Fa'akhrajnā Man Kāna Fīhā Mina Al-Mu'uminīna َ051-035 (God says,) `Then (it came to pass) We brought forth all the believers who were there (in that township to keep them safe and secure).
Famā Wajadnā Fīhā Ghayra Baytin Mina Al-Muslimīna َ051-036 But infact We found there only a single house of those who had submitted (to Us, and that was the house of Lot).
Wa Taraknā Fīhā 'Āyatan Lilladhīna Yakhāfūna Al-`Adhāba Al-'Alīma َ051-037 And (after destroying the townships) We left in them a sign (to serve as a lesson) to those who fear the woeful punishment.
Wa Fī Mūsá 'Idh 'Arsalnāhu 'Ilá Fir`awna Bisulţānin Mubīnin َ051-038 And in (the case of) Moses (there is also a sign). (Remember the time) when We sent him to Pharaoh with a clear authoritative proof.
Fatawallá Biruknihi Wa Qāla Sāĥirun 'Aw Majnūnun َ051-039 But he turned away (from Moses) in the pride of his power and said, `(He is) a sorcerer, or rather a madman.´ فَتَوَلَّى بِرُكْنِه ِِ وَقَالَ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُون ٌ
Fa'akhadhnāhu Wa Junūdahu Fanabadhnāhum Al-Yammi Wa Huwa Mulīmun َ051-040 So We took him and his forces to task and threw them into the sea. Indeed, he (- Pharaoh) was himself blameworthy.
Wa Fī `Ādin 'Idh 'Arsalnā `Alayhimu Ar-Rīĥa Al-`Aqīma َ051-041 And (there is a sign) in (the destruction of the Tribe of) `âd, when We let loose on them the destructive wild-blowing wind.
Mā Tadharu Min Shay'in 'Atat `Alayhi 'Illā Ja`alat/hu Kālrramīmi َ051-042 It spared nothing whatever it came upon but reduced it to (dust-like stuff of) rotten bones.
Wa Fī Thamūda 'Idh Qīla Lahum Tamatta`ū Ĥattá Ĥīnin َ051-043 And (there is a sign) in (the case of the tribe of) Thamûd. Behold! they were told, `Enjoy yourselves for a while.´ وَفِي ثَمُودَ إِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَمَتَّعُوا حَتَّى حِين ٍ
Fa`ataw `An 'Amri Rabbihim Fa'akhadhat/humu Aş-Şā`iqatu Wa Hum Yanžurūna َ051-044 But they disdainfully disobeyed the commandment of their Lord, so a thunderbolt struck them while they looked on (utterly confused).
Famā Astaţā`ū Min Qiyāmin Wa Mā Kānū Muntaşirīna َ051-045 And they were not able (even) to get up on their feet nor could they get anybody´s help to defend themselves.
Wa Qawma Nūĥin Min Qablu  ۖ  'Innahum Kānū Qawmāan Fāsiqīna َ051-046 And (We destroyed) the people of Noah before (them). They too were disobedient people.
Wa As-Samā'a Banaynāhā Bi'ayydin Wa 'Innā Lamūsi`ūna َ051-047 As for the heaven, We have built it with (Our) Mighty power, and verily We are Makers of the vast extent.
Wa Al-'Arđa Farashnāhā Fani`ma Al-Māhidūna َ051-048 And the earth, We have spread it out and how excellently We lay things out.
Wa Min Kulli Shay'in Khalaqnā Zawjayni La`allakum Tadhakkarūna َ051-049 And We have created all things in pairs so that you may give heed (to the wonderful creation of God).
Fafirrū 'Ilá Al-Lahi  ۖ  'Innī Lakum Minhu Nadhīrun Mubīnun َ051-050 Therefore (say to them), `Wing your way to Allâh. Verily, I am a plain Warner to you from Him.
Wa Lā Taj`alū Ma`a Al-Lahi 'Ilahāan 'Ākhara  ۖ  'Innī Lakum Minhu Nadhīrun Mubīnun َ051-051 `Never set up another god (to be worshipped) along with Allâh. Surely, I am a plain Warner to you from Him.´ وَلاَ تَجْعَلُوا مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَها ً آخَرَ  ۖ  إِنِّي لَكُمْ مِنْهُ نَذِير ٌ مُبِين ٌ
Kadhālika Mā 'Atá Al-Ladhīna Min Qablihim Min Rasūlin 'Illā Qālū Sāĥirun 'Aw Majnūnun َ051-052 Even so, no Messenger came to their predecessors but they said, `(He is) a sorcerer, or (rather) a madman,
'Atawāşaw Bihi  ۚ  Bal Hum Qawmun Ţāghūna َ051-053 Have they bequeathed this (way of saying things) to one another. The fact is they themselves are a people who transgress limits.
Fatawalla `Anhum Famā 'Anta Bimalūmin َ051-054 So turn away from them (and their foul way of talk). There lies no blame on you (for what they do).
Wa Dhakkir Fa'inna Adh-Dhikrá Tanfa`u Al-Mu'uminīna َ051-055 Yet keep on exhorting (the people), for, verily, exhortation proves useful to the believers.
Wa Mā Khalaqtu Al-Jinna Wa Al-'Insa 'Illā Liya`budūni َ051-056 And I have created the jinn (fiery natured and houghty) and the (ordinary) people only that they may worship Me.
Mā 'Urīdu Minhum Min Rizqin Wa Mā 'Urīdu 'An Yuţ`imūni َ051-057 (Prophet! tell them that) no provision do I require from them, nor do I require that they should feed Me.
'Inna Al-Laha Huwa Ar-Razzāqu Dhū Al-Qūwati Al-Matīnu َ051-058 Surely, it is Allâh alone Who is the Great Sustainer, the Lord of immense power, the Almighty.
Fa'inna Lilladhīna Žalamū Dhanūbāan Mithla Dhanūbi 'Aşĥābihim Falā Yasta`jilūni َ051-059 Those who do injustice (to Our Messengers) should meet the fate (of miseries) like the fate of their fellows (of old). Therefore do not let them ask Me to hasten on (the punishment which awaits them).
Fawaylun Lilladhīna Kafarū Min Yawmihimu Al-Ladhī Yū`adūna َ051-060 (Yet they should not forget that) destruction is in store for those who disbelieve, on account of that day of theirs the punishment of which they have been promised.
