وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ فَإِذَا أُوذِيَ فِي اللَّهِ جَعَلَ فِتْنَةَ النَّاسِ كَعَذَابِ اللَّهِ وَلَئِنْ جَاءَ نَصْرٌ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لَيَقُولُنَّ إِنَّا كُنَّا مَعَكُمْ ۚ أَوَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِمَا فِي صُدُورِ الْعَالَمِينَ |
029-010 Wa Mina An-Nāsi Man Yaqūlu 'Āmannā Bil-Lahi Fa'idhā 'Ūdhiya Fī Al-Lahi Ja`ala Fitnata An-Nāsi Ka`adhābi Al-Lahi Wa La'in Jā'a Naşrun Min Rabbika Layaqūlunna 'Innā Kunnā Ma`akum ۚ 'Awalaysa Al-Lahu Bi'a`lama Bimā Fī Şudūri Al-`Ālamīna |

029.010 Then there are among men such as say, "We believe in God"; but when they suffer affliction in (the cause of) God, they treat men's oppression as if it were the Wrath of God! And if help comes (to thee) from thy Lord, they are sure to say, "We have (always) been with you!" Does not God know best all that is in the hearts of all creation? |
