قَالَتْ رُسُلُهُمْ أَفِي اللَّهِ شَكٌّ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ ۖ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِيَغْفِرَ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمّى ً ۚ قَالُوا إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلاَّ بَشَرٌ مِثْلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا فَأْتُونَا بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ |
014-010 Qālat Rusuluhum 'Afī Al-Lahi Shakkun Fāţiri As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi ۖ Yad`ūkum Liyaghfira Lakum Min Dhunūbikum Wa Yu'uakhkhirakum 'Ilá 'Ajalin Musammáan ۚ Qālū 'In 'Antum 'Illā Basharun Mithlunā Turīdūna 'An Taşuddūnā `Ammā Kāna Ya`budu 'Ābā'uunā Fa'tūnā Bisulţānin Mubīnin |

014.010 Their apostles said: "Is there a doubt about God, The Creator of the heavens and the earth? It is He Who invites you, in order that He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a term appointed!" They said: "Ah! ye are no more than human, like ourselves! Ye wish to turn us away from the (gods) our fathers used to worship: then bring us some clear authority." |
