Tabāraka Al-Ladhī Biyadihi Al-Mulku Wa Huwa `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun (Al-Mulk: 1). 067.001 Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power;- تَبَا‌‍‍‍رَكَ ‌الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ‌الْمُلْكُ ‌وَهُوَ‌ عَلَى‌ كُلِّ شَ‍‍يْء‌‌ٍ قَ‍‍دِيرٌ
Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Al-Mawta Wa Al-Ĥayāata Liyabluwakum 'Ayyukum 'Aĥsanu `Amalāan ۚ Wa Huwa Al-`Azīzu Al-Ghafūru (Al-Mulk: 2). 067.002 He Who created Death and Life, that He may try which of you is best in deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving;- ‌الَّذِي خَ‍‍لَ‍‍قَ ‌الْمَ‍‍وْتَ ‌وَ‌الْحَي‍‍َاةَ لِيَ‍‍بْ‍‍لُوَكُمْ ‌أَيُّكُمْ ‌أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً ۚ ‌وَهُوَ ‌الْعَز‍ِ‍ي‍‍زُ‌ ‌الْ‍‍غَ‍‍فُو‌رُ
Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Sab`a Samāwātin Ţibāqāan ۖ Mā Tará Fī Khalqi Ar-Raĥmani Min Tafāwutin ۖ Fārji`i Al-Başara Hal Tará Min Fuţūrin (Al-Mulk: 3). 067.003 He Who created the seven heavens one above another: No want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (God) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: seest thou any flaw? ‌الَّذِي خَ‍‍لَ‍‍قَ سَ‍‍بْ‍‍عَ سَمَا‌و‍َ‍‌اتٍ طِ‍‍بَاق‍‍اً ۖ مَا‌ تَ‍رَ‌ى‌ فِي خَ‍‍لْ‍‍قِ ‌ال‍‍رَّحْمَنِ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ تَفَا‌وُتٍ ۖ فَا‌رْجِعِ ‌الْبَ‍‍صَ‍‍رَ‌ هَلْ تَ‍رَ‌ى‌ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ فُ‍‍طُ‍‍و‌رٍ
Thumma Arji`i Al-Başara Karratayni Yanqalib 'Ilayka Al-Başaru Khāsi'āan Wa Huwa Ĥasīrun (Al-Mulk: 4). 067.004 Again turn thy vision a second time: (thy) vision will come back to thee dull and discomfited, in a state worn out. ثُ‍‍مّ‌َ ‌ا‌رْجِعِ ‌الْبَ‍‍‍‍صَ‍‍رَ‌ كَ‍رَّتَ‍‍يْ‍‍نِ يَ‍‌‍ن‍‍‍قَ‍‍لِ‍‍ب‌ْ ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍كَ ‌الْبَ‍‍صَ‍‍رُ‌ خَ‍‍اسِئاً ‌وَهُوَ‌ حَسِيرٌ
Wa Laqad Zayyannā As-Samā'a Ad-Dunyā Bimaşābīĥa Wa Ja`alnāhā Rujūmāan Lilshshayāţīni ۖ Wa 'A`tadnā Lahum `Adhāba As-Sa`īri (Al-Mulk: 5). 067.005 And we have, (from of old), adorned the lowest heaven with Lamps, and We have made such (Lamps) (as) missiles to drive away the Evil Ones, and have prepared for them the Penalty of the Blazing Fire. وَلَ‍‍قَ‍‍‍دْ زَيَّ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ ‌ال‍‍سَّم‍‍َا‌ءَ ‌ال‍‍دُّ‌نْ‍‍يَا‌ بِمَ‍‍صَ‍‍اب‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍حَ ‌وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُوماً لِلشَّيَاطِ‍‍‍ي‍‍نِ ۖ ‌وَ‌أَعْتَ‍‍دْنَا‌ لَهُمْ عَذ‍َ‍‌ابَ ‌ال‍‍سَّعِي‍‍رِ
Wa Lilladhīna Kafarū Birabbihim `Adhābu Jahannama ۖ Wa Bi'sa Al-Maşīru (Al-Mulk: 6). 067.006 For those who reject their Lord (and Cherisher) is the Penalty of Hell: and evil is (such), Destination. وَلِلَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ كَفَرُ‌وا بِ‍‍‍رَبِّهِمْ عَذ‍َ‍‌ابُ جَهَ‍‍نَّ‍‍مَ ۖ ‌وَبِئْسَ ‌الْمَ‍‍صِ‍‍يرُ
'Idhā 'Ulqū Fīhā Sami`ū Lahā Shahīqāan Wa Hiya Tafūru (Al-Mulk: 7). 067.007 When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath even as it blazes forth, إِ‌ذَ‌ا أُلْ‍‍‍‍قُ‍‍وا فِيهَا‌ سَمِعُوا لَهَا‌ شَهِي‍‍ق‍‍اً ‌وَهِيَ تَفُو‌رُ
Takādu Tamayyazu Mina Al-Ghay&2i ۖ Kullamā 'Ulqiya Fīhā Fawjun Sa'alahum Khazanatuhā 'Alam Ya'tikum Nadhīrun (Al-Mulk: 8). 067.008 Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?" تَك‍‍َا‌دُ‌ تَمَيَّزُ‌ مِنَ ‌الْ‍‍‍‍غَ‍‍‍يْ‍‍‍ظِ ۖ كُلَّمَ‍‍ا أُلْ‍‍قِ‍‍يَ فِيهَا‌ فَ‍‍وْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَ‍‍زَنَتُهَ‍‍ا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرٌ
Qālū Balá Qad Jā'anā Nadhīrun Fakadhdhabnā Wa Qulnā Mā Nazzala Allāhu Min Shay'in 'In 'Antum 'Illā Fī Đalālin Kabīrin (Al-Mulk: 9). 067.009 They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, 'God never sent down any (Message): ye are nothing but an egregious delusion!'" قَ‍‍الُوا بَلَى‌ قَ‍‍‍دْ‌ ج‍‍َا‌ءَنَا‌ نَذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍رٌ فَكَذَّبْ‍‍نَا وَقُ‍‍لْنَا‌ مَا‌ نَزَّلَ ‌اللَّ‍‍هُ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ شَ‍‍يْء‌‌ٍ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَ‌نْ‍‍تُمْ ‌إِلاَّ‌ فِي ضَ‍‍لاَلٍ كَبِي‍‍ر‍‍ٍ‍
Wa Qālū Law Kunnā Nasma`u 'Aw Na`qilu Mā Kunnā Fī 'Aşĥābi As-Sa`īri (Al-Mulk: 10). 067.010 They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!" وَ‍‍قَ‍‍الُوا لَوْ‌ كُ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ نَسْمَعُ ‌أَ‌وْ‌ نَعْ‍‍قِ‍‍لُ مَا‌ كُ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ فِ‍‍ي ‌أَ‍صْ‍‍ح‍‍َابِ ‌ال‍‍سَّعِي‍‍رِ
Fā`tarafū Bidhanbihim Fasuĥqāan Li'şĥābi As-Sa`īri (Al-Mulk: 11). 067.011 They will then confess their sins: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire! فَاعْتَ‍‍‍رَفُوا بِذَ‌نْ‍‍بِهِمْ فَسُحْ‍‍ق‍‍اً لِأصْ‍‍ح‍‍َابِ ‌ال‍‍سَّعِي‍‍رِ
'Inna Al-Ladhīna Yakhshawna Rabbahum Bil-Ghaybi Lahum Maghfiratun Wa 'Ajrun Kabīrun (Al-Mulk: 12). 067.012 As for those who fear their Lord unseen, for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward. إِنّ‌َ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ يَ‍‍‍‍خْ‍‍شَ‍‍وْنَ ‌‍رَبَّهُمْ بِ‌الْ‍‍غَ‍‍‍يْ‍‍بِ لَهُمْ مَ‍‍غْ‍‍فِ‍رَةٌ ‌وَ‌أَجْ‍‍رٌ كَبِيرٌ
Wa 'Asirrū Qawlakum 'Aw Ajharū Bihi ۖ 'Innahu `Alīmun Bidhāti Aş-Şudūri (Al-Mulk: 13). 067.013 And whether ye hide your word or publish it, He certainly has (full) knowledge, of the secrets of (all) hearts. وَ‌أَسِ‍‍ر‍‍ّ‍ُ‌وا قَ‍‍وْلَكُمْ ‌أَ‌وْ‌ ‌اجْ‍‍هَرُ‌وا بِهِ ۖ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ عَل‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍م‌‍ٌ بِذ‍َ‍‌اتِ ‌ال‍‍‍صُّ‍‍دُ‌و‌رِ
'Alā Ya`lamu Man Khalaqa Wa Huwa Al-Laţīfu Al-Khabīru (Al-Mulk: 14). 067.014 Should He not know,- He that created? and He is the One that understands the finest mysteries (and) is well-acquainted (with them). أَلاَ‌ يَعْلَمُ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ خَ‍‍لَ‍‍قَ ‌وَهُوَ ‌ال‍‍لَّ‍‍طِ‍‍‍ي‍‍فُ ‌الْ‍‍خَ‍‍بِيرُ
Huwa Al-Ladhī Ja`ala Lakumu Al-'Arđa Dhalūlāan Fāmshū Fī Manākibihā Wa Kulū Min Rizqihi ۖ Wa 'Ilayhi An-Nushūru (Al-Mulk: 15). 067.015 It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes: but unto Him is the Resurrection. هُوَ ‌الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ‌الأَ‌رْ‍‍ضَ ‌ذَلُولاً فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌رِ‌زْقِ‍‍هِ ۖ ‌وَ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ ‌ال‍‍‍نُّ‍‍شُو‌رُ
'A'amintum Man Fī As-Samā'i 'An Yakhsifa Bikumu Al-'Arđa Fa'idhā Hiya Tamūru (Al-Mulk: 16). 067.016 Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)? أَ‌أَمِ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ فِي ‌ال‍‍سَّم‍‍َا‌ءِ أَ‌ن‌ْ يَ‍‍‍‍خْ‍‍سِفَ بِكُمُ ‌الأَ‌رْضَ فَإِ‌ذَ‌ا‌ هِيَ تَمُو‌رُ
'Am 'Amintum Man Fī As-Samā'i 'An Yursila `Alaykum Ĥāşibāan ۖ Fasata`lamūna Kayfa Nadhīri (Al-Mulk: 17). 067.017 Or do ye feel secure that He Who is in Heaven will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones), so that ye shall know how (terrible) was My warning? أَمْ ‌أَمِ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ فِي ‌ال‍‍سَّم‍‍َا‌ءِ أَ‌ن‌ْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَا‍‍صِ‍‍باً ۖ فَسَتَعْلَم‍‍ُ‍ونَ كَ‍‍يْ‍‍فَ نَذِي‍‍رِ
Wa Laqad Kadhdhaba Al-Ladhīna Min Qablihim Fakayfa Kāna Nakīri (Al-Mulk: 18). 067.018 But indeed men before them rejected (My warning): then how (terrible) was My rejection (of them)? وَلَ‍‍قَ‍‍‍دْ‌ كَذَّبَ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ قَ‍‍‍بْ‍‍لِهِمْ فَكَ‍‍يْ‍‍فَ ك‍‍َانَ نَكِي‍‍رِ
'Awalam Yarawā 'Ilá Aţ-Ţayri Fawqahum Şāffātin Wa Yaqbiđna ۚ Mā Yumsikuhunna 'Illā Ar-Raĥmānu ۚ 'Innahu Bikulli Shay'in Başīrun (Al-Mulk: 19). 067.019 Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them in? None can uphold them except (God) Most Gracious: Truly (God) Most Gracious: Truly it is He that watches over all things. أَ‌وَلَمْ يَ‍‍‍رَ‌وْ‌ا إِلَى‌ ‌ال‍‍‍طَّ‍‍‍يْ‍‍‍رِ فَوْقَ‍‍هُمْ صَ‍‍‍افّ‍‍َاتٍ ‌وَيَ‍‍‍قْ‍‍‍‍بِ‍‍ضْ‍‍نَ ۚ مَا‌ يُمْسِكُهُ‍‍نّ‌َ ‌إِلاَّ ‌ال‍‍رَّحْمَنُ ۚ ‌إِنَّ‍‍هُ بِكُلِّ شَ‍‍يْء‌ٍ بَ‍‍صِ‍‍يرٌ
'Amman Hādhā Al-Ladhī Huwa Jundun Lakum Yanşurukum Min Dūni Ar-Raĥmani ۚ 'Ini Al-Kāfirūna 'Illā Fī Ghurūrin (Al-Mulk: 20). 067.020 Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an army, besides (God) Most Merciful? In nothing but delusion are the Unbelievers. أَمَّ‍‍‌‍ن‌ْ هَذَ‌ا‌ ‌الَّذِي هُوَ‌ جُ‍‌‍ن‍‍د‌ٌ لَكُمْ يَ‍‌‍ن‍‍‍‍‍صُ‍‍رُكُمْ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ ‌د‍ُ‍‌ونِ ‌ال‍‍رَّحْمَنِ ۚ ‌إِنِ ‌الْكَافِر‍ُ‍‌ونَ ‌إِلاَّ‌ فِي غُ‍‍رُ‌و‌رٍ
'Amman Hādhā Al-Ladhī Yarzuqukum 'In 'Amsaka Rizqahu ۚ Bal Lajjū Fī `Utūwin Wa Nufūrin (Al-Mulk: 21). 067.021 Or who is there that can provide you with Sustenance if He were to withhold His provision? Nay, they obstinately persist in insolent impiety and flight (from the Truth). أَمَّ‍‍‌‍ن‌ْ هَذَ‌ا‌ ‌الَّذِي يَرْ‌زُ‍‍قُ‍‍كُمْ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَمْسَكَ ‌رِ‌زْقَ‍‍هُ ۚ بَلْ لَجُّوا فِي عُتُوّ‌ٍ ‌وَنُفُو‌رٍ
'Afaman Yamshī Mukibbāan `Alá Wajhihi 'Ahdá 'Amman Yamshī Sawīy7an `Alá Şirāţin Mustaqīmin (Al-Mulk: 22). 067.022 Is then one who walks headlong, with his face grovelling, better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way? أَفَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ يَمْشِي مُكِبّاً‌ عَلَى وَجْ‍‍هِهِ ‌أَهْدَ‌ى أَمَّ‍‍‌‍ن‌ْ يَمْشِي سَوِيّاً‌ عَلَى‌ صِ‍‍رَ‍‌اطٍ مُسْتَ‍‍قِ‍‍يمٍ
Qul Huwa Al-Ladhī 'Ansha'akum Wa Ja`ala Lakumu As-Sam`a Wa Al-'Abşāra Wa Al-'Af'idata ۖ Qalīlāan Mā Tashkurūna (Al-Mulk: 23). 067.023 Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give. قُ‍‍لْ هُوَ ‌الَّذِي ‌أَ‌ن‍‍شَأَكُمْ ‌وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ‌ال‍‍سَّمْعَ ‌وَ‌الأَبْ‍‍‍‍صَ‍‍ا‌‍رَ وَ‌الأَفْئِدَةَ ۖ قَ‍‍لِيلاً مَا‌ تَشْكُرُ‌ونَ
Qul Huwa Al-Ladhī Dhara'akum Fī Al-'Arđi Wa 'Ilayhi Tuĥsharūna (Al-Mulk: 24). 067.024 Say: "It is He Who has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered together." قُ‍‍لْ هُوَ ‌الَّذِي ‌ذَ‌‍رَ‌أَكُمْ فِي ‌الأَ‌رْضِ ‌وَ‌إِلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ تُحْشَرُ‌ونَ
Wa Yaqūlūna Matá Hādhā Al-Wa`du 'In Kuntum Şādiqīna (Al-Mulk: 25). 067.025 They ask: When will this promise be (fulfilled)? - If ye are telling the truth. وَيَ‍‍قُ‍‍ول‍‍ُ‍ونَ مَتَى‌ هَذَ‌ا‌ ‌الْوَعْدُ إِ‌ن‌ْ كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ صَ‍‍ا‌دِ‍قِ‍‍ينَ
Qul 'Innamā Al-`Ilmu `Inda Allāhi Wa 'Innamā 'Anā Nadhīrun Mubīnun (Al-Mulk: 26). 067.026 Say: "As to the knowledge of the time, it is with God alone: I am (sent) only to warn plainly in public." قُ‍‍لْ ‌إِنَّ‍‍مَا‌ ‌الْعِلْمُ عِ‍‌‍نْ‍‍دَ ‌اللَّ‍‍هِ ‌وَ‌إِنَّ‍‍مَ‍‍ا أَنَا‌ نَذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍رٌ مُبِينٌ
Falammā Ra'awhu Zulfatan Sī'at Wujūhu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Qīla Hādhā Al-Ladhī Kuntum Bihi Tadda`ūna (Al-Mulk: 27). 067.027 At length, when they see it close at hand, grieved will be the faces of the Unbelievers, and it will be said (to them): "This is (the promise fulfilled), which ye were calling for!" فَلَ‍‍مَّ‍‍ا ‍‍‍رَ‌أَ‌وْهُ ‌زُلْفَةً س‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍ئَتْ ‌وُج‍‍ُ‍وهُ ‌الَّذ‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ كَفَرُ‌وا ‌وَقِ‍‍‍ي‍‍لَ هَذَ‌ا‌ ‌الَّذِي كُ‍‌‍ن‍‍تُمْ بِهِ تَدَّعُونَ
Qul 'Ara'aytum 'In 'Ahlakaniya Allāhu Wa Man Ma`iya 'Aw Raĥimanā Faman Yujīru Al-Kāfirīna Min `Adhābin 'Alīmin (Al-Mulk: 28). 067.028 Say: "See ye?- If God were to destroy me, and those with me, or if He bestows His Mercy on us,- yet who can deliver the Unbelievers from a grievous Penalty?" قُ‍‍لْ ‌أَ‌‍رَ‌أَيْتُمْ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَهْلَكَنِيَ ‌اللَّ‍‍هُ ‌وَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ مَعِيَ ‌أَ‌وْ ‍رَحِمَنَا‌ فَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ يُج‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍‍رُ‌الْكَافِ‍‍ر‍ِ‍ي‍‍نَ مِ‍‌‍ن‌ْ عَذ‍َ‍‌ابٍ ‌أَلِيمٍ
Qul Huwa Ar-Raĥmānu 'Āmannā Bihi Wa `Alayhi Tawakkalnā ۖ Fasata`lamūna Man Huwa Fī Đalālin Mubīnin (Al-Mulk: 29). 067.029 Say: "He is (God) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error." قُ‍‍لْ هُوَ ‌ال‍‍رَّحْمَنُ ‌آمَ‍‍نَّ‍‍ا‌ بِهِ ‌وَعَلَ‍‍يْ‍‍هِ تَوَكَّلْنَا‌ ۖ فَسَتَعْلَم‍‍ُ‍ونَ مَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ هُوَ‌ فِي ضَ‍‍لاَلٍ مُبِينٍ
Qul 'Ara'aytum 'In 'Aşbaĥa Mā'uukum Ghawrāan Faman Ya'tīkum Bimā'in Ma`īnin (Al-Mulk: 30). 067.030 Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?" قُ‍‍لْ ‌أَ‌‍رَ‌أَيْتُمْ ‌إِ‌ن‌ْ ‌أَ‍صْ‍‍بَحَ م‍‍َا‌ؤُكُمْ غَ‍‍وْ‌ر‌اً فَمَ‍‌‍ن‌ْ يَأْتِيكُمْ بِم‍‍َا‌ء‌ٍ مَعِينٍ
