وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ ائْذَنْ لِي وَلاَ تَفْتِنِّي ۚ أَلاَ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ سَقَطُوا ۗ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ

009-049 Wa Minhum Man Yaqūlu A'dhan Lī Wa Lā Taftinnī ۚ 'Alā Fī Al-Fitnati Saqaţū ۗ Wa 'Inna Jahannama Lamuĥīţatun Bil-Kāfirīna |

009.049 Among them is (many) a man who says: "Grant me exemption and draw me not into trial." Have they not fallen into trial already? and indeed Hell surrounds the Unbelievers (on all sides).
