Al-Qāri`ahu | Al-Qāri'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), (Al-Qari'ah 101:1) |
Mā Al-Qāri`ahu | What is the striking (Hour)? (Al-Qari'ah 101:2) |
Wa Mā 'Adrāka Mā Al-Qāri`ahu | And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? (Al-Qari'ah 101:3) |
Yawma Yakūnu An-Nāsu Kālfarāshi Al-Mabthūthi | It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, (Al-Qari'ah 101:4) |
Wa Takūnu Al-Jibālu Kāl`ihni Al-Manfūshi | And the mountains will be like carded wool, (Al-Qari'ah 101:5) |
Fa'ammā Man Thaqulat Mawāzīnuhu | Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, (Al-Qari'ah 101:6) |
Fahuwa Fī `Īshatin Rāđiyahin | He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). (Al-Qari'ah 101:7) |
Wa 'Ammā Man Khaffat Mawāzīnuhu | But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, (Al-Qari'ah 101:8) |
Fa'ummuhu Hāwiyahun | He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). (Al-Qari'ah 101:9) |
Wa Mā 'Adrāka Mā Hiyah | And what will make you know what it is? (Al-Qari'ah 101:10) |
Nārun Ĥāmiyahun | (It is) a hot blazing Fire! (Al-Qari'ah 101:11) |
