Tabāraka A l-Ladh ī Biyadihi A l-Mulku Wa Huwa `Alá Kulli Sh ay'in  Qadī r un       Blessed be He in Whose hands is the Kingdom of the universe and has power over all things.[67.1]   تَبَارَكَ ا لَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ا لْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ  قَدِي رٌ    
   Al-Ladh ī Kh alaqa A l-Mawta Wa A l-Ĥayāata Liyab luwakum  'Ayyukum  'Aĥsanu `Amalāan  Wa Huwa A l-`Azī zu A l-Gh afū ru       The One Who created death and life, so that He may put you to test, to find out which of you is best in deeds: He is the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving.[67.2]   ا لَّذِي خَلَقَ ا لْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَا ةَ لِيَبْ لُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً  وَهُوَ ا لْعَزِي زُ ا لْغَفُو رُ  
   Al-Ladh ī Kh alaqa Sab `a Samāwā tin  Ţibāqāan  Mā Tará Fī Kh alqi A r-Raĥmā ni Min  Tafāwutin  Fārji`i A l-Başara Hal Tará Min  Fuţū r in       The One Who created the seven heavens, one above another, you will not see any flaw in the creation of the Compassionate. Look once again, do you see any flaw?[67.3]   ا لَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْ عَ سَمَاوَا تٍ  طِبَاقاً  مَا تَرَى فِي خَلْقِ ا ل رَّحْمَنِ مِن ْ تَفَاوُتٍ  فَا ا لْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَى مِن ْ فُطُو رٍ   
   Th umm a A  A l-Başara Karratayni Yan qalib  'Ilayka A l-Başaru Kh āsi'ā an  Wa Huwa Ĥasī r un      Then look still another time, yet again your sight will come back bewildered, and feel exhausted.[67.4]   ثُمّ َ ا ا لْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَن قَلِب ْ إِلَيْكَ ا لْبَصَرُ خَاسِئاً  وَهُوَ حَسِي رٌ    
    Wa Laqad  Zayyann ā A s-Samā 'a A d-Dun yā Bimaşābī ĥa Wa Ja`alnāhā Rujūmāan  Lilsh sh ayāţī ni Wa 'A`tad nā Lahum  `Adh ā ba A s-Sa`ī r  i       We have decorated the heaven of this world with lamps and We made them as missiles for pelting the shaitمns and thus prepared for them the scourge of flames.[67.5]   وَلَقَد ْ زَيَّنَّ ا ا ل سَّمَا ءَ ا ل دُّنْ يَا بِمَصَابِي حَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُوماً  لِلشَّيَاطِي نِ وَأَعْتَد ْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَا بَ ا ل سَّعِي رِ   
    Wa Lilladh ī na Kafarū Birabbihim  `Adh ā bu Jahann ama Wa Bi'sa A l-Maşī r u       As for those who disbelieve their Rabb, there will be the punishment of hell, which is an evil abode.[67.6]   وَلِلَّذِي نَ كَفَرُوا  بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَا بُ جَهَنَّ مَ وَبِئْسَ ا لْمَصِي ر ُ  
   'Idh ā  'Ulqū Fīhā Sami`ū Lahā Sh ahīqāan  Wa Hiya Tafū ru       When they will be plunged into its fire, they shall hear its roaring and boiling[67.7]   إِذَا  أُلْقُوا  فِيهَا سَمِعُوا  لَهَا شَهِيقاً  وَهِيَ تَفُو رُ   
   Takā du Tamayyazu Mina A l-Gh ayži Kullamā  'Ulqiya Fīhā Fawjun  Sa'alahum  Kh azanatuhā  'Alam  Ya'tikum  Nadh ī r un       as though bursting with rage. Every time a group is plunged therein, its guards will ask: “Did not a Warner come to you?”[67.8]   تَكَا دُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ ا لْغَيْظِ كُلَّمَا  أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا  أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِي رٌ    
   Qālū Balá Qad  Jā 'anā Nadh ī r un  Fakadh dh ab nā Wa Qulnā Mā Nazzala A l-Lahu  Min  Sh ay'in 'In 'An tum  'Illā Fī Đalā lin  Kabī r  in       They will answer: “Yes indeed, a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, Allah has revealed nothing - you are merely in gross error."[67.9]   قَالُوا  بَلَى قَد ْ جَاءَنَا نَذِي رٌ  فَكَذَّبْ نَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ ا ل لَّهُ مِن ْ شَيْءٍ  إِنْ أَنْ تُمْ إِلاَّ فِي ضَلاَلٍ  كَبِي رٍ    
    Wa Qālū Law Kunn ā Nasma`u 'Aw Na`qilu Mā Kunn ā Fī  'Aşĥā bi A s-Sa`ī r  i       They will further say: “Had we only listened or used our intelligence, we would have not been among the inmates of the blazing fire."[67.10]   وَقَالُوا  لَوْ كُنَّ ا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّ ا فِي  أَصْحَا بِ ا ل سَّعِي رِ   
   Fā`tarafū Bidh an  bihim  Fasuĥqāan  Li'şĥā bi A s-Sa`ī r  i       Thus shall they confess their sin; so away from the mercy of Allah will be the dwellers of hell.[67.11]   فَاعْتَرَفُوا  بِذَنْ بِهِمْ فَسُحْقاً  لِأصْحَا بِ ا ل سَّعِي رِ   
   'Inn a A l-Ladh ī na Yakh sh awna Rabbahum  Bil-Gh aybi Lahum  Magh firatun  Wa 'Aj run  Kabī r un       As for those who fear their Rabb, although they have not seen Him, shall have forgiveness and a great reward.[67.12]   إِنّ َ ا لَّذِي نَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم ْ بِا لْغَيْبِ لَهُم ْ مَغْفِرَةٌ  وَأَجْ رٌ  كَبِي رٌ    
    Wa 'Asir rū Qawlakum  'Aw A j harū Bihi  'Inn ahu  `Alī mun   Bidh ā ti A ş-Şudū r i       Whether you speak in secret or aloud, surely He is aware of all that is in the breasts.[67.13]   وَأَسِرُّوا  قَوْلَكُمْ أَوْ ا جْ هَرُوا  بِهِ إِنَّ هُُعَلِي مٌ  بِذَا تِ ا ل صُّدُو ر ِ   
   'Alā Ya`lamu Man Kh alaqa Wa Huwa A l-Laţī fu A l-Kh abī r u       Would He, Who has created them, not know? He is the Knower of finest mysteries, and aware of everything.[67.14]   أَلاَ يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ا ل لَّطِي فُ ا لْخَبِي ر ُ  
   Huwa A l-Ladh ī Ja`ala  Lakumu A l-'Arđa Dh alūlāan  Fām sh ū Fī Manākibihā Wa Kulū Min  R izqihi  Wa 'Ilayhi A n -Nush ū ru       When Our revelations are recited to him , he says: “They are nothing but the tales of the ancients."[67.15]   هُوَ ا لَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ا لأَرْضَ ذَلُولاً فَا مْشُوا  فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا  مِن ْ ر ِزْقِهِِ وَإِلَيْهِ ا ل نُّ شُو رُ   
   'A'amin tum  Man  Fī A s-Samā 'i 'An  Yakh sifa Bikumu A l-'Arđa Fa'idh ā Hiya Tamū ru       Soon We shall brand him on the snout.[67.16]   أَأَمِن تُم ْ مَن ْ فِي ا ل سَّمَا ءِ أَن ْ يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ ا لأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُو رُ   
   'Am  'Amin tum  Man  Fī A s-Samā 'i 'An  Yursila `Alaykum  Ĥāşibāan  Fasata`lamū na Kayfa Nadh ī r  i       Or do you feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not send against you a violent tornado, then you shall know how was My warning![67.17]   أَمْ أَمِن تُم ْ مَن ْ فِي ا ل سَّمَا ءِ أَن ْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِباً فَسَتَعْلَمُو نَ كَيْفَ نَذِي رِ   
    Wa Laqad  Kadh dh aba A l-Ladh ī na Min  Qab lihim  Fakayfa Kā na Nakī r  i       Those who have gone before them likewise disbelieved, then see how terrible was the way I rejected them?[67.18]   وَلَقَد ْ كَذَّبَ ا لَّذِي نَ مِن ْ قَبْ لِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَا نَ نَكِي رِ   
   'Awalam  Yaraw 'Ilá A ţ -Ţayr i Fawqahum  Şā ffā tin  Wa Yaq biđna Mā Yum sikuhunn a 'Illā A r-Raĥmā nu 'Inn ahu  Bikulli Sh ay'in   Başī r un       Do they not observe the birds above them spreading their wings and folding them? None could hold them except the Compassionate (Allah), surely it is He Who watches over all things.[67.19]   أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا  إِلَى ا ل طَّيْر ِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَا فَّا تٍ  وَيَقْ بِضْنَ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنّ َ إِلاَّ ا ل رَّحْمَنُ إِنَّ هُُبِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ  بَصِي رٌ    
   'Amm an Hādh ā A l-Ladh ī Huwa Jun dun  Lakum  Yan şurukum  Min  Dū ni A r-Raĥmā ni 'Ini A l-Kāfirū na 'Illā Fī Gh urū r in       What force is there that can help you besides the Compassionate? In fact, the unbelievers are suffering from delusion.[67.20]   أَمَّ نْ هَذَا ا لَّذِي هُوَ جُن دٌ  لَكُمْ يَن صُرُكُم ْ مِن ْ دُو نِ ا ل رَّحْمَنِ إِنِ ا لْكَافِرُو نَ إِلاَّ فِي غُرُو رٍ    
   'Amm an Hādh ā A l-Ladh ī Yarzuqukum  'In 'Am saka R izqahu  Bal  Lajjū Fī `Utū win  Wa Nufū r in       Or who is there that can provide you if He withholds His provision? Yet, they persist in rebellion and aversion from the truth.[67.21]   أَمَّ نْ هَذَا ا لَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ ر ِزْقَهُُبَل ْ لَجُّوا  فِي عُتُوٍّ  وَنُفُو رٍ    
   'Afaman  Yam sh ī Mukibbāan `Alá Waj hihi  'Ahdá  'Amm an  Yam sh ī Sawīyāan `Alá Şirāţin  Mustaqī min       Just think, who is rightly guided: he who walks with his face bent down, or he who walks properly on an even path?[67.22]   أَفَمَن ْ يَمْشِي مُكِبّاً عَلَى وَجْ هِهِ أَهْدَى  أَمَّ ن ْ يَمْشِي سَوِيّاً عَلَى صِرَا طٍ  مُسْتَقِي مٍ    
   Qul Huwa A l-Ladh ī  'An sh a'akum  Wa Ja`ala  Lakumu A s-Sam `a Wa A l-'Ab şā ra Wa A l-'Af'idata Qalīlāan  Mā Tash kurū na       Say: “It is He Who has brought you into being, gave you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: yet you are seldom thankful."[67.23]   قُلْ هُوَ ا لَّذِي  أَن شَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ا ل سَّمْعَ وَالأَبْ صَا رَ وَالأَفْئِدَةَ قَلِيلاً  مَا تَشْكُرُو نَ   
   Qul Huwa A l-Ladh ī Dh ara'akum  Fī A l-'Arđi Wa 'Ilayhi Tuĥsh arū na       Say: “It is He Who has multiplied you in the earth, and before Him you shall all be assembled."[67.24]   قُلْ هُوَ ا لَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي ا لأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُو نَ   
    Wa Yaqūlū na Matá Hādh ā A l-Wa`du 'In  Kun tum  Şādiqī na       They ask: “When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say is true?"[67.25]   وَيَقُولُو نَ مَتَى هَذَا ا لْوَعْدُ إِن ْ كُن تُمْ صَادِقِي نَ   
   Qul 'Inn amā A l-`Ilmu `In da A l-Lahi  Wa 'Inn amā  'Anā Nadh ī r un  Mubī nun       Tell them: “Allah Alone has the knowledge of that; my mission is only to warn you plainly."[67.26]   قُلْ إِنَّ مَا ا لْعِلْمُ عِنْ دَ ا ل لَّهِ وَإِنَّ مَا  أَنَا نَذِي رٌ  مُبِي نٌ   
   Falamm ā Ra'awhu Zulfatan  Sī 'at Wujū hu A l-Ladh ī na Kafarū Wa Qī la Hādh ā A l-Ladh ī Kun tum  Bihi  Tadda`ū na       But, when they shall see it close at hand, the faces of the disbelievers will turn black with gloom, and it will be said to them: “This is which you were calling for."[67.27]   فَلَمَّ ا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَةً سِيئَتْ وُجُو هُ ا لَّذِي نَ كَفَرُوا  وَقِي لَ هَذَا ا لَّذِي كُن تُم ْ بِهِِ تَدَّعُو نَ   
   Qul 'Ara'aytum  'In 'Ahlakaniya A l-Lahu  Wa Man  Ma`ī  'Aw Raĥimanā Faman  Yujī r u A l-Kāfir ī na Min `Adh ā bin 'Alī min       Further say: “Have you ever considered that even if Allah destroys me as well as those with me or bestows His mercy on us; who will save the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”[67.28]   قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ ا ل لَّهُ وَمَن ْ مَعِي  أَوْ رَحِمَنَا فَمَن ْ يُجِي ر ُا لْكَافِر ِي نَ مِنْ عَذَا بٍ أَلِي مٍ    
   Qul Huwa A r-Raĥmā nu 'Ā mann ā Bihi  Wa `Alayhi Tawakkalnā Fasata`lamū na Man Huwa Fī Đalā lin  Mubī nin       Say: “He is the Compassionate: in Him we have believed, and in Him we have put our trust. Soon you will find out, which one of us is in the manifest error."[67.29]   قُلْ هُوَ ا ل رَّحْمَنُ آمَنَّ ا بِهِِ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا فَسَتَعْلَمُو نَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلاَلٍ  مُبِي نٍ    
   Qul 'Ara'aytum  'In 'Aşbaĥa Mā 'uukum  Gh awrāan  Faman  Ya'tīkum  Bimā 'in  Ma`ī nin       Say: “Have you ever considered that if all the water you have, sink down in the ground, who is it, that will bring you the clear-flowing water?”[67.30]   قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَاؤُكُمْ غَوْراً فَمَن ْ يَأْتِيكُم ْ بِمَا ءٍ  مَعِي نٍ
