'Alam Ta`lam 'Anna Allāha Lahu Mulku As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Yu`adhdhibu Man Yashā'u Wa Yaghfiru Liman Yashā'u Wa Allāhu `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun (Al-Mā'idah: 40).

005.040 Knowest thou not that to Allah (alone) belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punisheth whom He pleaseth, and He forgiveth whom He pleaseth: and Allah hath power over all things.
