111-001* May Abo-Lahab's both hands waste away and may he waste away [as well]! | تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ | Mā 'Aghná `Anhu Māluhu Wa Mā Kasaba | 111-002* His wealth and what he's earned will never profit him: | مَا أَغْنَى عَنْهُ مَالُه ُ وَمَا كَسَبَ |
Sayaşlá Nārāan Dhāta Lahabin | 111-003* he'll roast in a fire with a flame; | سَيَصْلَى نَارا ً ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ |
Wa Amra'atuhu Ĥammālata Al-Ĥaţabi | 111-004* while his wife who carries kindling around | وَامْرَأَتُه ُ حَمَّالَةَ الْحَطَبِ |
Fī Jīdihā Ĥablun Min Masadin | 111-005* will have a palm-fiber rope around her neck. | فِي جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِنْ مَسَدٍ |
