اللَّهُ الَّذِي رَفَعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا ۖ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأجَلٍ مُسَمّى ً ۚ يُدَبِّرُ الأَمْرَ يُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّكُمْ تُوقِنُونَ

013-002 Al-Lahu Al-Ladhī Rafa`a As-Samāwāti Bighayri `Amadin Tarawnahā ۖ Thumma Astawá `Alá Al-`Arshi ۖ Wa Sakhkhara Ash-Shamsa Wa Al-Qamara ۖ Kullun Yajrī Li'jalin Musammáan ۚ Yudabbiru Al-'Amra Yufaşşilu Al-'Āyāti La`allakum Biliqā'i Rabbikum Tūqinūna |

013.002 God is He Who raised the heavens without any pillars that ye can see; is firmly established on the throne (of authority); He has subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law)! Each one runs (its course) for a term appointed. He doth regulate all affairs, explaining the signs in detail, that ye may believe with certainty in the meeting with your Lord.
