'Idh ā Waq a`ati A l-Wāq i`atu
When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:1)
إِذَا وَقَ عَتِ ا لْوَاقِ عَةُ
Lay sa Liwaq `atihā Kādh ibatun
And there can be no denying of its befalling. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:2)
لَيْ سَ لِوَقْ عَتِهَا كَاذِبَ ةٌ
Kh āfiđatun Rā fi`atun
It will bring low (some); (and others) it will exalt; (Al-Waqi'ah 56:3)
خَ افِضَ ة ٌ رَ افِعَةٌ
'Idh ā Ru jjati A l-'Arđu Ra jjāan
When the earth will be shaken with a terrible shake. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:4)
إِذَا رُجَّتِ ا لأَرْضُ رَ جّ اً
Wa Bussati A l-Jibā lu Bassāan
And the mountains will be powdered to dust. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:5)
وَبُسَّتِ ا لْجِبَا لُ بَسّاً
Fakānat Habā 'an Mun bath th āan
So that they will become floating dust particles. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:6)
فَكَانَتْ هَبَا ء ً مُنْ بَثّاً
Wa Kun tum 'Azwājāan Th alāth atan
And you (all) will be in three kinds (i.e. separate groups). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:7)
وَكُن تُمْ أَزْوَاجا ً ثَلاَثَةً
Fa'aş ĥā bu A l-Maymanati Mā 'Aş ĥā bu A l-Maymanati
So those on the Right Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Records in their right hands), Who will be those on the Right Hand? (As a respect for them, because they will enter Paradise). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:8)
فَأَصْ حَا بُ ا لْمَيْمَنَةِ مَا أَصْ حَا بُ ا لْمَيْمَنَةِ
Wa 'Aş ĥā bu A l-Mash 'amati Mā 'Aş ĥā bu A l-Mash 'amati
And those on the Left Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Record in their left hands), Who will be those on the Left Hand? (As a disgrace for them, because they will enter Hell). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:9)
وَأَصْ حَا بُ ا لْمَشْأَمَةِ مَا أَصْ حَا بُ ا لْمَشْأَمَةِ
Wa A s-Sābiq ū na A s-Sābiq ū na
And those foremost [(in Islāmic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islām,] will be foremost (in Paradise). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:10)
وَالسَّابِقُ و نَ ا ل سَّابِقُ ونَ
'Ūlā 'ika A l-Muq arra bū na
These will be those nearest to Allāh. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:11)
أُ وْلَا ئِكَ ا لْمُقَ رَّ بُونَ
Fī Jann ā ti A n -Na`ī mi
In the Gardens of delight (Paradise). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:12)
فِي جَنّ َا تِ ا ل نَّ عِيمِ
Th ullatun Mina A l-'Awwalī na
A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islām). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:13)
ثُلَّةٌ مِنَ ا لأَوَّلِينَ
Wa Q alī lun Mina A l-'Ākh ir ī na
And a few of those (foremost) will be from the later time (generations). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:14)
وَقَ لِي لٌ مِنَ ا لآخِ ر ِينَ
`Alá Suru r in Mawđūnatin
(They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:15)
عَلَى سُرُرٍ مَوْضُ ونَةٍ
Muttaki'ī na `Alayhā Mutaq ābilī na
Reclining thereon, face to face. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:16)
مُتَّكِئِي نَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقَ ابِلِينَ
Yaţ ū fu `Alayhim Wildā nun Mukh alladū na
They will be served by immortal boys, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:17)
يَطُ و فُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَا نٌ مُخَ لَّدُونَ
Bi'akwā bin Wa 'Abār ī q a Wa Ka'sin Min Ma`ī nin
With cups, and jugs, and a glass from the flowing wine, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:18)
بِأَكْوَا بٍ وَأَبَار ِي قَ وَكَأْسٍ مِن ْ مَعِينٍ
Lā Yuş adda`ū na `Anhā Wa Lā Yun zifū na
Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:19)
لاَ يُصَ دَّعُو نَ عَنْ هَا وَلاَ يُن زِفُونَ
Wa Fākihatin Mimm ā Yatakh ayyarū na
And fruit; that they may choose. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:20)
وَفَاكِهَةٍ مِمَّ ا يَتَخَ يَّرُونَ
Wa Laĥmi Ţ ay r in Mimm ā Yash tahū na
And the flesh of fowls that they desire. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:21)
وَلَحْمِ طَ يْ رٍ مِمَّ ا يَشْتَهُونَ
Wa Ĥū ru n `Ī nun
And (there will be) Houris (fair females) with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious), (Al-Waqi'ah 56:22)
وَحُو رٌ عِينٌ
Ka'am th ā li A l-Lu'ulu'ui A l-Maknū ni
Like unto preserved pearls. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:23)
كَأَمْثَا لِ ا ل لُّؤْلُؤِ ا لْمَكْنُونِ
Jazā 'an Bimā Kānū Ya`malū na
A reward for what they used to do. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:24)
جَزَا ء ً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
Lā Yasma`ū na Fīhā Lagh wan Wa Lā Ta'th īmāan
No Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk) will they hear therein, nor any sinful speech (like backbiting, etc.). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:25)
لاَ يَسْمَعُو نَ فِيهَا لَغْ وا ً وَلاَ تَأْثِيماً
'Illā Q īlāan Salāmāan Salāmāan
But only the saying of: Salām!, Salām! (greetings with peace) ! (Al-Waqi'ah 56:26)
إِلاَّ قِ يلا ً سَلاَما ً سَلاَماً
Wa 'Aş ĥā bu A l-Yamī ni Mā 'Aş ĥā bu A l-Yamī ni
And those on the Right Hand, Who will be those on the Right Hand? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:27)
وَأَصْ حَا بُ ا لْيَمِي نِ مَا أَصْ حَا بُ ا لْيَمِينِ
Fī Sid r in Makh đū d in
(They will be) among thornless lote-trees, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:28)
فِي سِد ْرٍ مَخْ ضُ ودٍ
Wa Ţ alĥin Man đū d in
Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:29)
وَطَ لْحٍ مَنْ ضُ ودٍ
Wa Ž illin Mam dū d in
In shade long-extended, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:30)
وَظِ لٍّ مَمْدُودٍ
Wa Mā 'in Maskū b in
By water flowing constantly, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:31)
وَمَا ءٍ مَسْكُوبٍ
Wa Fākihatin Kath īra tin
And fruit in plenty, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:32)
وَفَاكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَ ةٍ
Lā Maq ţ ū`atin Wa Lā Mam nū`atin
Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:33)
لاَ مَقْ طُ وعَةٍ وَلاَ مَمْنُوعَةٍ
Wa Furu sh in Marfū`atin
And on couches or thrones, raised high. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:34)
وَفُرُشٍ مَرْفُوعَةٍ
'Inn ā 'An sh a'nāhunn a 'In sh ā 'an
Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:35)
إِنَّ ا أَن شَأْنَاهُنّ َ إِن شَا ءً
Faja`alnāhunn a 'Ab kārā an
And made them virgins. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:36)
فَجَعَلْنَاهُنّ َ أَبْ كَاراً
`Uru bāan 'Atrā bāan
Loving (their husbands only), equal in age. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:37)
عُرُباً أَتْرَ اباً
Li'aş ĥā bi A l-Yamī ni
For those on the Right Hand. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:38)
لِأَصْ حَا بِ ا لْيَمِينِ
Th ullatun Mina A l-'Awwalī na
A multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the first generation (who embraced Islām). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:39)
ثُلَّةٌ مِنَ ا لأَوَّلِينَ
Wa Th ullatun Mina A l-'Ākh ir ī na
A multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the later generations. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:40)
وَثُلَّةٌ مِنَ ا لآخِ ر ِينَ
Wa 'Aş ĥā bu A sh -Sh imā li Mā 'Aş ĥā bu A sh -Sh imā li
And those on the Left Hand Who will be those on the Left Hand? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:41)
وَأَصْ حَا بُ ا ل شِّمَا لِ مَا أَصْ حَا بُ ا ل شِّمَالِ
Fī Samū min Wa Ĥamī min
In fierce hot wind and boiling water, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:42)
فِي سَمُو مٍ وَحَمِيمٍ
Wa Ž illin Min Yaĥmū min
And shadow of black smoke, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:43)
وَظِ لٍّ مِن ْ يَحْمُومٍ
Lā Bār idin Wa Lā Kar ī min
(That shadow) neither cool, nor (even) good, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:44)
لاَ بَار ِدٍ وَلاَ كَر ِيمٍ
'Inn ahum Kānū Q ab la Dh ālika Mutra fī na
Verily, before that, they indulged in luxury, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:45)
إِنَّ هُمْ كَانُوا قَ بْ لَ ذَلِكَ مُتْرَ فِينَ
Wa Kānū Yuş ir rū na `Alá A l-Ĥin th i A l-`Ažī mi
And were persisting in great sin (joining partners in worship along with Allāh, committing murders and other crimes, etc.)[] (Al-Waqi'ah 56:46)
وَكَانُوا يُصِ ر ُّو نَ عَلَى ا لْحِن ثِ ا لْعَظِ يمِ
Wa Kānū Yaq ūlū na 'A'idh ā Mitnā Wa Kunn ā Turā bāan Wa `Ižāmāan 'A'inn ā Lamab `ūth ū na
And they used to say: "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then indeed be resurrected? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:47)
وَكَانُوا يَقُ ولُو نَ أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّ ا تُرَ ابا ً وَعِظَ اماً أَئِنَّ ا لَمَبْ عُوثُونَ
'Awa 'Ābā 'uunā A l-'Awwalū na
"And also our forefathers?" (Al-Waqi'ah 56:48)
أَوَ آبَا ؤُنَا ا لأَوَّلُونَ
Q ul 'Inn a A l-'Awwalī na Wa A l-'Ākh ir ī na
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "(Yes) verily, those of old, and those of later times. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:49)
قُ لْ إِنّ َ ا لأَوَّلِي نَ وَا لآخِ ر ِينَ
Lamaj mū`ū na 'Ilá Mīq ā ti Yaw min Ma`lū min
"All will surely be gathered together for appointed Meeting of a known Day. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:50)
لَمَجْ مُوعُو نَ إِلَى مِيقَ ا تِ يَوْ مٍ مَعْلُومٍ
Th umm a 'Inn akum 'Ayyuhā A đ-Đ ā llū na A l-Mukadh dh ibū na
"Then moreover, verily, you the erring-ones, the deniers (of Resurrection)! (Al-Waqi'ah 56:51)
ثُمّ َ إِنَّ كُمْ أَيُّهَا ا ل ضَّ ا لُّو نَ ا لْمُكَذِّبُونَ
La'ā kilū na Min Sh ajar in Min Zaq q ū min
"You verily will eat of the trees of Zaqqûm. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:52)
لَآكِلُو نَ مِن ْ شَجَرٍ مِن ْ زَقُّ ومٍ
Famāli'ū na Minhā A l-Buţ ū na
"Then you will fill your bellies therewith, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:53)
فَمَالِئُو نَ مِنْ هَا ا لْبُطُ ونَ
Fash ār ibū na `Alay hi Mina A l-Ĥamī mi
"And drink boiling water on top of it, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:54)
فَشَار ِبُو نَ عَلَيْ هِ مِنَ ا لْحَمِيمِ
Fash ār ibū na Sh urba A l-Hī mi
"So you will drink (that) like thirsty camels!" (Al-Waqi'ah 56:55)
فَشَار ِبُو نَ شُرْبَ ا لْهِيمِ
Hādh ā Nuzuluhum Yaw ma A d-Dī ni
That will be their entertainment on the Day of Recompense! (Al-Waqi'ah 56:56)
هَذَا نُزُلُهُمْ يَوْ مَ ا ل دِّينِ
Naĥnu Kh alaq nākum Falawlā Tuş addiq ū na
We created you, then why do you believe not? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:57)
نَحْنُ خَ لَقْ نَاكُمْ فَلَوْلاَ تُصَ دِّقُ ونَ
'Afara 'aytum Mā Tum nū na
Then tell Me (about) the human semen that you emit. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:58)
أَفَرَ أَيْتُمْ مَا تُمْنُونَ
'A'an tum Takh luq ūnahu~ 'Am Naĥnu A l-Kh āliq ū na
Is it you who create it (i.e. make this semen into a perfect human being), or are We the Creator? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:59)
أَأَنْ تُمْ تَخْ لُقُ ونَهُ~ ُ أَمْ نَحْنُ ا لْخَ الِقُ ونَ
Naĥnu Q addarnā Baynakumu A l-Maw ta Wa Mā Naĥnu Bimasbūq ī na
We have decreed death to you all, and We are not unable, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:60)
نَحْنُ قَ دَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ ا لْمَوْ تَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِ ينَ
`Alá 'An Nubaddila 'Am th ālakum Wa Nun sh i'akum Fī Mā Lā Ta`lamū na
To transfigure you and create you in (forms) that you know not. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:61)
عَلَى أَن ْ نُبَدِّلَ أَمْثَالَكُمْ وَنُنْ شِئَكُمْ فِي مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ
Wa Laq ad `Alim tumu A n -Nash 'ata A l-'Ūlá Falawlā Tadh kkarū na
And indeed, you have already known the first form of creation (i.e. the creation of Adam), why then do you not remember or take heed? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:62)
وَلَقَ د ْ عَلِمْتُمُ ا ل نَّ شْأَةَ ا لأُ ولَى فَلَوْلاَ تَذكَّرُونَ
'Afara 'aytum Mā Taĥru th ū na
Tell Me! The seed that you sow in the ground. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:63)
أَفَرَ أَيْتُمْ مَا تَحْرُثُونَ
'A'an tum Tazra `ūnahu~ 'Am Naĥnu A z-Zār i`ū na
Is it you that make it grow, or are We the Grower? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:64)
أَأَنْ تُمْ تَزْرَ عُونَهُ~ ُ أَمْ نَحْنُ ا ل زَّار ِعُونَ
Law Nash ā 'u Laja`alnā hu Ĥuţ āmāan Fažalaltum Tafakkahū na
Were it Our Will, We could crumble it to dry pieces, and you would be regretful (or left in wonderment). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:65)
لَوْ نَشَا ءُ لَجَعَلْنَا هُ حُطَ اما ً فَظَ لَلْتُمْ تَفَكَّهُونَ
'Inn ā Lamugh ra mū na
(Saying): "We are indeed Mughramûn (i.e. ruined or lost the money without any profit, or punished by the loss of all that we spend for cultivation, etc.)! [See Tafsir Al-Qurtubī, Vol. 17, Page 219] (Al-Waqi'ah 56:66)
إِنَّ ا لَمُغْ رَ مُونَ
Bal Naĥnu Maĥrūmū na
"Nay, but we are deprived!" (Al-Waqi'ah 56:67)
بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُومُونَ
'Afara 'aytumu A l-Mā 'a A l-Ladh ī Tash ra bū na
Tell Me! The water that you drink. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:68)
أَفَرَ أَيْتُمُ ا لْمَا ءَ ا لَّذِي تَشْرَ بُونَ
'A'an tum 'An zaltumū hu Mina A l-Muzni 'Am Naĥnu A l-Mun zilū na
Is it you who cause it from the rainclouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:69)
أَأَنْ تُمْ أَن زَلْتُمُو هُ مِنَ ا لْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ا لْمُن زِلُونَ
Law Nash ā 'u Ja`alnā hu 'Ujājāan Falawlā Tash kurū na
If We willed, We verily could make it salt (and undrinkable), why then do you not give thanks (to Allāh)? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:70)
لَوْ نَشَا ءُ جَعَلْنَا هُ أُجَاجا ً فَلَوْلاَ تَشْكُرُونَ
'Afara 'aytumu A n -Nā ra A llatī Tūrū na
Tell Me! The fire which you kindle, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:71)
أَفَرَ أَيْتُمُ ا ل نّ َا رَ ا لَّتِي تُورُونَ
'A'an tum 'An sh a'tum Sh ajara tahā 'Am Naĥnu A l-Mun sh i'ū na
Is it you who made the tree thereof to grow, or are We the Grower? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:72)
أَأَنْ تُمْ أَن شَأْتُمْ شَجَرَ تَهَا أَمْ نَحْنُ ا لْمُن شِئُ ونَ
Naĥnu Ja`alnāhā Tadh kira tan Wa Matā`āan Lilmuq wī na
We have made it a Reminder (for the Hell-fire, in the Hereafter); and an article of use for the travellers (and all the others, in this world). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:73)
نَحْنُ جَعَلْنَاهَا تَذْكِرَ ة ً وَمَتَاعا ً لِلْمُقْ وِينَ
Fasabbiĥ Biāsmi Ra bbika A l-`Ažī mi
Then glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:74)
فَسَبِّحْ بِا سْمِ رَ بِّكَ ا لْعَظِ يمِ
Falā 'Uq simu Bimawāq i`i A n -Nujū mi
So I swear by Mawāqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:75)
فَلاَ أُقْ سِمُ بِمَوَاقِ عِ ا ل نُّ جُومِ
Wa 'Inn ahu Laq asamun Law Ta`lamū na `Ažī mun
And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:76)
وَإِنَّ هُ لَقَ سَم ٌ لَوْ تَعْلَمُو نَ عَظِ يمٌ
'Inn ahu Laq ur'ā nun Kar ī mun
That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Qur'ān). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:77)
إِنَّ هُ لَقُ رْآنٌ كَر ِيمٌ
Fī Kitā bin Maknū nin
In a Book well-guarded (with Allāh in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:78)
فِي كِتَا بٍ مَكْنُونٍ
Lā Yamassuhu~ 'Illā A l-Muţ ahharū na
Which (that Book with Allāh) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:79)
لاَ يَمَسُّهُ~ ُ إِلاَّ ا لْمُطَ هَّرُونَ
Tan zī lun Min Ra bbi A l-`Ālamī na
A Revelation (this Qur'ān) from the Lord of the 'Alamīn (mankind, jinns and all that exists). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:80)
تَن زِي لٌ مِن ْ رَ بِّ ا لْعَالَمِينَ
'Afabihadh ā A l-Ĥadīth i 'An tum Mud /hinū na
Is it such a talk (this Qur'an) that you (disbelievers) deny? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:81)
أَفَبِهَذَا ا لْحَدِي ثِ أَنْ تُمْ مُد ْهِنُونَ
Wa Taj `alū na R izq akum 'Ann akum Tukadh dh ibū na
And instead (of thanking Allāh) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! (Al-Waqi'ah 56:82)
وَتَجْ عَلُو نَ ر ِزْقَ كُمْ أَنَّ كُمْ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Falawlā 'Idh ā Balagh ati A l-Ĥulq ū ma
Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:83)
فَلَوْلاَ إِذَا بَلَغَ تِ ا لْحُلْقُ ومَ
Wa 'An tum Ĥīna'idh in Tan žurū na
And you at the moment are looking on, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:84)
وَأَنْ تُمْ حِينَئِذٍ تَن ظُ رُونَ
Wa Naĥnu 'Aq ra bu 'Ilay hi Min kum Wa Lakin Lā Tub ş irū na
But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabarī, Vol.27, Page 209] (Al-Waqi'ah 56:85)
وَنَحْنُ أَقْ رَ بُ إِلَيْ هِ مِنْ كُمْ وَلَكِن ْ لاَ تُبْ صِ رُونَ
Falawlā 'In Kun tum Gh ay ra Madīnī na
Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) (Al-Waqi'ah 56:86)
فَلَوْلاَ إِن ْ كُن تُمْ غَ يْ رَ مَدِينِينَ
Tarji`ūnahā 'In Kun tum Ş ādiq ī na
Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? (Al-Waqi'ah 56:87)
تَرْجِعُونَهَا إِن ْ كُن تُمْ صَ ادِقِ ينَ
Fa'amm ā 'In Kā na Mina A l-Muq arra bī na
Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabûn (those brought near to Allāh), (Al-Waqi'ah 56:88)
فَأَمَّ ا إِن ْ كَا نَ مِنَ ا لْمُقَ رَّ بِينَ
Fara wĥun Wa Ra yĥā nun Wa Jann atu Na`ī min
(There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). (Al-Waqi'ah 56:89)
فَرَ وْ حٌ وَرَ يْحَا نٌ وَجَنَّ ةُ نَعِيمٍ
Wa 'Amm ā 'In Kā na Min 'Aş ĥā bi A l-Yamī ni
And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, (Al-Waqi'ah 56:90)
وَأَمَّ ا إِن ْ كَا نَ مِن ْ أَصْ حَا بِ ا لْيَمِينِ
Fasalā mun Laka Min 'Aş ĥā bi A l-Yamī ni
Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allāh) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:91)
فَسَلاَم ٌ لَكَ مِن ْ أَصْ حَا بِ ا لْيَمِينِ
Wa 'Amm ā 'In Kā na Mina A l-Mukadh dh ibī na A đ-Đ ā llī na
But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islāmic Monotheism), (Al-Waqi'ah 56:92)
وَأَمَّ ا إِن ْ كَا نَ مِنَ ا لْمُكَذِّبِي نَ ا ل ضَّ ا لِّينَ
Fanuzulun Min Ĥamī min
Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:93)
فَنُزُلٌ مِن ْ حَمِيمٍ
Wa Taş liyatu Jaĥī min
And burning in Hell-fire. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:94)
وَتَصْ لِيَةُ جَحِيمٍ
'Inn a Hādh ā Lahuwa Ĥaq q u A l-Yaq ī ni
Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:95)
إِنّ َ هَذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ ا لْيَقِ ينِ
Fasabbiĥ Biāsmi Ra bbika A l-`Ažī mi
So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. (Al-Waqi'ah 56:96)
فَسَبِّحْ بِا سْمِ رَ بِّكَ ا لْعَظِ يمِ
