Tabāraka Al-Ladhī Biyadihi Al-Mulku Wa Huwa `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun  | Blessed be He in Whose hands is the Kingdom of the universe and has power over all things.[67.1] | تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْء ٍ قَدِير ٌ |
Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Al-Mawta Wa Al-Ĥayāata Liyabluwakum 'Ayyukum 'Aĥsanu `Amalāan Wa Huwa Al-`Azīzu Al-Ghafūru  | The One Who created death and life, so that He may put you to test, to find out which of you is best in deeds: He is the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving.[67.2] | الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلا ً وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ |
Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Sab`a Samāwātin Ţibāqāan Mā Tará Fī Khalqi Ar-Raĥmāni Min Tafāwutin Fārji`i Al-Başara Hal Tará Min Fuţūrin  | The One Who created the seven heavens, one above another, you will not see any flaw in the creation of the Compassionate. Look once again, do you see any flaw?[67.3] | الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَات ٍ طِبَاقا ً مَا تَرَى فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَنِ مِنْ تَفَاوُت ٍ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَى مِنْ فُطُور ٍ |
Thumma Arji`i Al-Başara Karratayni Yanqalib 'Ilayka Al-Başaru Khāsi'āan Wa Huwa Ĥasīrun  | Then look still another time, yet again your sight will come back bewildered, and feel exhausted.[67.4] | ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئا ً وَهُوَ حَسِير ٌ |
Wa Laqad Zayyannā As-Samā'a Ad-Dunyā Bimaşābīĥa Wa Ja`alnāhā Rujūmāan Lilshshayāţīni Wa 'A`tadnā Lahum `Adhāba As-Sa`īri  | We have decorated the heaven of this world with lamps and We made them as missiles for pelting the shaitمns and thus prepared for them the scourge of flames.[67.5] | وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُوما ً لِلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ |
Wa Lilladhīna Kafarū Birabbihim `Adhābu Jahannama Wa Bi'sa Al-Maşīru  | As for those who disbelieve their Rabb, there will be the punishment of hell, which is an evil abode.[67.6] | وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ |
'Idhā 'Ulqū Fīhā Sami`ū Lahā Shahīqāan Wa Hiya Tafūru  | When they will be plunged into its fire, they shall hear its roaring and boiling[67.7] | إِذَا أُلْقُوا فِيهَا سَمِعُوا لَهَا شَهِيقا ً وَهِيَ تَفُورُ |
Takādu Tamayyazu Mina Al-Ghayži Kullamā 'Ulqiya Fīhā Fawjun Sa'alahum Khazanatuhā 'Alam Ya'tikum Nadhīrun  | as though bursting with rage. Every time a group is plunged therein, its guards will ask: “Did not a Warner come to you?”[67.8] | تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ الْغَيْظِ كُلَّمَا أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْج ٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِير ٌ |
Qālū Balá Qad Jā'anā Nadhīrun Fakadhdhabnā Wa Qulnā Mā Nazzala Al-Lahu Min Shay'in 'In 'Antum 'Illā Fī Đalālin Kabīrin  | They will answer: “Yes indeed, a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, Allah has revealed nothing - you are merely in gross error."[67.9] | قَالُوا بَلَى قَدْ جَاءَنَا نَذِير ٌ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ شَيْء ٍ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلاَّ فِي ضَلاَل ٍ كَبِير ٍ |
Wa Qālū Law Kunnā Nasma`u 'Aw Na`qilu Mā Kunnā Fī 'Aşĥābi As-Sa`īri  | They will further say: “Had we only listened or used our intelligence, we would have not been among the inmates of the blazing fire."[67.10] | وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ |
Fā`tarafū Bidhanbihim Fasuĥqāan Li'şĥābi As-Sa`īri  | Thus shall they confess their sin; so away from the mercy of Allah will be the dwellers of hell.[67.11] | فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنْبِهِمْ فَسُحْقا ً لِأصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ |
'Inna Al-Ladhīna Yakhshawna Rabbahum Bil-Ghaybi Lahum Maghfiratun Wa 'Ajrun Kabīrun  | As for those who fear their Rabb, although they have not seen Him, shall have forgiveness and a great reward.[67.12] | إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَيْبِ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَة ٌ وَأَجْر ٌ كَبِير ٌ |
Wa 'Asirrū Qawlakum 'Aw Ajharū Bihi 'Innahu `Alīmun Bidhāti Aş-Şudūri  | Whether you speak in secret or aloud, surely He is aware of all that is in the breasts.[67.13] | وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوْ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ~ِ إِنَّه ُُ عَلِيم ٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ |
'Alā Ya`lamu Man Khalaqa Wa Huwa Al-Laţīfu Al-Khabīru  | Would He, Who has created them, not know? He is the Knower of finest mysteries, and aware of everything.[67.14] | أَلاَ يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ |
Huwa Al-Ladhī Ja`ala Lakumu Al-'Arđa Dhalūlāan Fāmshū Fī Manākibihā Wa Kulū Min Rizqihi Wa 'Ilayhi An-Nushūru  | When Our revelations are recited to him , he says: “They are nothing but the tales of the ancients."[67.15] | هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الأَرْضَ ذَلُولا ً فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِه ِِ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ |
'A'amintum Man Fī As-Samā'i 'An Yakhsifa Bikumu Al-'Arđa Fa'idhā Hiya Tamūru  | Soon We shall brand him on the snout.[67.16] | أَأَمِنتُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ أَنْ يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ الأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ |
'Am 'Amintum Man Fī As-Samā'i 'An Yursila `Alaykum Ĥāşibāan Fasata`lamūna Kayfa Nadhīri  | Or do you feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not send against you a violent tornado, then you shall know how was My warning![67.17] | أَمْ أَمِنتُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ أَنْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبا ً فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ كَيْفَ نَذِيرِ |
Wa Laqad Kadhdhaba Al-Ladhīna Min Qablihim Fakayfa Kāna Nakīri  | Those who have gone before them likewise disbelieved, then see how terrible was the way I rejected them?[67.18] | وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ |
'Awalam Yaraw 'Ilá Aţ-Ţayri Fawqahum Şāffātin Wa Yaqbiđna Mā Yumsikuhunna 'Illā Ar-Raĥmānu 'Innahu Bikulli Shay'in Başīrun  | Do they not observe the birds above them spreading their wings and folding them? None could hold them except the Compassionate (Allah), surely it is He Who watches over all things.[67.19] | أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَافَّات ٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلاَّ الرَّحْمَنُ إِنَّه ُُ بِكُلِّ شَيْء ٍ بَصِير ٌ |
'Amman Hādhā Al-Ladhī Huwa Jundun Lakum Yanşurukum Min Dūni Ar-Raĥmāni 'Ini Al-Kāfirūna 'Illā Fī Ghurūrin  | What force is there that can help you besides the Compassionate? In fact, the unbelievers are suffering from delusion.[67.20] | أَمَّنْ هَذَا الَّذِي هُوَ جُند ٌ لَكُمْ يَنصُرُكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنِ الْكَافِرُونَ إِلاَّ فِي غُرُور ٍ |
'Amman Hādhā Al-Ladhī Yarzuqukum 'In 'Amsaka Rizqahu Bal Lajjū Fī `Utūwin Wa Nufūrin  | Or who is there that can provide you if He withholds His provision? Yet, they persist in rebellion and aversion from the truth.[67.21] | أَمَّنْ هَذَا الَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَه ُُ بَلْ لَجُّوا فِي عُتُوّ ٍ وَنُفُور ٍ |
'Afaman Yamshī Mukibbāan `Alá Wajhihi 'Ahdá 'Amman Yamshī Sawīyāan `Alá Şirāţin Mustaqīmin  | Just think, who is rightly guided: he who walks with his face bent down, or he who walks properly on an even path?[67.22] | أَفَمَنْ يَمْشِي مُكِبّاً عَلَى وَجْهِهِ~ِ أَهْدَى أَمَّنْ يَمْشِي سَوِيّاً عَلَى صِرَاط ٍ مُسْتَقِيم ٍ |
Qul Huwa Al-Ladhī 'Ansha'akum Wa Ja`ala Lakumu As-Sam`a Wa Al-'Abşāra Wa Al-'Af'idata Qalīlāan Mā Tashkurūna  | Say: “It is He Who has brought you into being, gave you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: yet you are seldom thankful."[67.23] | قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالأَبْصَارَ وَالأَفْئِدَةَ قَلِيلا ً مَا تَشْكُرُونَ |
Qul Huwa Al-Ladhī Dhara'akum Fī Al-'Arđi Wa 'Ilayhi Tuĥsharūna  | Say: “It is He Who has multiplied you in the earth, and before Him you shall all be assembled."[67.24] | قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ |
Wa Yaqūlūna Matá Hādhā Al-Wa`du 'In Kuntum Şādiqīna  | They ask: “When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say is true?"[67.25] | وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِنْ كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ |
Qul 'Innamā Al-`Ilmu `Inda Al-Lahi Wa 'Innamā 'Anā Nadhīrun Mubīnun  | Tell them: “Allah Alone has the knowledge of that; my mission is only to warn you plainly."[67.26] | قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِير ٌ مُبِين ٌ |
Falammā Ra'awhu Zulfatan Sī'at Wujūhu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Qīla Hādhā Al-Ladhī Kuntum Bihi Tadda`ūna  | But, when they shall see it close at hand, the faces of the disbelievers will turn black with gloom, and it will be said to them: “This is which you were calling for."[67.27] | فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَة ً سِيئَتْ وُجُوهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَقِيلَ هَذَا الَّذِي كُنتُمْ بِه ِِ تَدَّعُونَ |
Qul 'Ara'aytum 'In 'Ahlakaniya Al-Lahu Wa Man Ma`ī 'Aw Raĥimanā Faman Yujīru Al-Kāfirīna Min `Adhābin 'Alīmin  | Further say: “Have you ever considered that even if Allah destroys me as well as those with me or bestows His mercy on us; who will save the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”[67.28] | قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ مَعِي أَوْ رَحِمَنَا فَمَنْ يُجِيرُ الْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيم ٍ |
Qul Huwa Ar-Raĥmānu 'Āmannā Bihi Wa `Alayhi Tawakkalnā Fasata`lamūna Man Huwa Fī Đalālin Mubīnin  | Say: “He is the Compassionate: in Him we have believed, and in Him we have put our trust. Soon you will find out, which one of us is in the manifest error."[67.29] | قُلْ هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ آمَنَّا بِه ِِ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلاَل ٍ مُبِين ٍ |
Qul 'Ara'aytum 'In 'Aşbaĥa Mā'uukum Ghawrāan Faman Ya'tīkum Bimā'in Ma`īnin  | Say: “Have you ever considered that if all the water you have, sink down in the ground, who is it, that will bring you the clear-flowing water?”[67.30] | قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَاؤُكُمْ غَوْرا ً فَمَنْ يَأْتِيكُمْ بِمَاء ٍ مَعِين ٍ |
