وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى نَحْنُ أَبْنَاءُ اللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّاؤُه ُ ۚ قُلْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُمْ بِذُنُوبِكُمْ ۖ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بَشَرٌ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ |
005-018 Wa Qālati Al-Yahūdu Wa An-Naşārá Naĥnu 'Abnā'u Al-Lahi Wa 'Aĥibbā'uuhu ۚ Qul Falima Yu`adhdhibukum Bidhunūbikum ۖ Bal 'Antum Basharun Mimman Khalaqa ۚ Yaghfiru Liman Yashā'u Wa Yu`adhdhibu Man Yashā'u ۚ Wa Lillahi Mulku As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Wa Mā Baynahumā ۖ Wa 'Ilayhi Al-Maşīru |

005.018 (Both) the Jews and the Christians say: "We are sons of Allah, and his beloved." Say: "Why then doth He punish you for your sins? Nay, ye are but men,- of the men he hath created: He forgiveth whom He pleaseth, and He punisheth whom He pleaseth: and to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between: and unto Him is the final goal (of all)" |
