| Al-Qāri`ahu | The Qمri‘ah![101.1] | الْقَارِعَةُ |
| Mā Al-Qāri`ahu | What is the Qمri‘ah?[101.2] | مَا الْقَارِعَةُ |
| Wa Mā 'Adrāka Mā Al-Qāri`ahu | And what will explain to you what the Qمri‘ah is?[101.3] | وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْقَارِعَةُ |
| Yawma Yakūnu An-Nāsu Kālfarāshi Al-Mabthūthi | It is that Day when men shall be like scattered moths[101.4] | يَوْمَ يَكُونُ النَّاسُ كَالْفَرَاشِ الْمَبْثُوثِ |
| Wa Takūnu Al-Jibālu Kāl`ihni Al-Manfūshi | and the mountains like colorful carded wool.[101.5] | وَتَكُونُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ الْمَنفُوشِ |
| Fa'ammā Man Thaqulat Mawāzīnuhu | On that Day, he whose scale of good deeds is heavy,[101.6] | فَأَمَّا مَنْ ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ |
| Fahuwa Fī `Īshatin Rāđiyahin | shall live a pleasant luxurious life.[101.7] | فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ |
| Wa 'Ammā Man Khaffat Mawāzīnuhu | But he whose scale of good deeds is light[101.8] | وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ |
| Fa'ummuhu Hāwiyahun | shall abode in Hمviah;[101.9] | فَأُمُّهُُهَاوِيَةٌ |
| Wa Mā 'Adrāka Mā Hiyah | and what will explain to you, what it (Hمviah) is?[101.10] | وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا هِيَهْ |
| Nārun Ĥāmiyahun | It is a blazing fire.[101.11] | نَارٌ حَامِيَةٌ |
