| Qul 'A`ūdhu Birabbi Al-Falaqi | َ113-001 Say, `I seek refuge in the Lord of the day break, and the plain appearing and emergence of truth. | قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ |
| Min Sharri Mā Khalaqa | َ113-002 `From the evil of that which He has created, | مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ |
| Wa Min Sharri Ghāsiqin 'Idhā Waqaba | َ113-003 `And from the evil (that usually prevails in the times) of darkness when it overspreads (at night), | وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِق ٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ |
| Wa Min Sharri An-Naffāthāti Fī Al-`Uqadi | َ113-004 `And from the evil of those who try (and whisper evil suggestions) to deter (people) from doing their duty, | وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ |
| Wa Min Sharri Ĥāsidin 'Idhā Ĥasada | َ113-005 `And from the evil of the envier when he envies.´ | وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِد ٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ |
