| Sabbaĥa Lillāhi Mā Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Mā Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Huwa Al-`Azīzu Al-Ĥakīmu | 061.001 All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. | سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ |
| Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-Ladhīna 'Āamanū Lima Taqūlūna Mā Lā Taf`alūna | 061.002 O ye who believe! Why say ye that which ye do not ? | يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لاَ تَفْعَلُونَ |
| Kabura Maqtāan `Inda Allāhi 'An Taqūlū Mā Lā Taf`alūna | 061.003 It is most hateful in the sight of Allah that ye say that which ye do not. | كَبُرَ مَقْتاً عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا لاَ تَفْعَلُونَ |
| 'Inna Allāha Yuĥibbu Al-Ladhīna Yuqātilūna Fī Sabīlihi Şaffāan Ka'annahum Bunyānun Marşūşun | 061.004 Lo! Allah loveth them who battle for His cause in ranks, as if they were a solid structure. | إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِه ِِ صَفّا ً كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنيَان ٌ مَرْصُوص ٌ |
| Wa 'Idh Qāla Mūsá Liqawmihi Yā Qawmi Lima Tu'udhūnanī Wa Qad Ta`lamūna 'Annī Rasūlu Allāhi 'Ilaykum Falammā Zāghū 'Azāgha Allāhu Qulūbahum Wa Allāhu Lā Yahdī Al-Qawma Al-Fāsiqīna | 061.005 And (remember) when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Why persecute ye me, when ye well know that I am Allah's messenger unto you ? So when they went astray Allah sent their hearts astray. And Allah guideth not the evil-living folk. | وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِه ِِ يَا قَوْمِ لِمَ تُؤْذُونَنِي وَقَدْ تَعْلَمُونَ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوا أَزَاغَ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ |
| Wa 'Idh Qāla `Īsá Abnu Maryama Yā Banī 'Isrā'īla 'Innī Rasūlu Allāhi 'Ilaykum Muşaddiqāan Limā Bayna Yadayya Mina At-Tawrāati Wa Mubashshirāan Birasūlin Ya'tī Min Ba`dī Asmuhu 'Aĥmadu Falammā Jā'ahum Bil-Bayyināti Qālū Hādhā Siĥrun Mubīnun | 061.006 And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is the Praised One. Yet when he hath come unto them with clear proofs, they say: This is mere magic. | وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ مُصَدِّقا ً لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَمُبَشِّرا ً بِرَسُول ٍ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ~ُ أَحْمَدُ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ قَالُوا هَذَا سِحْر ٌ مُبِين ٌ |
| Wa Man 'Ažlamu Mimmani Aftará `Alá Allāhi Al-Kadhiba Wa Huwa Yud`á 'Ilá Al-'Islāmi Wa Allāhu Lā Yahdī Al-Qawma Až-Žālimīna | 061.007 And who doeth greater wrong than he who inventeth a lie against Allah when he is summoned unto Al-Islam ? And Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk. | وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَى إِلَى الإِسْلاَمِ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ |
| Yurīdūna Liyuţfi'ū Nūra Allāhi Bi'afwāhihim Wa Allāhu Mutimmu Nūrihi Wa Law Kariha Al-Kāfirūna | 061.008 Fain would they put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light however much the disbelievers are averse. | يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِه ِِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ |
| Huwa Al-Ladhī 'Arsala Rasūlahu Bil-Hudá Wa Dīni Al-Ĥaqqi Liyužhirahu `Alá Ad-Dīni Kullihi Wa Law Kariha Al-Mushrikūna | 061.009 He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may make it conqueror of all religion however much idolaters may be averse. | هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَه ُُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَه ُُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّه ِِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ |
| Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-Ladhīna 'Āamanū Hal 'Adullukum `Alá Tijāratin Tunjīkum Min `Adhābin 'Alīmin | 061.010 O ye who believe! Shall I show you a commerce that will save you from a painful doom ? | يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى تِجَارَة ٍ تُنجِيكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيم ٍ |
| Tu'uminūna Billāhi Wa Rasūlihi Wa Tujāhidūna Fī Sabīli Allāhi Bi'amwālikum Wa 'Anfusikum Dhālikum Khayrun Lakum 'In Kuntum Ta`lamūna | 061.011 Ye should believe in Allah and His messenger, and should strive for the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is better for you, if ye did but know. | تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِه ِِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْر ٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ |
| Yaghfir Lakum Dhunūbakum Wa Yudkhilkum Jannātin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-'Anhāru Wa Masākina Ţayyibatan Fī Jannāti `Adnin Dhālika Al-Fawzu Al-`Ažīmu | 061.012 He will forgive you your sins and bring you into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, and pleasant dwellings in Gardens of Eden. That is the supreme triumph. | يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّات ٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَة ً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْن ٍ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ |
| Wa 'Ukhrá Tuĥibbūnahā Naşrun Mina Allāhi Wa Fatĥun Qarībun Wa Bashshiri Al-Mu'uminīna | 061.013 And (He will give you) another (blessing) which ye love: help from Allah and present victory. Give good tidings (O Muhammad) to believers. | وَأُخْرَى تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْر ٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْح ٌ قَرِيب ٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ |
| Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-Ladhīna 'Āamanū Kūnw 'Anşāra Allāhi Kamā Qāla `Īsá Abnu Maryama Lilĥawārīyīna Man 'Anşārī 'Ilá Allāhi Qāla Al-Ĥawārīyūna Naĥnu 'Anşāru Allāhi Fa'āamanat Ţā'ifatun Min Banī 'Isrā'īla Wa Kafarat Ţā'ifatun Fa'ayyadnā Al-Ladhīna 'Āamanū `Alá `Adūwihim Fa'aşbaĥū Žāhirīna | 061.014 O ye who believe! Be Allah's helpers, even as Jesus son of Mary said unto the disciples: Who are my helpers for Allah ? They said: We are Allah's helpers. And a party of the Children of Israel believed, while a party disbelieved. Then We strengthened those who believed against their foe, and they became the uppermost. | يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا كُونوا أَنصَارَ اللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّينَ مَنْ أَنصَارِي إِلَى اللَّهِ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ اللَّهِ فَآَمَنَتْ طَائِفَة ٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَكَفَرَتْ طَائِفَة ٌ فَأَيَّدْنَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا عَلَى عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا ظَاهِرِينَ |
