وَحَسِبُوا أَلاَّ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ فَعَمُوا وَصَمُّوا ثُمَّ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ عَمُوا وَصَمُّوا كَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بَصِيرٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ

005-071 Wa Ĥasibū 'Allā Takūna Fitnatun Fa`amū Wa Şammū Thumma Tāba Al-Lahu `Alayhim Thumma `Amū Wa Şammū Kathīrun Minhum Wa ۚ Allāhu Başīrun Bimā Ya`malūna |

005.071 They thought there would be no trial (or punishment); so they became blind and deaf; yet Allah (in mercy) turned to them; yet again many of them became blind and deaf. But Allah sees well all that they do.
