who were given knowledge said, "Woe to you! The reward of God is better for those who believe and do righteous deeds."‌ Yet none attains it except the steadfast. 028080 وَ‍قَ‍الَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ ‌أ‍ُ‍‌وتُوا‌ ‌الْعِلْمَ ‌وَيْلَكُمْ ثَو‍َ‍‌ابُ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ خَ‍‍يْ‍‍ر‌ٌ لِمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌آمَنَ ‌وَعَمِلَ صَ‍‍الِحاً ‌وَلاَ‌ يُلَ‍‍قَّ‍‍اهَ‍‍ا إِلاَّ ‌ال‍‍صَّ‍‍ابِر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Fakhasafnā Bihi Wa Bidārihi Al-'Arđa Famā Kāna Lahu Min Fi'atin Yanşurūnahu Min Dūni Allāhi Wa Mā Kāna Mina Al-Muntaşirīna (Al-Qaşaş: 81). So We caused the earth to cave in on him and his mansion. He had no company to save him from God, and he could not defend himself. 028081 فَ‍خَ‍‍سَفْنَا‌ بِهِ ‌وَبِدَ‌ا‌رِهِ ‌الأَ‌رْضَ فَمَا‌ ك‍‍َانَ لَهُ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ فِئَةٍ يَ‍‌‍ن‍‍صُ‍‍رُ‌ونَهُ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌د‍ُ‍‌ونِ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍هِ ‌وَمَا‌ ك‍‍َانَ مِنَ ‌المُ‍‌‍نْ‍‍تَ‍‍صِ‍‍رِ‍ي‍نَ
Wa 'Aşbaĥa Al-Ladhīna Tamannawā Makānahu Bil-'Amsi Yaqūlūna Wayka'anna Allāha Yabsuţu Ar-Rizqa Liman Yashā'u Min `Ibādihi Wa Yaqdiru Lawlā ۖ 'An Manna Allāhu `Alaynā Lakhasafa Binā Wayka'annahu Lā ۖ Yufliĥu Al-Kāfirūna (Al-Qaşaş: 82). Those who had wished they were in his position the day before were saying, "Indeed, it is God who spreads the bounty to whomever He wills of His servants, and restricts it. Had God not been gracious to us, He would have caved in on us. No wonder the ungrateful never prosper."‌ 028082 وَ‌أَ‍صْ‍‍بَحَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ تَمَ‍‍نَّ‍‍وْ‌ا‌ مَكَانَهُ بِ‍‍الأَمْسِ يَ‍‍قُ‍‍ول‍‍ُ‍ونَ ‌وَيْكَأَنّ‌َ ‌اللَّ‍‍هَ يَ‍‍بْ‍‍سُ‍‍طُ ‌ال‍‍رِّ‌زْقَ لِمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ يَش‍‍َا‌ءُ‌ مِ‍‌ن‌ْ عِبَا‌دِهِ ‌وَيَ‍‍قْ‍‍دِ‌رُۖ لَوْلاَ أَ‌ن‌ْ مَ‍‍نّ‌َ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هُ عَلَيْنَا‌ لَ‍‍خَ‍‍سَفَ بِنَا‌ ۖ ‌وَيْكَأَنَّ‍‍هُ لاَ‌ يُفْلِحُ ‌الْكَافِر‍‍ُ‌و‍‍نَ
Tilka Ad-Dāru Al-'Ākhiratu Naj`aluhā Lilladhīna Lā Yurīdūna `Ulūan Al-'Arđi Wa Lā Fasādāan ۚ Wa Al-`Āqibatu Lilmuttaqīna (Al-Qaşaş: 83). That Home of the Hereafter"”We assign it for those who seek no superiority on earth, nor corruption. And the outcome is for the cautious. 028083 تِلْكَ ‌ال‍‍دّ‍َ‌ارُ‌ ‌الآ‍‍خِ‍رَةُ نَ‍‍جْ‍‍عَلُهَا‌ لِلَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ لاَ‌ يُ‍‍رِيد‍ُ‍‌ونَ عُلُوّ‌اً فِي ‌الأَ‌رْضِ ‌وَلاَ‌ فَسَا‌د‌اً ۚ ‌وَ‌الْعَاقِ‍‍بَةُ لِلْمُتَّ‍‍ق‍‍ِي‍نَ
Man Jā'a Bil-Ĥasanati Falahu Khayrun Minhā ۖ Wa Man Jā'a Bis-Sayyi'ati Falā Yuj Al-Ladhīna `Amilū As-Sayyi'āti 'Illā Mā Kānū Ya`malūna (Al-Qaşaş: 84). Whoever brings a virtue will receive better than it. But whoever brings evil"”the evildoers will be rewarded only according to what they used to do. 028084 مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ج‍‍َا‌ءَ‌ بِ‍‍الْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَ‍‍يْ‍‍رٌ مِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍هَا‌ ۖ ‌وَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ج‍‍َا‌ءَ‌ بِ‍‍ال‍‍سَّيِّئَةِ فَلاَ‌ يُ‍‍جْ‍‍زَ‌ى‌ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ عَمِلُوا‌ ‌ال‍‍سَّيِّئ‍‍َاتِ ‌إِلاَّ‌ مَا‌ كَانُوا‌ يَعْمَل‍‍ُو‍نَ
'Inna Al-Ladhī Farađa `Alayka Al-Qur'āna Larādduka 'Ilá Ma`ādin ۚ Qul Rabbī 'A`lamu Man Jā'a Bil-Hudá Wa Man Huwa Fī Đalālin Mubīnin (Al-Qaşaş: 85). He Who ordained the Quran for you will return you Home. Say, "My Lord knows best who comes with guidance, and who is in manifest error."‌ 028085 إِنّ‌َ ‌الَّذِي فَ‍رَضَ عَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ‌الْ‍‍قُ‍‍رْ‌آنَ لَر‍َ‌ادُّكَ ‌إِلَى‌ مَع‍‍َا‌د‌‌ٍ ۚ قُ‍‍لْ رَبِّ‍‍ي ‌أَعْلَمُ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ج‍‍َا‌ءَ‌ بِ‍‍الْهُدَ‌ى وَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ هُوَ‌ فِي ضَ‍‍لاَلٍ مُب‍‍ِي‍نٍ
Wa Mā Kunta Tarjū 'An Yulqá 'Ilayka Al-Kitābu 'Illā Raĥmatan Min Rabbika ۖ Falā Takūnanna Žahīan Lilkāfirīna (Al-Qaşaş: 86). You did not expect the Scripture to be transmitted to you, except as mercy from your Lord. Therefore, do not be a supporter of the disbelievers. 028086 وَمَا‌ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تَ تَرْجُ‍‍وا‌ ‌أَ‌ن‌ْ يُلْ‍‍قَ‍‍ى إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ‌الْكِت‍‍َابُ ‌إِلاَّ ‍رَحْمَةً مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ رَبِّكَ ۖ فَلاَ‌ تَكُونَ‍‍نّ‌َ ظَ‍‍هِي‍‍ر‌اً لِلْكَافِ‍‍رِ‍ي‍نَ
Wa Lā Yaşuddunnaka `An 'Āyāti Allāhi Ba`da 'Idh 'Unzilat 'Ilayka ۖ Wa Ad`u 'Ilá Rabbika ۖ Wa Lā Takūnanna Mina Al-Mushrikīna (Al-Qaşaş: 87). And do not let them divert you from God's revelations after they have been revealed to you. And pray to your Lord, and never be of the polytheists. 028087 وَلاَ‌ يَ‍‍صُ‍‍دُّنَّ‍‍كَ عَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌آي‍‍َاتِ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍هِ بَعْدَ إِ‌ذْ أُ‌ن‍‍زِلَتْ ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ۖ ‌وَ‌ا‌دْعُ ‌إِلَى ‍رَبِّكَ ۖ ‌وَلاَ‌ تَكُونَ‍‍نّ‌َ مِنَ ‌الْمُشْ‍‍رِك‍‍ِي‍نَ
Wa Lā Tad`u Ma`a Allāhi 'Ilahāan 'Ākhara ۘ Lā 'Ilāha 'Illā Huwa ۚ Kullu Shay'in Hālikun 'Illā Wajhahu Lahu ۚ Al-Ĥukmu Wa 'Ilayhi Turja`ūna (Al-Qaşaş: 88). And do not invoke with God any other god. There is no god but He. All things perish, except His presence. His is the judgment, and to Him you will be returned. 028088 وَلاَ‌ تَ‍‍دْعُ مَعَ ‌ال‍لَّ‍‍هِ ‌إِلَهاً ‌آ‍‍خَ‍رَۘ لاَ إِلَهَ ‌إِلاَّ‌ هُوَ ۚ كُلُّ شَ‍يْءٍ‌ هَالِكٌ ‌إِلاَّ وَجْ‍‍هَهُ ۚ لَهُ ‌الْحُكْمُ ‌وَ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ تُرْجَع‍‍ُو‍نَ
